A good hotel near the Airport area which is really congested.

This would have helped us make a more informed decision on where to stay, as there were other hotels near the airport area around the same price point that did include parking.

It was located close to the airport and their free shuttle was wonderful.

We had to call for our shuttle from the airport and the driver arrived quickly.

I arrived into LAX and needed a simple stop over with an airport shuttle.

Breakfast is value and free airport shuttle whenever needed.

Shuttle took us straight to the airport and Wi-Fi was fast.

The airport shuttle driver in the morning was a gem and the reason I gave 3 stars;  both parties on board were returning to LAX just to collect rental cars and he took both parties to the rental depots rather than to the airport.

Hotel rooms were ok, service at the front desk was good, shuttle from the airport was VERY slow.

The airport shuttle was available for me to take to the airport to pick up my daughter, and ride back to the hotel with her.

I called for a shuttle from the airport and it arrived in about 15 minutes.

They have an airport shuttle. Recommended.

We called for a pick up via the phonebooth in the airport and the shuttle came within 30 minutes.

The best part of the hotel is its location as it is very close to Los Angeles International Airport and they have a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.

The check in was fine, and the front desk was efficient and asked me if I needed an airport shuttle or wake up call right away.

My family really enjoyed breakfast it was really good and lots of options as well also very quite I loved that alot because we were able to sleep at night.

This breakfast is also very healthy and fresh.

I would like to add that breakfast was really great, room as well.

My family and I can not get enough of this best western at this exact location it was very very super clean from the start even the front office smelled like bleach the rooms were so clean the bathroom was super clean as well the shower was super white no mold no cracks no nothing I couldn't believe it.

Although it was clean, the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke.

Best Western is also on the Top of My list for the most clean hotel I have stayed in..

Best Western have very clean rooms, with the most comfortable beds at every location.

Everything about this hotel is very wonderful and welcoming if you haven't stayed here you your missing out the staff is very helpful and amazing trust me very clean and very beautiful!!!

As I walked into my room it was decorated beautiful The AC worked real good The beds were made nice it smelled wonderful The bathroom was very clean it felt very homie.

The facilities were clean and the room was very comfortable and modern.

Room and bathroom were clean and satisfactory for my standards.

but was pleasantly surprised with cleanliness of the room and amenities offered.

Room is always clean, beds are comfortable, Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good place at a good price.

The property is well maintained and rooms are clean.

I've stayed at other hotels in the area and each time I stay here the room is clean, smells great, everything works and never smells like smoke.

Great service except I wish they didn’t charge for parking

As icing on the cake we were also charged per day for parking that we were not aware of before booking this hotel.

but when I arrive the woman in front desk say it was only one room, I asked why if I reserved two rooms, and she only says she can do nothing, I ask for other room and she charged me a very high rate in that room, she was always rude and bad polite, the next mornig was an Indian Woman wha also was rude and with a terrible attitude, DON´T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL TRUST ME.

Somehow my credit card was not valid and they had to use their own credit card.

Best Western charged my credit card anyway.

The parking charge was a surprise - this should be better advertised.

but there is a charge for parking which I hate.

The Weekend daytime manager Dennis wasn't even apologetic to us on their obvious billing error (the rate in the computer was $75 more than my email confirmed online booked rate including taxes/fees) or didn't even talk to us face to face or show any basic customer service 101 skills.

Our showers had 3-4 inches of water due to slow drainage, they charge $7/night for parking, the breakfast was not edible and it's in a very dirty, unsafe and unkempt area of LA.

There is a  car park  charge of 7 dollars a night to be aware of as not advised of this  until we got there .

Maid service was good, to the point of making me wonder if they were ignoring my requests to not provide service (they provide a card where you can indicate what service, if any, you require).

Write it on the card packet, that should be sufficient.

Lesson learned: always pay for everything with your credit card for record.

Almost a week later, the front desk manager emailed me to apologize and promise to refund the room charge

Answered all my questions and allowed me to check out late at no extra charge.

The front desk person need to communicate with the other people that was/were on duty when she was not there if she is the one in charge.

Particularly helpful is the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

We were pleasantly surprised by the variety at breakfast and Lisette on the front desk helped us plan an outing, stored our luggage and made us very welcome when we had a few hours wait before heading to the airport, using their free shuttle.

We stay 2 nights at this hotel, 5 minutes away from LA airport, hotel offers free shuttle, good big and clean room.

We were picked up from the airport with a free shuttle and the man who checked us in was extremely friendly.

They pick you up for free from the airport, just have to call them, to go back, the shuttle goes every hour for free too.

I just want to start off by saying Sandra the front desk was extremely friendly she helped us out alot especially for being last minute I couldn't thank her enough.

in an area of $350 per nite motels we paid half that and were very pleasantly surprised, excellent breakfast., good service, friendly knowledgeable staff, advice on where eat,  parking was a little tight

Their employees were friendly and efficient.

Drivers were so friendly, as was the manager.

The room was spotless, the staff was very friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

The girl who checked us in Tuesday night was very friendly and helpful!

Also you could hear the building creak and moan (not the upstairs neighbors) at night.

but the setting is like a motel and the crowd is pretty ghetto.

Tons of traffic noise, shady area of town, unpleasant front desk staff, dirty towels in the bathroom.

Upon reserving the room I was a little concerned about how the neighborhood might be

The location of the hotel is not in a great neighbourhood, it is on a busy street where cars drive by constantly.

I was traveling alone and it was uncomfortable and a bit scary going to my room at night.

The neighborhood surrounding the hotel feels a bit iffy, and the room was very overpriced for what is--and what is not--offered.

This hotel seems off the beaten path and I was a bit unsure of the neighborhood.

Now we understand why it cost so much less in comparison to its neighborhood peers.

The neighborhood here isn't the best nor the worst.

Room walls are very thin and the neighborhood is not safe.

The neighborhood is not very good, traffic is constant, the hotel needs serious upgrades and the rooms are small with paper thin walls.

Avoid this place at all costs.Very seedy dirty area.Screaming heard throughout the night as the hotel is open to the streets & anybody can walk right up to your room as there is NO security.Husband & myself have lots of bites on us since leaving this place.Very dark room,basic old fashioned.Spend the extra money on different hotel.The photos on website are very misleading as it does not look like this at all.

but I didnt feel it was unsafe to be out and about around 9pm.

but for me its too far away to be so called.You have to call the hotel to arrange a shuttle .First impressions are not good -the exterior is drab and the neighborhood is not all that pleasant.

but some of the guest were questionable characters.

Can be a little noisy due to the location,

Major disturbances all throughout the night from rowdy guest fighting, loud talking, etc.

but loud enough that I was thankful I brought earplugs.

My room window faced the street (Centinela) it was very noisy, so if you are a light sleeper beware.

On the way back to mid-America from Okinawa, we wanted to spend the night in Los Angeles after the long plane ride.

but I hardly heard a peep and got excellent sleep without earplugs!

The only thing I can complain about is the very noisy rooms.

but the walls are thin you can hear people talking in rooms and outside it often woke me up it was too high priced for what you got.

The cleaning service carts made a loud rumbling noise as they passed our room.

The hotel is noisy and the facilities need upgrade.

We tried 2 rooms and both had never ending noises in the walls and ceilings.

First off, how about hiring and training a front desk manager that doesn't play dumb (silent) or make up excuses for overcharging your room rate TWICE!

Only complaint is the minor noise of people coming and going during the night and the air conditioning was very average.

I've traveled to Los Angeles for business via LAX airport many times over the last few years, and because of traffic issues have learned to stay close to the airport for depart considerations mostly.

Window in the room wasn't sealing properly and you could hear some street noise easily.

The overwhelming smell of must or stale air in the room could not bo overcome.

The second room was a lot less musty smelling, still smelled musty,

The rooms were horrible and smelled really bad, there were a lot of transient or welfare people staying there and I definitely did not feel safe, I will never stay here again and recommend no else stays here as well.

We got to the room the maintenance working was in room repairing smoke detector so we had to wait about 5 minutes and make sure we were getting that room.

The only downside was the smell of the room due to the AC and the internet was very slow.

When we got to the hotel there were no sign pointing to office anywhere on the  property, had to ask some guys that were sitting in their car smoking a joint in the west parking lot," in the hotel property", where the check in was, also saw a couple  of very skimpy dressed ladies, don't know what to think about that.

but cigarette smoke was definitely in the air.

There was a spot or nugget of something on one the sheets and a spoiled gallon of milk in the fridge (assume that is where the smell came from).

Unfortunately,m the room smelled old and musty like old cigarette smoke.

The floor in the restroom had yellow liquid all over the floor which appeared to be urine,

The carpet was wet either washed the same day or soaked in a spray to cover smoke smell - the room was filled with heavy smell that we couldn’t sleep the whole night .

Finally got to my room and it smelled like Pot.

Which is fine if you’re a smoker I guess.

My room smelled terribly of mold and if I hadn't just arrived from a twelve-hour flight I would have insisted on a different room (though I'm not sure if that would have been better).

There was a man smoking by our window and the service people up and down the hallway.

I’ve ever been treated so rudely by a hotel staff let alone management for any business.

I have stayed at other Best Western and had no issues with the quality of the room and internet.The staff Member Rain who checked me in was very lovely .

It felt “dangerous” as the staff was behind bullet-proof glass.

but we didn’t even get good evening or any kind of greeting.

She was cranky and annoyed that I was interrupting her chat with one of the cleaning staff.

I called the front desk and she send "the shuttle driver" up with one.

The check-in & check-out staff were very courteous.

When I arrived, I was very pleased with the warm welcome I received from the lady at the desk.

Front office staff are always nice and quick to get me checked in.

Great service, the staff go above and beyond to please.

The LA Zoo, Griffith Park and Warner Bros. Studios are also within a short drive, and the Burbank airport is close for air transportation.

Best part was the location in Burbank close to the airport.

I was low noise, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and it was close to the airport and Universal City where we took the Grandchildren..

I've tried hotels in the valley, downtown, in Hollywood, near the airport (two very nice Embassy Suites), etc.

but this one has the best breakfast omelette cooking assembly line:  kudos to the kitchen and dinning area team!!!

We really enjoyed our made-to-order breakfast buffet meals.

Breakfast was great, there was a nice spread and the staff were all extremely friendly and pleasant.

The rooms are very clean, complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails and snacks they serve were yummy.

Breakfast was decent and included in the price.

The lobby is great with the coy pond, happy hour drinks/apps and a full hot breakfast with lots of seating.

We were attending a family wedding and the hotel was very accommodating with spacious rooms, lobby area, and breakfast was very good.

The free morning breakfast is the best we’ve had from hotels that offer free breakfasts.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of space to eat(indoor and outdoor by a water feature).

The made to order complimentary breakfast each morning was a big saving in our trip, and we really enjoyed it.

Down fall they charge additional $26 for parking per night which they deduct from $200 deposit Fee.

Not enough outlets, nothing by night stands to charge your devices.

When I called the hotel to dispute the charge, the manager was so rude.

and soon after we checked out on feb 20, we got over charge 50 dollars.

The only recommendation is usb outlets or plugs to charge phones with cables only.

My only issues were the high charge for parking and WiFi.

They also notify you at checkin that they are going to charge 21 dollars a day to park at their place or you can park across the street, as they told us.

Also parked a rental car for 3 days and had charge come through in middle of the night that looks like they charged many more days

There is no phone charging outlet near the bed.

Oh and the Hilton next door charged my card to another guests room.
