Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms.

The rooms are well appointed, room service is excellent, the facility is well-maintained and very clean,

The Culina showcases an Italian menu and the facility is outfitted with indoor and outdoor capability.

Hot tub was a plus and very open air gym was great.

There is an adjacent open-air gym that I did use

The staff are brilliant and attentive, the facilities are well maintained, and the restaurants are always 5*.

Enjoyed my weekend stay, loved my room, gym facilities was great, Culina restaurant was delicious, hospitality staff was professional and attentive,  location was perfect for all my arts and museums needs, definitely coming back

but the fitness center and spa were certainly gold standard when I checked them out.

The amenities include everything a hotel guest could ever want - an indoor/outdoor gym (felt way safer working out here), a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, fantastic dining options and house car service.

but they got me set up with a temporary key that allowed me to access gym, pool and restaurant.

* Fitness center: Airy and outdoors, next to the pool.

Mamadou, Zach and Hannah at the front desk always made us feel welcome, helped with a couple tricky issues and made sure we were able to use the fitness suite when we needed.

The tropical/citrus grove adorned atop the rooftop pool with adjacent outdoor gym is too unique for a city environment.

Great wellness room with excersise equipment  and all green oriented no plastic bottles no wasted materials.

Rooms, facilities and restaurant were everything you come to expect from Four Seasons.

The gym is semi open air and it is well equipped,

Professional staff and clean room with comfy bed and great fitness center!

Nice reception areas to watch the  world go by and “feel the atmosphere”  

Excellent facilities and if we return to LA there is only one place to stay

If i could give this hotel 6 stars i certainly would, every member of staff we met whether it was the gym (which has the best most advanced equipment) was friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Every one at the hotel was lovely, everyone endeavored to make us feel special.

It was our first time staying at a Four Seasons and the property delivered on the luxurious accommodations the Four Seasons brand is known for.

Hands up, this has been my favourite hotel in LA for years and I have lost count how many times I have stayed there (and I do try to get out here every year for a few days).

I loved this property for so many reasons,

Food was amazing, hotel is amazing, staff is superb.

The restaurant is very good and the outdoor space is leafy and green masking the hotels urban location - its a nice place to spend time.

The Hotel is a beautiful oasis on the middle of Beverly Hills.

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel, so every time you stay, you have a sense of peace of mind.

If you are looking for a great property, amazing staff- this is the place to stay.

The staff here is superb and attentive and one realizes, these details really make a difference that can give a property like the Four Seasons its reputation for caliber.

Likely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world.

The hotel itself / amenities are gorgeous.

The service, condition of the hotel and rooms and all amenities were excellent!

For the cost of a stay at this location, these issues were completely unacceptable.

but food is not good and totally overpriced.

For one, the room service food is quite disappointing - I found the breakfast and late night meals very mediocre, especially for the price charged.

Yes, it’s all expensive (especially when dealing with a sterling: dollar exchange rate)

The pool menu has a silly “admin tax” which they explain as essentially a cost of doing business.

On our arrival at 10 PM @ LAX, rather than fight thousands of travelers trying to catch an overdue shuttle bus to an understaffed remote rental car location, the hotel provided a waiting car and driver for no more than the cost of a one-day rental car that I would have had to pay $50 for overnight parking.

but comparable hotels are priced the same.

Please do not think this is a paid review because its glowing - I’m a pretty tough customer so know this review is well deserved.

Now, it is quite expensive and is luxury hotel.

Very disappointing service at a very expensive hotel.

And also there was only a bathtub - no separate tub and shower which I consider to be a given in such an expensive hotel.

however not up to scratch especially for the outrageous pricing.

I expect more from Four Seasons and the price for the room.

My only criticism would be the price of parking, which I feel is very high with a price of USD 46 a day (ex tax).

but given we had chosen to pay more specifically for this feature I would have expected some other approach --- and wondered why we were even able to "book" the room if it wasn't available in the first place. Location.

but my one criticism would be that the master bathroom was small for this level of suite and price tag.

And no extra fees for just hanging out in the spa and relaxing

Everything about this hotel is excellent and over the top.The food is great .I recommend the swimming pool and steam room "the best".

The pool staff, spa technicians and concierge team are always on their game and always consistent.

They have a great, relaxing pool on the fourth floor, along with a nice spa and gym.

Love the gym, spa and poolside area, comfortable rooms, great food selection with excellent vegan choices, welcoming, professional and efficient staff.

The rooms are great, the food is excellent, the pool/spa provides a perfect get-away, and notably, the entire staff is caring, helpful.

The pool was great too, we got a cabana package one day which we got massages, which were VERY relaxing, and then the cabana to just relax at and had great service.

Followed that with a wfantastic spa treatment, and again staff in the spa were all top-notch (there's a theme here!).

The amenities (pool, spa) are great, and they're dog friendly and really cater to the four legged guests.

The staff up there are also very good and it is the teams that are the big draw at this fabulous hotel.

We stayed in the Doheny suite which exceeded our expectations with space, balconies, and views.

We were impressed by the space - a full living area, large bedroom, spacious walk in closet and 2 bathrooms.

Had a great time as got upgraded to a Studio Suite with a balcony, which offered a plenty of space for three of us.

Like all Four Seasons Hotels, its location, physical space, and amenities are consistently high quality.

I felt like I could spread out and had plenty of space to work from the room when I needed to and relax at the end of the day.

Our meeting space on property was fantastic.

I love that all of the meeting rooms open to outdoor space as this is a rare thing.

If I had to spend more than a few days here I would feel like my personal space was being impinged upon and that I didn’t have anonymity or enough privacy to come and go without being greeted each time.

I also enjoy their spa, breakfast and the ambiance of the public spaces.

The customer service from the moment the taxi arrived with me from the airport until my departure was top shelf and much appreciated.

We had a splendid suite, lots of space and we each had our own bathroom.

Our suite had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, each adjacent to the main living space and complete with Ferragamo toiletries.

The bathroom was large with plenty of counter space, a makeup mirror and TV (love!).

We are a family of four so we need a little extra space, they were very generous in giving us a larger room.

We have stayed at the Beverly Wilshire which was also very nice

*I just want to add one more line comparing the 4seasons LA and the Beverly Wilshire.

Of course Uber is always an option to Wilshire which is a short distance or the hotel offers transportation (if available) to guests within 1 mile of the hotel.

Location helps avoid some of the congestion for Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Mid Wilshire attractions & restaurants.

but star gazing and eating Poke salads 

I've been fortunate enough to stay at the Beverly Wilshire, the Peninsula Beverly Hills and theBeverly Hills hotel, and the four seasons is the best of the four in my mind, pound for pound 

Make no mistake, it is super pricey, yet the fact is people will pay for the best, when it is the best..

If you want a busier place in Beverly Hills on Rodeo drive ("Pretty woman" location and close to new downtown "Nakatomi tower"), their another hotel Wilshire by Four Seasons is probably the option.

It is much more reasonably priced than its sister hotel (Beverly Wilshire).

We've stayed at the Beverly Wilshire in the past, and while you have a longer walk to Rodeo Drive from this property (~15-20 minutes) you're very close to 3rd Street with a TON of great dining options.

Beverly Wilshire is a great place to stay when visiting Los Angeles.

Love the Middle eastern menu and excellent service in the main dining room and outside tables on Wilshire Blvd.

I  stayed for almost 2 weeks and loved the location -  it is quiet and more private than the one at Beverly Wilshire.

At these prices, I'd recommend other hotels in the area, such as the Montage or Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire.

At our last stay in Beverly Hills we were at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire so thought we would try this one this time.

I have pretty high expectations at a Four Seasons and generally this property met them, at a price several hundred dollars a night lower than the Wilshire or Chateau Marmont.

I liked that the hotel was not in the thick of things (compare to FS Beverly Wilshire and the Montage).

I guess I've been spoiled by the Wilshire Beverly Hills !

Love the location of this property, being conveniently located in between Santa Monica and Wilshire.

Less flashy than the Beverly Wilshire and tucked away on Doheny it provided just the right blend of luxury, comfort, relaxed style and outstanding service.

I personally liked this hotel more than the Beverly Wilshire it is smaller and cozier which made the excellent staff even more attentive to our wants.

If you want to be in the thick of the scene, try Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire.

This is a great boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood,

Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel!

This hotel blew my mind with service that went beyond stellar and above any boutique ever.

It was more like a boutique apartment complete with a fireplace (which we used) to 2 large TV’s (one for me and one for my husband!

The Chamberlain is a great boutique hotel in a great location.

This is a boutique apartment hotel in a residential area so the location is good because it is very quiet.

I would say that you would call this place a boutique hotel.

Small boutique hotel with excellent location in a residential area, Intimate interior spaces (bar and outdoor patio dining) with fabulous private cabanas on the rooftop pool deck.. Suites were huge and beautifully appointed.

For its location the price is ok.

I have know of chamberlain for a number of years - they are a boutique hotel centrally located in WEHO .

This is a superb choice for a boutique hotel and I believe offers great value.

Without a doubt one of the best boutique hotel experiences ever!

Great boutique hotel with lovely rooftop pool.

He would greed my Husand and I every time we walked into the hotel.

Absolutely loved that the hotel had a wine happy hour from 5-6p.

I always stay at the Chamberlain- any other hotel is not even an option.

One of the best hotel experience I've had in a long time.

Hotel is presented beautifully and the rooms are xtra large , with  defined sleeping /sitting areas.

On another note, the hotel was so cute and very clean!

In summary, an ok hotel in a great location

The hotel has an excellent location in a very good area .

We have already recommended this hotel to friends and other family members.

We unexpectantly  stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April after departing our cockroach infested home stay in the middle of the night.

This hotel is a fantastic find on our trip.

If you're looking for a great hotel, I would recommend you stay here!

Cafe / restaurant in lobby has excellent service and high quality food and while expensive vs non hotel restaurants is probably about average price for hotel restaurants.

but food and beverage was a little pricey.

If there was anything negative I could find it would be that one of the 2 rooms we have booked is super dark with no natural light so avoid that end of hotel down the side of building plus the other negative is $60 parking fee

We also stayed at another hotel a  kilometre away and our stay there was terrible - so in future we will book the Chamberlain as it is a quality hotel for a reasonable price.

The next day, the hotel manager called us to apologize for the problem and offered to move us to a significantly larger room (with a full living room and a separate bedroom) at the same price as our current room!

It was their opportunity to wave the fee, they didn't take it.

The prices were Insane and you know it is because of the credits

but all of the hotels have expensive parking so you really need to figure that into your costs.

Be mindful these prices include no room service unless you request it!

To detract from that, a nightly resort fee is charged which seems exorbitant given the size of the hotel and limited inclusions.

Upon arrival, we learned that the $48.00 per night  fee means you park your own car into the garage and drive it out yourself.

I wouldn't stay here again if the the room was free and I was paid!

Room was a little pricey as well as food service

but this one definitely didn't rate as a memorable experience.

You can either pay the bill separately or ask to charge to your room.

This time weather encouraged use of roof top pool, Fabulous  sunbeds, umbrellas, great views and bar.Cold water and  sunscreen supplied.

Rooftop pool has a cool vibe and gym / fitness area impressive for a hotel if this size.

Check in and access to the rooftop pool was seamless and the cabana was excellent.

There was a bar and restaurant as well as a rooftop pool.

Rooftop pool is a beauty - great place for the kids and adults to relax under the warm Californian Sun.

Great location, gorgeous suites, fabulous rooftop pool and very reasonable rates.

Rooms are great suite-types, as is the rooftop pool.

The rooftop pool and bar had great views of LA.

Don’t miss the beautiful rooftop pool with the cutest, friendliest bartender in town, or the delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

The rooftop pool also has a bar and 360 degree views of the city and you can see as far out as downtown LA.

The next best thing about the Chamberlain is the rooftop pool!

And the carpets need cleaning because there was this old smell throughout.

One of the two lifts was out of order the entire stay, the fly wire screen on the balcony door was constantly jammed and eventually came off the rails and the bathroom had a musty/sewerage smell at times.

Soiled linen was left in the bathroom, the floors were not clean, and the light switches had visable grime on them. Disgusting.

The only criticism we had was while in the non smoking pool area with our 17 year old daughter, a girl smoking a joint was ignored by a staff member who came to deliver food to another hotel customer.

If you’re into smoking whatever you want, poor phone reception and a tone deaf staff, you’ve found the right hotel.

Somehow the hotel didn't match up to all the reviews - some areas smelled heavily of smoke and felt a bit run down.

but what makes this hotel not a place to recommend is that the room had a weird smell, the bathroom wasn’t clean 2 out of 4 times.

The hotel did not look like a hotel or smell like a hotel.

The only downside is that the parking is filthy expensive.

In addition, the stainless steel stand that supports the sink and counter in the bathroom is very badly rusted and the aluminum window frames are corroded and the window sills full of dirt and debris, indicating that management has not been investing in keeping the property in the condition you would expect for a hotel in this price range.

The 4th floor had an unattractive Oder right away off of the elevator and the room smelled worse.

The room had a smell - like an old musty smell in which I had to turn the super loud aircon on and open the balcony door.

It's as if they're ignoring the little scrapes and scuffs, smells and issues.

As mentioned in other reviews there is a strong smell on floors two and three.

Going up to the room we found out that the hotel has a very strong bad smell in the hotel

Rusty railings, worn paint, filthy sunbed curtains.

They moved me to another room which smelled like cigarette smoke.

A lot of negative reviews on here mention a smell - we couldn't smell anything.

Good size mini fridge, coffee machine (but no kettle), 2  TVs and plenty of hanging/draw space.

I enjoy the living room space that has its own tv with a tv in the bed area too.

The room was advertised with a ‘balcony’ which was a tall stretch on what was actually a basement yard with no direct sunlight and no patio furniture making the space entirely unusable.

They also have what they call an "urban amenities fee" for items such as nightly sparkling hour, "enhanced" WIFI (whatever that means), pool access, daily newspaper, luggage storage, etc.

Because of the latest Covid measures, the cleaning staff was unable to clean the room daily, which I completely understand, and I’m okay with keeping my space tidy in the meantime.

It was great to spread out and not feel so cramped.

So much room for lounging in the living room with big TV and fireplace (fridge has space for leftovers and drinks, there's also drinks in there already for purchase!

My children and I slept soundly, had great showers in the morning, a tasty breakfast in the outdoor space and we were off.

It was the perfect hotel for a business trip, with space to relax.

The rest of the room was spotless and housekeeping did a great job (other than the drawers).

The bathroom was very large with lots of mirrors, wardrobe space and a great shower.

There was lots of storage space available including an actual closet, so you could stay here for an extended period if needed.

The room had plenty of storage space, tea, coffee and a fully stocked fridge.

The suites are spacious, thoughtfully appointed with good work space and lots of outlets.

A lot of space and I loved the large flat screen TVs.

Trader Joe's is just down on the corner as well as Starbucks.

A short walk to Trader Joe's, Starbucks and CVS.
