The hotel was nice and close to Disneyland.

We booked this hotel based on its proximity to Disneyland Resort and because it is a family-friendly spot with a water park I knew my kids would be super into!

Our room was next to the elevator - could hear it going up and down all day and night.

Because the sound of the elevator downs out any noise.

We got the room with two bunk beds and a queen bed and it was really small, and it was by the elevator so it was really loud.

However, they NEED to mention it has no elevators when booking above ground floor.

Unfortunately the room they gave us was on the second floor (no elevators) so we had to carry all of our luggage and strollers up the stairs (took a few trips).

The room was old and dirty, the shower had a hole in the floor, the building doesn’t have an elevator, and you can hear everything in the rooms around you.

I asked that we not get a room near and elevator and or ice machine due to the noise and foot traffic.

But our building didn’t have an elevator and we had a very heavy bag to lift up a narrow stairway.

The downfall there was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor so it was a pain to fold the stroller and take up the kids and the stroller in 2 trips up the stairs.

My only complaint is that our building didn't have an elevator and we were on the second floor.

Elevator didn’t work properly, lobby smelled like dirty diapers, paid for park view and couldn’t see park, housekeeping doesn’t come every night, extra charge for parking, and must move car by 11 on departing day.

The makeshift closet doors that go to a patio would echo the noise from the freeway all day, and it was also next to the elevator so your kids could hear the elevator going all night.

I would much rather pay a higher price for a hotel that had the standard amenities that you wouldn't think you would need to ask for (an elevator).

but we need the accessibility of an elevator for our scooters, and I was worried it wasn't going to be able to be changed to Building 1 but Nicole at the reservations desk SAVED MY TRIP!

Building 2 only haves the 1 entrance and 1 elevator so that was a pain.

Only one building has an elevator and queen size beds.

— The amenities for kids are excellent, which included the Garden Pool and Castaway Cove water playground and hot tub.

The facilities were great, we used the hot tub which was lovely and if we had kids with us I know they would have loved the pool and facilities.

The kids loved the water park and it was nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day at the parks.

The water playground was great for the kids and it was nice to have a hot tub next to it for the adults to sit in while the kiddos played;

No complaints about anything except maybe the hot tub in the water park area being closed which would have been a nice spot to relax while the kids ran around,

The pool, hot tub and splash pad were wonderful and clean with plenty of fresh towels.

My boys really enjoyed Castway Cove and I enjoyed the hot tub.

I signed up  for the rewards program to earn points My kids love the water playground and hot tub.

After our family Disney visit, we were glad to get to a relaxing bed, and lucky enough to enjoy the hot tub while our kids enjoyed the slides filled with more fun.

My kids also loved the small waterpark which includes fun for kids of all ages and hot tub for the parents.

The Castaway Cove water park was perfect for our grandchildren (3 & 6); and the hot tub was great for us!

The hot tub was so great after 30,000 steps a day at Disneyland.

They also have a hot tub and a heat kiddie pool.

Love that there was a wading pool for kids as well as a hot tub.

Being able to have access to the water playground and hot tub was wonderful.

They also have an amazing water playground with water slides, water guns, a hot tub, and a shallow kid pool.

The room was clean and comfortable and would have been a great view of the fireworks from the hot tub, had they done them!

Nice property and the water park/hot tub was the perfect way to relax after day at the park.

We have so many wonderful memories here, kids birthday, anniversary, holidays.

Ok fine we take our kids to the pool hoping housekeeper will come and clean the room.

This hotel was very convenient for a trip to Disney with a toddler.

We brought our 6 kids and plenty of room in the hotel 2 bedroom.

We have a few very young grandchildren and the walk to Disenyland was very doable.

They provided great customer service; from the moment we walked in the front desk staff made my girls feel so special.

The splash pad was perfect for our younger children and they enjoyed playing in the wade pool and going down the water slides.

And also loved being able to take my daughter to the Water Playground.

Their beds are so comfy, the pool and water park are so fun and perfect for my kids, and the distance to Disneyland can’t be beat.

We arrived Friday afternoon and the Waterpark was perfect for my boys and to give is a break before Disneyland.

The distance from the hotel to the Disney parks was easy for our three young children (ages 6, 4, and 2) and that was beyond important for us.

They have a cute pirate themed pool for the kids which is fun.

Both swim areas are great, especially Castaway Cove for the kids and adult kids ;) This was by far, a great value for a 5-day stay.

We were able to stay here for our trip as a family to Disney and Knotts Berry Farm, The Staff was so friendly, the room was cozy and well furnished close to disney and about 15-20 minutes away from Knotts.

We return again around 2 PM and still the room hasn’t been cleaned.

Very affordable, we had three nights, two rooms for about $900, week after Thanksgiving.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed and the location is excellent for easy access to the Disneyland main gates.

Building 2 room (two queen beds) was spotlessly clean, beds comfortable and very quiet !

The staff is always friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is lovely and inviting, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the convenient short walk to Disneyland is a major plus!

We had a great view of the fireworks and the Mattahorn from our room.

There is no way I would have been able to stay on the first floor in that building with that smell.

Initially we were disappointed as our room was musty and the flickering lights were annoying.

The room coffee was disgusting - wasn't any real offering of coffee (tasted like dirt).

but the room is dated and terrible smell.

It also had a weird smell that didn’t go away during our stay.

For two days we avoided being in our hotel as little as possible because of a strong odor of cigarette smoke.

The room smelled bad, the shower water wouldn’t heat up, and the shower had NO water pressure.

The room had the smell of the old, humid carpet.

Despite being a non-smoking room, there was still a lingering smell of smoke.

The only off putting thing was the smell and the dead bugs

Room was not clean, hallway smelled awful, room smelt bad, musty and AC did not cool off room.

Only downside we had was upon check in, our room had a very ‘musty’ type smell to it.

Great service, I wish we had time to use the water park.

Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel with a huge range of foods and is unheard of in this proximity to Disney as was the free parking.

They offer free parking including your check out day, it's only a 7 min walk to the park entrance (or you can take their free trolly).

The best part of the whole stay was the great customer service, from check in/ out and great service at breakfast, the amenities of free parking and shuttle are so nice.

Breakfast (we chose what we wanted) delivered to our door daily, free shuttle for just Candy Cane residents, and friendly staff who made us feel welcome!

The hotel is right next to a 7/11 if you needed anything and a quick walk to Disney if you missed the free shuttle.

Additionally, the property was very close to both Disney parks (a 7-minute walk or a free shuttle ride) making for an easy Disney experience.

They have a free shuttle bus to the park, which is useful if you're walking impaired.

10 minute walk to entrance of Disney, free shuttle every hour.

There is also a free shuttle to/from Disney on the hour.

We walked to the parks in the morning-very easy and close-but took the free shuttle back at night-so convenient and the driver was very nice.

The candy cane is right next to disney, yet they have a free shuttle that runs every half hour to and from the park.

It’s a very easy 8-10 min walk to Disneyland (with a tired 9 year old) or the free shuttle is there to help!

Pool and hot tub were a welcoming place to relax after a day of walking at Disney.

We truly enjoyed the hot tub each day of our visit.

The rooms are fine, the continental breakfast is better than most, the pool and hot tub are shady and enjoyable, and the staff are very accommodating and helpful.

There is also a hot tub located steps away under a gazebo and behind that it a toddler pool.

Super shuttle service, for free, good breakfast, nice pool, kiddie pool & hot tub for relaxing.

The beds are comfy, the pool and hot tub are heaven sent after a day on your feet.

We used the hot tub upon arriving late in the afternoon and found dinner at the Pizza Press a block away for a very reasonable price.

The other guests were so friendly and our evenings turned into social time by the pool and hot tub.

The pool area was quaint and we liked sitting in the hot tub.

Pool was great they have a kiddy pool, hot tub and a regular pool.

The property is pleasantly somewhat tropical with many plants and foliage on the outside and the grounds are well maintained.The have a heated pool and hot tub area which are well kept as well.

Let me list the reasons. .Comfy beds, comfy pillows, clean rooms, perfect temperature bath/shower, flat screen television, ample room to move around in room, good lighting in room, fantastic staff, (James is awesome), perfect pool, amazing refreshing hot tub, delicious and variety at the free breakfast, prompt and friendly shuttle service (Cesar was great!)

They were able to place us next to our family member's rooms which was great.

After our 2020 trip was cancelled due to Covid.We wanted to return to Anaheim as our grandchildren were older.Candy Cane Inn was absolutely magic,the rooms were spotless and the pool area was amazing as was the breakfast.

Our rooms were nice, there's even a lighted makeup mirror with magnification on one side.

The family enjoyed the amazing hearty breakfast spread, the spacious room (delux due to pack and play), and the sense of safety (onsite security).

After a long day in the parks, go back to your adorable and clean room with comfy beds and pillows for a good night’s sleep.

Although I was traveling solo, the standard room would have been spacious enough for more guests and the set up of the bathroom allowed for ample space to spread out toiletries while still having counter space to use!

The rooms were clean, quiet, and just perfect for our group.

We did a mid-day break one day and housekeeping came back to clean our room for us after we ventured out to the park.

We had 2 premium rooms connected for our stay staring October 7th.

This property appears to be an Old Howard Johnsons or Motel 6 type of property that was renovated, so , the rooms are TINY!

The room is very small (we got the premium 2Q en was still very tight for my 2 teenage daughters and myself.
