- I loved the soft serve ice cream machine and 24-hour soda machine.
- Servicing is their specialty: Free sodas, snacks, popsicles, soap supplies & ice cream.

- My kids thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream, soda and snacks, and loved the popsicle phone.

load more ... - This is hands down the best hotel to stay in if you want to be close to the Chinese Theatre, Hollywood walk of Fame and Universal Studios (one stop on the train).
- Location is perfect, so close to Hollywood Blvd, Chinese Theatre and Hollywood Bowl.
- The location was unbelievable 5 minute walk to the Chinese theatre.
- The rooms are very spacious, The hotel is in a fantastic location - 5-10 minutes walk from the Hollywood walk of fame and Mann's Chinese Theatre.
- The location wss also pretty fantastic, just a short 5 minute walk to Hollywood boulevard, the Chinese Theatre, many shops and reataurants.
load more ... - As the hotel website says, the hotel is a converted 1950’s apartment building, and they may have been exempted from adding an elevator. The pros, (washing machines!!)
- It is a bit dated and there is no elevator so don't go if you want luxury,
- The hotel website makes it very clear there are no lifts and that does mean lifting your luggage up to your own room.
- There are no elevators, there's lots of stairs, and some rooms (like ours) are right next to a freeway.

- Our room was up two flight of stairs, so if you have mobility issues, please ask for a room on the ground floor.

- This is an older building so there is some noise transfer between rooms, and breakfast is in the courtyard so you may like to request an upper floor room if you are looking for a sleep in.
- but it was honestly more like a run down apartment building that has been well taken care of.
