We picked this hotel because it is very close to the Warner Bros. studio tour and Universal Studios Hollywood, and because of the free parking (underground garage) and breakfast.

The free breakfast was clean and adequate,

Breakfast is free, which we only tried on one of the days.

They work the desk, ride the elevator, wander the halls, and enter guest rooms mask free.

Nice free breakfast with both hot and cold options.

Front desk employees were nice check it was fast check out was fast as well free parking free wifi free breakfast.

There is free parking in convenient underground garage that had very few cars in it when I was there.

Free parking was a bonus for the location.

Here is the best perk--parking IS FREAKING FREE!

It has underground FREE parking and FREE internet.

The free underground parking at the hotel is a huge bonus.

Free Underground Parking and free continental breakfast is also included in your stay.

It has a nice free breakfast with scrambled eggs, waffles, and yogurt.

Parking is free and I like how it is in an underground garage.

Breakfast was included and had a great selection which was regularly replenished (set us up for the day) Parking was also included (it took about ten minutes to drive to universal car park).

Free underground parking was wonderful and convenient with an elevator to move luggage from the car to our room easily.

The bonuses were: vey comfortable beds; walking distance to cafe's, restaurants, and shops (including Trader Joe's and attractions); free parking with elevator access to the hotel;  a business center with a printer; Inexpensive laundry facilities, a small gym and free breakfast.

Free wifi, free parking (underground) and free breakfast - there is really nothing to complain about.

Decent price for the area when you factor in free parking and breakfast.

A full breakfast is included in the daily rate as well as free parking.

It was only about $12 to uber in to Hollywood to take celebrity tours and see the Walk of Fame and other sites.

Did Hollywood, Price is Right taping, and Griffith at night for photos.

I would stay here again as I had business in the area West Hollywood and Beverly Hills - Nice hotel, parking garage is a plus.

The location is right next to the WB studios and well out of the way of all the Hollywood hustle and bustle.

I highly recommend the Best Western Media Suites for your next stay in Burbank or Hollywood! !

The Universal Studio subway station is convenient to visit Hollywood and other parts of LA.

Also, unlike some hotels (especially in the Hollywood area), this hotel is in a very nice location with several restaurants within walking distance.

Cheap uber/lyft ride to Hollywood Blvd too.

It's a short drive to Hollywood--we enjoyed the hustle and bustle,

It was pretty annoying to keep calling to have it fixed .

We let him know that we'd be out for the day so he said he'd call and update us.

In the middle of this conversation the phone rang and he held up his palm to me - basically STOP TALKING - while he took the call. No "excuse me," no "would you mind holding on a minute?"

There were three old voicemails left on our phone from the previous occupants.

Lying to them he said we where blocking other guests from leaving the hotel, I swear I almost heard him start to cry on the phone, while we where just standing there watching this "man" loose his mind in front of our eyes.

So we had to call Booking,com to inquire and next day they told us that the initial rate would be given to us.

The front desk would not even call him - he said that we would have to wait for him to arrive tomorrow to see if anything could be done,

After calling the noise continued until after 3 AM.

I do not own a cell phone, so was unable to tell my job nor my loved ones of the situation and that i was safe.

One guest in particular was getting fed up waiting (don't blame him one bit) and picked up the phone behind the desk to attempt to call the hotel, I presume.

We waited for a while and were held up from where we needed to be because so many items needing fixing (no phone; no ventilation; no Internet; clock radio messed up).

After being there for 5 nights, I left my phone cord behind.

Aircondition was a bit to close to the bed in my opinion - so I could not have it on at night because of the noise. The "Breakfest" - If you can call it that (!?)

 the part that threw this review from a 5 to 4 stars was that we received aphone call from front desk at 1130  ttelling us check out times were 11

I have never received a call from any hotel,  not even a motel 6,  essentially kicking me out or warning that we could be charged extra then hanging up the phone on me.

Tried to arrange early check in two times and was advised that they  had no authority to offer that and I needed to call back , not on a weekend or after 5:00 pm..

He was clearly more interested in getting us out of his face so he could go back to his personal call on his cell phone.

We tried using the phone from the second room to call the front desk

but the racks were empty the day we went to check the pool out.

but the pool was hard to find (2nd floor) and was a bit dirty.

We didn't have time to use the pool, it was small and not very deep,

I felt this was way over priced for what we got though, stayed in much better places on our trip for far less.

The hotel pool is small, photo on the website is deceptive.

Didn't get to enjoy the fitness center (has nice equipment), nor the pool on 2nd Floor (small pool for relaxing, not lap swimming).

The pool was extremely small and chlorinated heavily.

Outside pool (no hot tub), single washer/dryer in laundry room, dated bathroom features with leaky shower head and very low water pressure.

The only downside for some families might be the small pool.

Great place to stay if you are going to Warner Brothers Studio tour.

We could walk to Warner brother's studio, 10 min drive to universal, and 10 min drive to the airport.

Conveniently located next to Warner Studios, Universal studios, LA Zoo   and best if all right down the street from my granddaughters 🥰

Stayed at this location because it was close to Warner Brother studios.

This hotel is walking distance from Warner Brothers Studios and 2 miles from Universal Studios.

We stayed here with friends and spent one day on Warner Brothers Tour and next day at Ellen.

Best Western Plus Media Center is in Burbank and walking distance to Warner Brothers Studios.

The hotel is located very close to the Warner Brothers Studio Tour (about a five minute walk) and only one and a half miles from Universal Studios Park and City Walk.

However, the hotel is ideally located for visiting Warner Studios, and that was actually why I booked it, and would book again, if ever in the area.

If you need a well functioning, clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Burbank near Warner Brothers, look no further.

The reason we stayed at this one was because it was within walking distance to Warner Bros Studios.

Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Warner Bros.

Hotel was walkable to Warner Bros studio.

Updated and spotless, this hotel is located within walking distance of Warner Bros and offers free, underground parking, which is a huge bonus.

Great part of town - just around the corner from Warner Brothers Studio.

An excellent, pleasant staff and clean and comfortable rooms with nice amenities are an added bonus!

Even in walking distance to the Burbank Big Boy which was a super bonus all on its own.

The free pastries in the hotel lobby were tasty and perfect size for a grab and go.

It's located in a good location with free parking and many eateries nearby.

The staff is friendly, rooms & beds are comfortable and the bonus is the beverage machine in the lobby!

The TV, free WiFi, plugs, huge table w/ giant cushioned chairs, clock radio + dock, mini fridge, coffee machine in room, safe, closet and dresser space were more than I expected and the vanity area became my mini bar for the night.

There are several restaurants within a safe five minute walk and parking is free.

Clean rooms, parking is available and free.

Cement floors in our ground level room (sparkling clean), perfect climate controls, LOTS of counter space, a very comfortable bed, an awesome luxury coffee maker in the lobby, morning sweets, and a delightfully cute/clean/warm pool to get a quick respite before dinner.

Thr pool is heated and brings back memories from when I was a kid staying at motels back in the day.

Huge fan of this boutique open hotel/inn with great amenities including a heated pool, safes and mini fridges in each room.

The pool was warm and relaxing, especially in the midst of a heatwave.

The hotel was ideally located for us easy striking distance for the studios and the Hollywood hills, a nice pool as well.

About breakfast, it could get better… only has some pastries and coffee… you can’t even consider “breakfast”…
The pool is clean and has pool towels.

We received housekeeping every day (rare these days), and the pool is beautiful and heated.

Another plus was that there were so many restaurants within walking distance!

Kamal provided recomnendations on places to visit and dining in the area and was always spot on.

HELPFUL NOTE:  The motel is walking distance to several great restaurants/bars and a Trader Joe's.

The staff is so nice and helpful, they even gave us a coupon to use at the restaurant next door which worked perfectly!

Also the staff is very helpful in making suggestions of where to eat and ideas of what to do in the area.

An 8 minute walk form WB tours, lots of great restaurants, and gas stations.

The second issue with the hotel is the very small bathrooms.

The only negatives was it was loud, being by a busy street, with car and airplane noises and the bathroom was a little small.

The bathroom is small as is most bathrooms in older motels.

No housekeeping, we were told they had finished for the day (it was 10.00am when we asked) shower unit hanging out of the wall.

The bathroom vent was dirty and there was no air ventilator in the bathroom.

We hope that heating unit will make less noise and the room to not be so dry over night.

The AC was super cold and worked well, even if was a bit on the noisy side.

however, the AC did not work my whole stay, I thought it would work eventually and woke up super early due to the heat in the room.

The AC is a old style, I wasn’t able to put it automatic.

First, AC is definitely the older type that is just way too noisy and kept my parents awake couple times at night when the auto AC mode kicked in.

The air conditioner is the older style which can be a little noisy

I am a fan of an AC unit that keeps the room cold enough to hang meat in it, so I crank the AC all the way up and turn the thermostat all the way down.

Meeting rooms together, a bit loud through airwalls, setup very tight, HVAC made room very cold with ducts blowing directly on attendees of small meeting (a dozen people).

The unit at the window stated do not open the control unit

Again the engineer tells me that I am not doing "it" right until he discovers that I need to control it from the manual control on AC unit that is unlocked.

We couldn't change the fan speed or temperature, which eventually became unbearable by the last night.

My Air conditioner was not working and I had to go downstairs to ask the person to get the AC fixed.

Not only I was changed of room in the middle of the night by an AC smoke issue (it was burning up!

The complimentary cookies are to die for.

Also, front staff provides cookies and water bottles upon checking in.

Everything was clean and everyone was friendly I would definitely recommend  for leisure or business stays, and the cookies were awesome, I have purple hair and tattoos and I wasn’t treated differently then other customers, I really respect this place and the workers!

The cookies are always warm the team always smiling in my room was comfortable that allowed me to sleep the entire night for the first time in about two weeks.

Also , their chocolate chip cookies were great,

They always offered cookies which is nice and no where really does that!

Easy check in and the Doubletree staff were great and the cookies were a bonus!

He greeted my co-host and I and as a special kicker came by with the famous cookies!!!

Great coffe and of course the awesome cookies!

I could smell the cookies as I was walking up to the entrance of the hotel and they taste as good as they smell!

Breakfast buffet was more than sufficient- custom omelettes, french toast and pancakes - we ate here both mornings! Not to mention the cookies you can have at any time during your stay (always warm- always delish!)

Got the complintary warm delicious cookies & water bottles upon arrival.

My mom, sister and I stopped in after shopping just to buy some cookies.

While I waited reception was happy to have a chat and even gave me their renowned cookies to snack on.

If your passion is shopping the location is perfect as it is sharing the parking lot with Citadel outlet center.

The hotel's website and other reviewers accentuate the Citadel Outlet next door.

The breakfast in the morning was the best yeimi was friendly and perfect she handled talking with my kids and is kindhearted the room was clean and it was a nice stay I liked how to hotel was located near the outlets

Plenty of power outlets to charge your electronics as well.

They even charge $10 for parking in an open lot of the outlet stores!

This is my default hotel in this area when visiting on business, as having the Outlet Mall next door makes for easy food choices in the evening.

I recently had some work in Los Angeles and stayed at the Doubletree in Commerce (attached to the Citadel Outlet Mall).
