The staff was welcoming and gracious from the moment we walked into the door when we checked in.

Door Staff was awesome and decor and flowers are lovely as expected.

They even welcomed us back with a beautiful display of fresh fruit and our son’s name printed on the shower door to make him feel special.

Customer service is excellent from the time you get out of your car (valets open the doors), do front desk staff, and those that clean your room.

and nice french doors onto the small balcony.What truly sets this hotel apart is the friendly and helpful service. .outstanding.

The out door gym was a nice change and the pool was well serviced with friendly staff who accommodated our every request.

The staff throughout the hotel are amazing especially Concierge, Front door ..went out of their way to help us.

The hotel is great when you want a quiet part of Beverly Hills (despite some construction of the apartments next door which was not an issue) and want to be transported anywhere nearby in a Bentley.

Service was perfect  from the front door persons, front desk, restaurant, spa (massage was amazing), room service and that amazing concierge desk with Kisha and her team!

The front desk receptionist actually welcomed as at the front door and quickly had us checked in, simultaneously managing to explain all the key details of the hotel.

We loved our corner room #728 with a wrap-around french door lanai!

The best is the service - from the time they open your car door, through reception and the concierge, they make you feel like a treasured guest.

The rooms were spacious and had large french doors that opened onto a small porch.

From the moment you walk in the doors you are engulfed in the tranquil smell of tiger Lillie's, Beautiful bouquets everywhere.

The staff is superb our check in was like returning to old friends, we were upgraded to a suite I absolutely  adore the front desk girl (K) she gave my daughter a gift had the chef prepare a chocolate surprise tray and had her name painted on the shower door,she was fabulous ! !!

From the moment you are greeted at the door until you depart, the pampering and acknowledgment using your name is evident throughout your stay.

Coffee service in the lobby in the morning is available for anyone heading out the door to an early meeting.

Service is excellent, they never miss holding a door open for you and smiling and making you feel welcome.

Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms.

The rooms are well appointed, room service is excellent, the facility is well-maintained and very clean,

The Culina showcases an Italian menu and the facility is outfitted with indoor and outdoor capability.

Hot tub was a plus and very open air gym was great.

The staff are brilliant and attentive, the facilities are well maintained, and the restaurants are always 5*.

Enjoyed my weekend stay, loved my room, gym facilities was great, Culina restaurant was delicious, hospitality staff was professional and attentive,  location was perfect for all my arts and museums needs, definitely coming back

but the fitness center and spa were certainly gold standard when I checked them out.

The amenities include everything a hotel guest could ever want - an indoor/outdoor gym (felt way safer working out here), a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, fantastic dining options and house car service.

Mamadou, Zach and Hannah at the front desk always made us feel welcome, helped with a couple tricky issues and made sure we were able to use the fitness suite when we needed.

The tropical/citrus grove adorned atop the rooftop pool with adjacent outdoor gym is too unique for a city environment.

Rooms, facilities and restaurant were everything you come to expect from Four Seasons.

The gym is semi open air and it is well equipped,

Professional staff and clean room with comfy bed and great fitness center!

Nice reception areas to watch the  world go by and “feel the atmosphere”

If i could give this hotel 6 stars i certainly would, every member of staff we met whether it was the gym (which has the best most advanced equipment) was friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

We were not disappointed in any way - the facilities and service here were, without any exception, outstanding.

Everything about this hotel is excellent and over the top.The food is great .I recommend the swimming pool and steam room "the best".

They have complimentary black coffee/ muffins onsite (by the Gym)

Every one at the hotel was lovely, everyone endeavored to make us feel special.

Hands up, this has been my favourite hotel in LA for years and I have lost count how many times I have stayed there (and I do try to get out here every year for a few days).

I loved this property for so many reasons,

The Hotel is a beautiful oasis on the middle of Beverly Hills.

If you are looking for a great property, amazing staff- this is the place to stay.

The staff here is superb and attentive and one realizes, these details really make a difference that can give a property like the Four Seasons its reputation for caliber.

Likely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world.

The hotel itself / amenities are gorgeous.

To stay in shape, the hotel provided a personal ipad  equipped with hundreds of fitness routines for some uniquely designed exercises.

The service, condition of the hotel and rooms and all amenities were excellent!

But still, overall a very good hotel that I would definitely not mind retuning to.

Hotel has a pool where you can cool off and relax while reading a book and enjoying the CA weather.

The hotel is amazing, the lobby and decor makes you feel like you're at a private residence.

For the cost of a stay at this location, these issues were completely unacceptable.

but food is not good and totally overpriced.

For one, the room service food is quite disappointing - I found the breakfast and late night meals very mediocre, especially for the price charged.

On our arrival at 10 PM @ LAX, rather than fight thousands of travelers trying to catch an overdue shuttle bus to an understaffed remote rental car location, the hotel provided a waiting car and driver for no more than the cost of a one-day rental car that I would have had to pay $50 for overnight parking.

Please do not think this is a paid review because its glowing - I’m a pretty tough customer so know this review is well deserved.

Now, it is quite expensive and is luxury hotel.

Very disappointing service at a very expensive hotel.

And also there was only a bathtub - no separate tub and shower which I consider to be a given in such an expensive hotel.

My only criticism would be the price of parking, which I feel is very high with a price of USD 46 a day (ex tax).

but given we had chosen to pay more specifically for this feature I would have expected some other approach --- and wondered why we were even able to "book" the room if it wasn't available in the first place. Location.

Parking is REALLY expensive, part of the joy of LA!

If there's a negative, it's that the room service and restaurant prices are exorbitant.

At any price, they shouldn't put someone in a room with non-functioning TVs.

Make sure you get a great spa treatment or get a swim in at their pool.

however spa services not available yet i did laps in the gorgeous clean outdoor swimming pool every day.

The spa staff was also great, quite frankly, everyone there is amazing!

You can take a walk and notice all the beautiful architecture and shops nearby or you can stay in your room and get a massage or just relax.

The massage itself was great and super relaxing.

The pool staff, spa technicians and concierge team are always on their game and always consistent.

They have a great, relaxing pool on the fourth floor, along with a nice spa and gym.

Love the gym, spa and poolside area, comfortable rooms, great food selection with excellent vegan choices, welcoming, professional and efficient staff.

The rooms are great, the food is excellent, the pool/spa provides a perfect get-away, and notably, the entire staff is caring, helpful.

The pool was great too, we got a cabana package one day which we got massages, which were VERY relaxing, and then the cabana to just relax at and had great service.

Followed that with a wfantastic spa treatment, and again staff in the spa were all top-notch (there's a theme here!).

The amenities (pool, spa) are great, and they're dog friendly and really cater to the four legged guests.

Well suited for posh Beverly Hills, everything about this hotel feels luxurious: endless collections of floral arrangements, attentive staff, plush bathrobes in the rooms, coffee machines with demitasse and regular ceramic cups, gorgeous bedding, touchscreen smart controls everywhere, nice spa amenities, etc.

great place to stay:  warm staff, good large pool, good gym, good restaurant and bar, everything functions smoothly, restaurant and room service will work with diet restriction issues with no complaints, spa area needs a deep renovation and expansion,

Trip was too short, i Will definitely be returning to check out the newly done spa!!! !

Equally delightful is a gym with spa services that include a massage that equals any on the planet.

We have stayed at the Beverly Wilshire which was also very nice

Of course Uber is always an option to Wilshire which is a short distance or the hotel offers transportation (if available) to guests within 1 mile of the hotel.

Location helps avoid some of the congestion for Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Mid Wilshire attractions & restaurants.

If you want a busier place in Beverly Hills on Rodeo drive ("Pretty woman" location and close to new downtown "Nakatomi tower"), their another hotel Wilshire by Four Seasons is probably the option.

It is much more reasonably priced than its sister hotel (Beverly Wilshire).

We've stayed at the Beverly Wilshire in the past, and while you have a longer walk to Rodeo Drive from this property (~15-20 minutes) you're very close to 3rd Street with a TON of great dining options.

Beverly Wilshire is a great place to stay when visiting Los Angeles.

Love the Middle eastern menu and excellent service in the main dining room and outside tables on Wilshire Blvd.

I  stayed for almost 2 weeks and loved the location -  it is quiet and more private than the one at Beverly Wilshire.

At these prices, I'd recommend other hotels in the area, such as the Montage or Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire.

I liked that the hotel was not in the thick of things (compare to FS Beverly Wilshire and the Montage).

Love the location of this property, being conveniently located in between Santa Monica and Wilshire.

Less flashy than the Beverly Wilshire and tucked away on Doheny it provided just the right blend of luxury, comfort, relaxed style and outstanding service.

I personally liked this hotel more than the Beverly Wilshire it is smaller and cozier which made the excellent staff even more attentive to our wants.

We have also stayed at the Beverly Wilshire, Beverley Hills -, Four Seasons LA wins hands down.

The other Four Season called Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire is MUCH nicer and truly in Beverly Hills.

I'd say if you are not committed to staying right in the heart of Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive (where I would stay at the Beverly Wilshire), then this is a great choice close to RD, Robertson, the Grove, and Third Street.

This is a boutique apartment hotel in a residential area so the location is good because it is very quiet.

Small boutique hotel with excellent location in a residential area, Intimate interior spaces (bar and outdoor patio dining) with fabulous private cabanas on the rooftop pool deck.. Suites were huge and beautifully appointed.

For its location the price is ok. 

It’s a boutique hotel so don’t expect the same standard services big chain hotels give you

I have know of chamberlain for a number of years - they are a boutique hotel centrally located in WEHO .

This is a superb choice for a boutique hotel and I believe offers great value.

Without a doubt one of the best boutique hotel experiences ever!

While large, big name hotels provide comfort, this boutique hotel is scaled down and is a much more personable place.

Fell in love with this cute, boutique hotel from the moment I stepped foot on the property.

We love the fact that it is a quiet residential location, practically next door to a Trader Joes

The gym had patio doors you could open for fresh air when you workout.

We loved having a balcony and being able to open the door for fresh air.

No need for the Starbucks outside the door, they have a great little coffee station every morning in their lobby.

It’s like staying in a close friend’s really nice home.”  Balcony door open and so peaceful outside.

The bellman greeted me at the door opening it with a big smile and welcome.

The minute I walked through the doors you could see and feel the "Hollywood" luxury of the hotel.

From the moment we walked in the door to check in everything went very smoothly.

The location is spot on for visiting West Hollywood, Santa Monica boulevard and the Sunset strip on the door and Barneys is a 5 min walk away.

The hotel is boutique and looks nice from the front door.

but we had a balcony so we were able to open the door when a breeze came through.

The stunning marble and mirror reception area promises great things from the rooms and when I opened the door of my room I gasped!

Wonderful shower with a huge cool shower head and glass door.

Everyone was really nice, they opened doors for me and offered good recommendations.

I am always amazed how quiet and serene it feels in this hotel with the fact one can actually open a sliding door or window and look out to a verdant and pretty neighborhood street.

When we check in and open the door to our room, it feels like home- comfortable, clean, friendly staff and a great roof top pool!

Now I found Great complimentary wi-fi and new terrace doors and railings added since last month.

We loved our room--nicely appointed and quiet--and Jonathon, the doorman, made us feel like we were "coming home" when we hit the hotel door.

We had an amazing time at Chamberlain West Hollywood hotel.

Absolutely loved that the hotel had a wine happy hour from 5-6p.

One of the best hotel experience I've had in a long time.

Hotel is presented beautifully and the rooms are xtra large , with  defined sleeping /sitting areas.

On another note, the hotel was so cute and very clean!

Great hotel, front desk staff is top notch.

Cafe / restaurant in lobby has excellent service and high quality food and while expensive vs non hotel restaurants is probably about average price for hotel restaurants.

If there was anything negative I could find it would be that one of the 2 rooms we have booked is super dark with no natural light so avoid that end of hotel down the side of building plus the other negative is $60 parking fee

The next day, the hotel manager called us to apologize for the problem and offered to move us to a significantly larger room (with a full living room and a separate bedroom) at the same price as our current room!

After finding the house rented was dirty and infested with cockroaches at midnight on my first night in LA I am searching for a West Hollywood hotels in my price point close by.

but all of the hotels have expensive parking so you really need to figure that into your costs.

Be mindful these prices include no room service unless you request it!

To detract from that, a nightly resort fee is charged which seems exorbitant given the size of the hotel and limited inclusions.

I wouldn't stay here again if the the room was free and I was paid!

Parking is expensive at $45 a day for valet-

The only issue I had was the overnight parking fee of 45 dollars

but didn’t realized “continental” breakfast is just a small croissant/muffin and a tiny cup of dice of fruits, everything else on menu are to pay.

but the parking and amenity fees, along with the noisiness of the room above us is why I rated it 4 stars.

The breakfast and dinner room service options were also subpar and overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food you get.

The prices they charge for food and drinks is a complete rip off ! !

The only downside is that the parking is filthy expensive.

I did feel that staying at the hotel was quite expensive and there was no option for self parking just valet at a $45 dollar per night cost which added onto the hotel price and additional taxes was very high.

however, because of the automatic 25% gratuity fee, the proceeds of which the employees never actually see, is imposed.

This time weather encouraged use of roof top pool, Fabulous  sunbeds, umbrellas, great views and bar.Cold water and  sunscreen supplied.

Rooftop pool has a cool vibe and gym / fitness area impressive for a hotel if this size.

Check in and access to the rooftop pool was seamless and the cabana was excellent.

Rooftop pool is a beauty - great place for the kids and adults to relax under the warm Californian Sun.

Great location, gorgeous suites, fabulous rooftop pool and very reasonable rates.

Rooms are great suite-types, as is the rooftop pool.

Don’t miss the beautiful rooftop pool with the cutest, friendliest bartender in town, or the delicious breakfast in the restaurant.

The rooftop pool also has a bar and 360 degree views of the city and you can see as far out as downtown LA.

The next best thing about the Chamberlain is the rooftop pool!

And the carpets need cleaning because there was this old smell throughout.

One of the two lifts was out of order the entire stay, the fly wire screen on the balcony door was constantly jammed and eventually came off the rails and the bathroom had a musty/sewerage smell at times.

Soiled linen was left in the bathroom, the floors were not clean, and the light switches had visable grime on them. Disgusting.

The only criticism we had was while in the non smoking pool area with our 17 year old daughter, a girl smoking a joint was ignored by a staff member who came to deliver food to another hotel customer.

Somehow the hotel didn't match up to all the reviews - some areas smelled heavily of smoke and felt a bit run down.

but what makes this hotel not a place to recommend is that the room had a weird smell, the bathroom wasn’t clean 2 out of 4 times.

The hotel did not look like a hotel or smell like a hotel.

In addition, the stainless steel stand that supports the sink and counter in the bathroom is very badly rusted and the aluminum window frames are corroded and the window sills full of dirt and debris, indicating that management has not been investing in keeping the property in the condition you would expect for a hotel in this price range.

The 4th floor had an unattractive Oder right away off of the elevator and the room smelled worse.

though was that my room smelled terrible--musty.

The room had a smell - like an old musty smell in which I had to turn the super loud aircon on and open the balcony door.

It's as if they're ignoring the little scrapes and scuffs, smells and issues.
