When we visit our daughters in West Hollywood, we always stay here because the hotel is upscale and clean and it doesn't break the bank.

Our stay was pleasant, the room was clean and the furniture was comfortable.

Fantastic hotel, comfortable and clean, within easy reach of all the major sightseeing locations, especially as sightseeing tours available from hotel and with stops close by also.

The property was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and assisted with any questions we had.

but for the price it just felt right, additionally we felt comfortable in the hotel - everything felt, clean, organised and relaxed.

The rooms are spacious, clean & the beds are super comfortable.

We enjoyed our room of its size, cleanliness, and decor.

Convenient and reasonably priced vending machines, handy for bottled water which was $2 per bottle - definitely helped to save a bit of money and didn't feel like being robbed compared to spending $5 per bottle when on a trip or visiting attractions.

It is in a convenient location on Sunset Boulevard, we used the underground car park for the duration of our stay ($29 a night) and then used Ubers to get everywhere.

It's really convenient for exploring by way of uber to all the great restaurants, bars/lounges, cafes, and great shopping spots nearby.

Parking on site was convenient and just an elevator ride away from our room.

This hotel is very conveniently located on Sunset.

Deciding to stay at the Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza Hotel, made for a perfect home base for the weekend and was so conveniently nestled inbetween all the things we had planned.

The pool area is absolutely spectacular with beautiful flowers all around and everything was so convenient.

Once you're used to parking in the garages, they are convenient and easy to use and have easy access to the hotel.

We like staying at this hotel because we find the location convenient, the rooms spacious, and mostly because of the people who work there.

The hotel location is amazing right in the middle of everything and super safe and convenient.

We had a pool side room and was so convenient with kids to wake up and head to pool!!

The pool was heated and surrounded by flowers, lovely patios and terraces reminiscent of an Italian Villa.

Our room was lovely, very big with two beds (which were very comfy indeed) a kitchenette and it overlooked the beautiful pool area which was surrounded with gorgeous pink flowers.

Trees and flowers surrounding the courtyard pool area made hanging out poolside each day very appealing.

If you find yourself just wanting to relax for an afternoon in the hotel that is no problem because they have a private swimming pool which is surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants (it doesn’t  feel like sitting around a hotel pool in the middle of LA).

The flowers that wrap around the pool are just beautiful!

but one where free breakfast is helpful - It always feels nice to wake up and not have to get up, fully dressed and trudge out looking for a place to eat where you'll probably end up spending $50 - $60

No complaints about the quality either - its pretty good and free!

There is also a free breakfast in the dining room, which is well-attended and generous.

Good location, walking distance to several restaurants, free continental breakfast, beautiful outdoor pool, gym, comfortable room for up to 4 peopke, courteous and helpful staff.

There was a complimentary breakfast which we had most mornings of our stay, sadly for us as vegans there wasn't a huge option

I found there to be plenty of options, and i'd rather have this free breakfast which sets me up for the day.

Cons: the place smells so strongly of some kind of chemical.

Carpets old and smelly, breakfast was limited and paper plates plastic knifes and forks.

Unfortunately the area was smelling of weed as some guests used the back area to smoke in.

however the new room smelt a little fusty, hotel reception sofa and rug is dirty, staff require more customer service training.

On the flip side, customer service was rather cold, and in spite of upgrades, this is an old building with a funky smell from the lobby to the rooms.

There is a horrible old carpet smell throughout building - distinct wet/old smell - in the room and halls - it badly needs replacing.

The tiles in the swimming pool were filthy you could wipe the dirt of with your hands, see attached photo.

Had a bug in my bed, pullout bed had a downward incline where your head was lower than your legs, breakfast lacked a variety of foods and lobby had a musty horrible smell.

Only things we had issues with were the HVAC system which seemed a bit dated, and a musty smell in the hotel room and throughout the halls.

The air conditioning/heating wall unit was absolutely filthy.

The cigarette smoke would permeate the halls.

-The BREAKFAST is yet another bait and switch - they offer disgusting moldy 25 cent pre packed muffins with NO COFFEE and call it breakfast.

butt germs all over the place and no one said a word.

One on of the tables by the couch, there was some gross residue that wasn't wiped down by housekeeping--though it was not visible until we saw it on the wiping cloth.

although it was dark and felt smaller than room 212, it smelt fine so we accepted it.

but only disappointment was that despite the hotel being non smoking, someone before us had flouted the rules!

The pool area is lovely , sadly some people ignore the no smoking policy,

So it is a rather dirty and smelly area(urine etc.

Breakfast among the worst in my entire life, just packed food on board plates.

we constantly had to ask for more plates cutlery and food they couldn't keep up with the demand.

The use of single use/disposable paper plates and cutlery seems wasteful.

No restaurant or bar, breakfast is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery in a cramped room that struggles to cope with the amount of guests staying, we had to clear our table when we had finshed and put the used plates, cutlery and waste food in an overflowing bin, see photo.

but you could take your tray up to 4th floor breakfast room where there was more seating up there ,the main breakfast room was floor 3 street level, we didn’t need to go to floor 4 as we always got a table.

Paying $300 a night should entitle us to more than disposable cutlery and plates.

but is served with paper plates and plastic cutlery.

however even my children commented on the use of plastic plates and cutlery as environmentally unfriendly!

but what is with the paper plates and plastic knives and forks.

The most unusual thing was the use of paper plates and plastic utensils for breakfast.

The only thing that could be improved would be the use of paper plates and cups for breakfast.

but they had paper plates and plastic cutlery which I found a bit strange but all in all was a good enjoyable stay

Very basic breakfast and disposable plates and cutlery.

however the food is very average and served on paper plates.

By this I mean - cups provided in room were of the disposable variety, and individually wrapped in plastic bags; all of the eating utensils, plates, and cups at breakfast were disposable as well.

One thing i did not like was having to use paper plates, plastic knife, folk, spoon, and paper cups.

Do not expect to use the kitchen since it is empty (no cups, no plates, nothing.

Would not stay again because breakfast food tasteless and paper plates even if free.

The King room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view.

Have stayed here last year, and decided not to look any further this year, as this hotel was comfortable, convenient and close to where we were going.

Nicely appointed hotel in a good location convenient to the North LA area.

Location is convenient to the freeway, easy on/off from freeway, Self parking was I think $22 which is reasonable and half the price of downtown LA

Safe neighborhood outside the hotel I walked to several restaurants in the area.

I also have family near Hollywood and this hotel is a convenient location for visiting LA basin nearby and has a number of nearby attractions without the hustle and bustle of downtown LA.

I love staying at this Hilton conveniently located off the 134 Freeway.

The room was clean, had a nice view of the mountains, and was a convenient location to food and nearby offices.

There is a trader joes almost diagonally across the road so that is convenient for groceries

The services are great and underground parking is convenient.

After turning on the flashlight on my phone I see that there is no slot to insert the key card,

I had a billing dispute and they were exceptionally rude and unwilling to work with me.

This hotel is way off four stars quality, room is a little bit old, no charging stations for electric cars and they charge $35 parking per night.

Our room cards also deactivated themselves the first day we checked in so we had to go downstairs to get them reprogrammed.

We had a diamond credit which went nowhere.the restaurant manager( i think) was rude,lazy and the worst I have encountered.

Upon checkout, there was a need for manager intervention because the food/beverage credit we received was not actually credited to the bill and we were charged for it (later removed by the manager).

no effort has neen made to contact me nor refund the US$23 wrongly charged by this hotel.

My 11-year-old commented how funny it was since there were signs in the lobby that said there was a $300 charge if anyone broke the smoking rules in the rooms!

What was particularly annoying was one of the women on the front counter was happily chatting away in Arminian to a guest who was just clearly disorganised with no ID or valid credit card.

but we had a prepaid reservation that we had to point out at check-in when they wanted to charge us again, then discovered when we got the emailed receipt after our stay they went ahead and did charge us again later even though our credit card was only authorized for $50 in incidentals.

I was a little disappointed with the range of food given how much they were charging.

Despite the website staying clearly that breakfast, parking and WiFi were free, on arrival this proved to be a complete lie with over $70 in charges for the pair of us per 24hrs.

Parking you can do ins-and-outs in the parking garage no extra charge.

They charged me 15 dollars for 1/2 a bagel and were super rude about it, as if I wasn’t supposed to even be there.

but was charged for 2 because they didn’t listen to what i was asking for .

but when you add parking charges etc, is not worth it.

She never acknowledged my being a rewards member at check in, then she took my card for what i thought were incidentals for a 3 day stay and put a hold on my card for $850.

Customer service representative on the phone cannot communicate or help me with a slightly unusual reservation-to verify if my company's credit card is on file and being authorized to charge.

Glenoaks is a good street just across the 134 Freeway where you are not caught into all the downtown Brand activity

Hotel is conveniently located off the freeway and with in walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants and the Glendale mall and theater.

Clean, Quiet, Easy Parking, Easy Access to Freeway, Away from LA Traffic  Hotel lacks the features of an Embassy Suites,

This Hilton is located next to the freeway so it is very convenient.

Located in beautiful Glendale near mountains, freeways, and the galleria.

Good location, easily accessible from the freeway, clean and spacious rooms with good soundproofing.

Loud partying kept me from a good nites sleep

The hotel is a couple of blocks from the freeway and also very close to the downtown area of Glendale.Would stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location reasonable close to the Glendale Mall and very close to the freeways making access easy.

The hotel was clean, the service was helpful, the hotel had convenient access to the freeway (I-210) and it felt quite safe.

This Hotel has easy access from 134 Freeway and ample parking for full size and compact vehicles.

Location was conveniently located close to the freeway.

Parking is rather pricey at $29 a night in the parking garage.

Parking was expensive, especially considering we booked with a "parking included" rate and weren't told until after the valet took our car that it didn't apply to valet parking.

overall a very expensive hotel with few attributes.

The only downside is that like most hotel chains, they charge for parking which seems unreasonable to us,

The cost was just too high for two days ($500).

Internet code didn’t work, movies that cost 20$, no room service and little food choices.

Also, it is  ridiculous to have to pay for parking in a hotel that you just payed to spend the night in.

When I did receive my bill I was surprised to see I had been charged US$23 for Self Parking and yet I travelled to and from the hotel by Cab.

For the ridiculous price, regrettably I’d suggest checking elsewhere.

We were first surprised to find out that we had to pay more than $20 to park at the hotel! Ridiculous.

$350 incidental fee not disclosed until check-in.

The breakfast was not included in the room rate (200$ a night) and so had to pay another 23$ for what I consider a very basic breakfast.

but can be managed, around 25 $ excluding tips for breakfast which is high but these kind of hotels have the same price elsewhere

Short story is that you get all the cons of a cheap one star hotel with a bit of lipstick and more walking, plus get the opportunity to pay $20+ to park and again for breakfast.

My $15 dollar pizza ended up costing me $44 dollars with a diet soda.

$16 for an average burger with undercooked fries is a rip off.

Thought i would of got more for what i paid for i spent over 300.00 in the gift shop 300.00 on tbe room 21.00 in ..parking witch no one told me about very dissatisfied for the money i spent .

I slipped and fell in the shower during my stay due to a clogged drain and standing water in our shower.

We didn't discover the sounds and odor until the first morning and wondered what the heck was going on.
