Hot tub was a plus and very open air gym was great.

The gym is semi open air and it is well equipped,

The gym is open air style and has a view of the pool which makes working out almost enjoyable.

The step-out balconies were great as well, offering views of the surrounding area and plenty of natural light and fresh air.

The open air gym and the restaurant was top notch as well.

Enjoyed the pool and partially open air fitness center and the terrific, friendly staff.

All rooms have balconies which is so nice for some fresh air.

The pool is great, the food and drink were excellent, and we even managed to get in a nice workout in their open air gym.

There is also a gym on the same level which is open air - it was great to pound the treadmill with the view of the pool and beyond and a breeze from outside.

I had a great time when I went to los Angeles and is looking forward to go back soon I stayed in the Beverly Hilton hotel and got a chance to see how beautiful los Angeles was the clean air warm weather with good healthy palm trees.

Terrace and fresh air made the trip all the while.

I appreciated the balcony and some fresh clean air to start the day (and quite a nice view).

The rtooms are typically comfortable and well-equipped Four Seasons rooms - with the added benefit that every room as, at least, a step-out balcony to help you enjoy the views or get some fresh air.

The open air gym looked out onto the pool and was perfect way to wake up in the morning.

The gym area is next to the pool which is partially open air and a great feeling to exercise.

We were on a high floor so we had a great view out of the balcony and were able to get some fresh air (with a little smog) during the cool LA nights.

Best for business, stay at The Beverly Hills Hotel or Hotel Bel Air for special occasions.

Gym is fantastic, next to the pool, open air, with good cardio and servicable weights.

I had a view of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown and loved being able to open the balcony door for fresh air.

We also really enjoyed using the 'open air' gym each morning.

Spacious, clean, and well equipped rooms.

The rooms are well appointed, room service is excellent, the facility is well-maintained and very clean,

The Culina showcases an Italian menu and the facility is outfitted with indoor and outdoor capability.

The staff are brilliant and attentive, the facilities are well maintained, and the restaurants are always 5*.

Enjoyed my weekend stay, loved my room, gym facilities was great, Culina restaurant was delicious, hospitality staff was professional and attentive,  location was perfect for all my arts and museums needs, definitely coming back

but the fitness center and spa were certainly gold standard when I checked them out.

The amenities include everything a hotel guest could ever want - an indoor/outdoor gym (felt way safer working out here), a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, fantastic dining options and house car service.

Mamadou, Zach and Hannah at the front desk always made us feel welcome, helped with a couple tricky issues and made sure we were able to use the fitness suite when we needed.

The tropical/citrus grove adorned atop the rooftop pool with adjacent outdoor gym is too unique for a city environment.

Rooms, facilities and restaurant were everything you come to expect from Four Seasons.

Professional staff and clean room with comfy bed and great fitness center!

Nice reception areas to watch the  world go by and “feel the atmosphere”

If i could give this hotel 6 stars i certainly would, every member of staff we met whether it was the gym (which has the best most advanced equipment) was friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

We were not disappointed in any way - the facilities and service here were, without any exception, outstanding.

Everything about this hotel is excellent and over the top.The food is great .I recommend the swimming pool and steam room "the best".

They have complimentary black coffee/ muffins onsite (by the Gym)

To the pool staff giving me amazing recommendations, PF&W with their amazing food and beverages, and Ms Martinez keeping our room fresh everytime we returned.

The hotel is graced with a luscious  surrounding garden with a lobby that is awash with stunning fresh flowers, a marble floor and bronze sculptures.

They even welcomed us back with a beautiful display of fresh fruit and our son’s name printed on the shower door to make him feel special.

The pristine gardens and incredible fresh flower displays throughout the hotel inspire peace and tranquility and are a reminder to stop and smell the flowers!

Everybody was offered strawberry milkshakes, and of course fresh water all the time.

The complimentary coffee and fresh muffins in the lobby are delicious.

The beautiful fresh flowers throughout the lobby added to the exquisite ambiance.

The floral arrangements are always breathtaking and fresh - something I look forward to with each different stay.

The hotel grounds are impeccable maintained, white glove clean, filled with fresh smelling flowers.

This surprised us as we have stayed at many other four seasons with exceptional fresh well executed food.

Late night room service was fresh, healthy and delicious.

Breakfast is great, fresh juices a la carte.

The fresh flowers in the various lobbies are worth the visit alone.

but we all kept wanting to go back to the same luncheon spot --- as there were two of us who were vegetarian, it was hard to beat the many creative dishes with very fresh ingredients.

It's pretty convenience to go to anywhere, when you feel like shopping you can drive or walk to Rodeo Drive, if you get tired of always dining in restaurants you can walk to Bristol farmers market or Whole foods to grab some fresh foods.

I love the fresh flowers upon entering the hotel.

For the cost of a stay at this location, these issues were completely unacceptable.

but food is not good and totally overpriced.

For one, the room service food is quite disappointing - I found the breakfast and late night meals very mediocre, especially for the price charged.

On our arrival at 10 PM @ LAX, rather than fight thousands of travelers trying to catch an overdue shuttle bus to an understaffed remote rental car location, the hotel provided a waiting car and driver for no more than the cost of a one-day rental car that I would have had to pay $50 for overnight parking.

Please do not think this is a paid review because its glowing - I’m a pretty tough customer so know this review is well deserved.

Now, it is quite expensive and is luxury hotel.

Very disappointing service at a very expensive hotel.

And also there was only a bathtub - no separate tub and shower which I consider to be a given in such an expensive hotel.

My only criticism would be the price of parking, which I feel is very high with a price of USD 46 a day (ex tax).

but given we had chosen to pay more specifically for this feature I would have expected some other approach --- and wondered why we were even able to "book" the room if it wasn't available in the first place. Location.

Parking is REALLY expensive, part of the joy of LA!

If there's a negative, it's that the room service and restaurant prices are exorbitant.

At any price, they shouldn't put someone in a room with non-functioning TVs.

Edward is my favourite person there – I just love stopping by catching up on the latest restaurants and a bit of gossip.

Food was amazing, hotel is amazing, staff is superb.

The restaurant is very good and the outdoor space is leafy and green masking the hotels urban location - its a nice place to spend time.

Great service, good rooms and great food.

Atmosphere had a real nice vibe and food was terrific!

Also make sure you get some great food from their restaurant Culina.

We also enjoyed all the restaurants where we went. Fantastic.

Great bar service, delicious breakfast, and fab room service, too.

Great burgers and fries and a decadent ice-cream sandwich.

They were kind to take a pool lunch off our bill.

The hotel itself is incredible and located in the perfect spot in Beverly Hills so it was easy to get around town and walk to local restaurants and bars.

This restaurant also has a very fancy and large pizza oven (from Italy) – the pizza at lunch was delicious.

There are several restaurants nearby, which is convenient.

Make sure you get a great spa treatment or get a swim in at their pool.

however spa services not available yet i did laps in the gorgeous clean outdoor swimming pool every day.

The spa staff was also great, quite frankly, everyone there is amazing!

You can take a walk and notice all the beautiful architecture and shops nearby or you can stay in your room and get a massage or just relax.

The massage itself was great and super relaxing.

The pool staff, spa technicians and concierge team are always on their game and always consistent.

They have a great, relaxing pool on the fourth floor, along with a nice spa and gym.

Love the gym, spa and poolside area, comfortable rooms, great food selection with excellent vegan choices, welcoming, professional and efficient staff.

The rooms are great, the food is excellent, the pool/spa provides a perfect get-away, and notably, the entire staff is caring, helpful.

The pool was great too, we got a cabana package one day which we got massages, which were VERY relaxing, and then the cabana to just relax at and had great service.

Followed that with a wfantastic spa treatment, and again staff in the spa were all top-notch (there's a theme here!).

The amenities (pool, spa) are great, and they're dog friendly and really cater to the four legged guests.

Well suited for posh Beverly Hills, everything about this hotel feels luxurious: endless collections of floral arrangements, attentive staff, plush bathrobes in the rooms, coffee machines with demitasse and regular ceramic cups, gorgeous bedding, touchscreen smart controls everywhere, nice spa amenities, etc.

great place to stay:  warm staff, good large pool, good gym, good restaurant and bar, everything functions smoothly, restaurant and room service will work with diet restriction issues with no complaints, spa area needs a deep renovation and expansion,

Equally delightful is a gym with spa services that include a massage that equals any on the planet.

These individuals were outstanding professionals.

I always feel so at home here – almost like I am with family (albeit the most accommodating and service-focused family you could hope for).

The staff are amazing from the pool to reception, to the forecourt  .

Our check-in was handled well, and we were escorted up to our one bedroom Hollywood Suite.

Staff was fantastic as was the room which was incredibly clean.

If you are looking for a great property, amazing staff- this is the place to stay.

From the scent of the Lillies that filled the entrance, to the smile of Momodou Krubally at reception, to Jordan & Jessie at the bar, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we found it to be a beautifully refined and elegant experience.

The staff here is superb and attentive and one realizes, these details really make a difference that can give a property like the Four Seasons its reputation for caliber.

The concierge was the best concierge in the world.

The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied.

Lovely staff who attended to your every need at any and all times.

So, if you want to treat yourself to a glam soaked property, that takes on a urban retreat demeanor,  with sweeping views of La La Land and great wellness facilities. .

Of course Uber is always an option to Wilshire which is a short distance or the hotel offers transportation (if available) to guests within 1 mile of the hotel.

Location helps avoid some of the congestion for Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Mid Wilshire attractions & restaurants.

If you want a busier place in Beverly Hills on Rodeo drive ("Pretty woman" location and close to new downtown "Nakatomi tower"), their another hotel Wilshire by Four Seasons is probably the option.

It is much more reasonably priced than its sister hotel (Beverly Wilshire).

We've stayed at the Beverly Wilshire in the past, and while you have a longer walk to Rodeo Drive from this property (~15-20 minutes) you're very close to 3rd Street with a TON of great dining options.

Beverly Wilshire is a great place to stay when visiting Los Angeles.

Love the Middle eastern menu and excellent service in the main dining room and outside tables on Wilshire Blvd.

I  stayed for almost 2 weeks and loved the location -  it is quiet and more private than the one at Beverly Wilshire.

At these prices, I'd recommend other hotels in the area, such as the Montage or Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire.

I liked that the hotel was not in the thick of things (compare to FS Beverly Wilshire and the Montage).

Love the location of this property, being conveniently located in between Santa Monica and Wilshire.

Less flashy than the Beverly Wilshire and tucked away on Doheny it provided just the right blend of luxury, comfort, relaxed style and outstanding service.

I personally liked this hotel more than the Beverly Wilshire it is smaller and cozier which made the excellent staff even more attentive to our wants.

We have also stayed at the Beverly Wilshire, Beverley Hills -, Four Seasons LA wins hands down.

The other Four Season called Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire is MUCH nicer and truly in Beverly Hills.

I'd say if you are not committed to staying right in the heart of Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive (where I would stay at the Beverly Wilshire), then this is a great choice close to RD, Robertson, the Grove, and Third Street.

I enjoyed the windows that open up to fresh air and overlook the pool and vistas downtown and to the sea.

but in the open air with a view over the pool.

After taking in the fresh air from the open window I took a look around and saw how charming the decor was.

The Tower Bar is very special - sophisticated and open air.

but it was easily accessible for some fresh air - a cool touch.

And the music selection of old standards is the perfect backdrop to every morning breakfast in the outdoor air or dreamy sunroom.

Having sunrise breakfasts with my family on the open air balcony while taking in the surreal views of downtown LA and the Hollywood Hills are memories I'll keep for a lifetime.

Before we found the Sunset Tower, we had stayed at the Bel Air, Roosevelt, Peninsula, Shutters (Santa Monica), Chateau Marmont, and London.

Another thing that I liked about this room was that you could crack the windows enough to get some fresh air and breezes blowing through the suite.

We are coming back to stay here next weekend to make this our LA home away from home high in the hills of Hollywood with open air dining over the pool. Magical!

Out of all the hotels we've tried in LA, (Including Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Beverly Wilshire) Sunset Tower has to be the happiest and friendliest with the best ambience all the time!

At night the room transform itself into a more elegant open air experience with large couches and a cool glow.

Our complimentary breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious, and the restaurant itself was delightful - an open air terrace dining room with a fabulous view and relaxed atmosphere.

But waking in the morning to fresh air is most certainly a bonus that one does not find in many hotels today.

Everything smells good there from the custom made bars of soap and Kheil’s products in your room, to the Tower Bar's lilies, to the California air outside your window.

Before stayed at Bel Air, The Beverly Hills, The Beverly Whilshire and other 5-star hotels in LA.

I would recommend this hotel to friends/family, hotel is well run, and staff are professional, courteous, intiuitive to your needs; they make you feel top notch/first class without any air of pretensiousness.

It's a great way to enjoy their popular lobster tacos while you take in the sun and scene at this discreet yet scenie hot spot, or simply take in the al fresco air with a nice glass of New Zealand sauvignon blanc and chill out.

While some of them were great, there were a few mid 20's, preppy Beverly Hills types that had an air of superiority about them.

Like the breath of Aslan, these beds are.

The views from the restaurant and pool are equally breath taking.

Ahhh, then there's the amazing view overlooking the pool and the city with all the doors open to the patio that takes your breath away.

Barbara at the Tower Bar made our entire trip amazing by telling us the history of the hotel and making sure we were always taken care of.

We were incredibly appreciative of Katie (front desk), Barbara (restaurant), and the entire wait staff for making us feel comfortable and well taken care of during a period when logistics and staffing must be especially challenging.

From the moment we checked in we were taken care of by Steven, who delighted us with an upgrade for our one night stay.

I didn’t provide this feedback to the Sunset Tower reception staff because they didn’t care to ask about my stay.

we explained that we didn’t care what room we had, and understood it was unlikely to be ready until later (which was fine)

After they shared a few words i assume about my situation, he was so delightful and took care of my cocktail as i waited (try the southside).

Angel and boy Tony took great care of me.

Angel bends over backward to make sure we are taken care of, and we always are.

Was taken care of by bartender Larry and host Alex.

The service was perfect, Eddie did a great job taking care of us and later on we came back and had some cocktails with Larry who had us laughing the entire time.

My fiancée and I were celebrating with a few friends and he went out of his way to take care of us plus create a personal connection with us.

I ordered food on my own and Angel was helpful in delivering it and making sure everything I needed was taken care of.

Thank you Brett, Zack, Christos and George for taking care of my guests for a birthday dinner recently.

They also left fresh cookies (one chocolate chip, one oatmeal raisin) which were nice to have with our coffee (conveniently from Starbucks across the street) in the morning.

The continental breakfast each morning was superb with fresh berries, a discounted omelette and juices.

The rooms are exquisitely appointed, the beds the comfiest I've ever experienced and the front desk staff, especially Alex, are extremely polite and obliging – especially in terms of providing fresh milk to feed this fussy Brit's tea habit!

The secondary restaurant is now as enjoyable as the main restaurant and the rooms are now fresh and updated.

The continental breakfast was part of the stay and featured Greek yogurt in French pots and berries and a variety of fresh juices.

Fresh berries, a delicious selection of pastries each day of our stay we were exquisitely taken care of by our servers Angel, Erick and Eta.

I would Also like to recommend their Avocado toast which is my go to order that always comes  fresh and tasty!

Probably my favorite part of each stay is the terrace. Breakfast with great views of LA, fresh wonderful food (amazing omelettes) and staff that reads your mind (Angel you are amazing!)

Quick funny story -John Wayne use to bring his cow back in the day and serve fresh milk to people out by the pool- amazing views.

Breakfast was included and was great - very fresh and great selection.

It is a decent size and well appointed with a very comfortable king size bed and fresh crisp linen.

We loved the fresh baked cookies left during the turn down service.

The buffet breakfast was ample for me - bagels and pastry, cereal, lots of fresh fruit, juice, coffee.

At turndown, there were bottles of water and two fresh cookies by the bedside.

From the moment you enter the building the staff are very welcoming and our server was really nice had a lovely chat our breakfast was amazing really really good food overlooking the pool area would definitely recommend loved it.would like to go at night maybe next time iam in LA.

The location is amazing and always a great meal at Sunset Tower.

The rooms are lovely and the Tower Bar and Restaurant are very welcoming.
