We really enjoyed our made-to-order breakfast buffet meals.

Breakfast was great, there was a nice spread and the staff were all extremely friendly and pleasant.

The rooms are very clean, complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails and snacks they serve were yummy.

Breakfast was decent and included in the price.

The free morning breakfast is the best we’ve had from hotels that offer free breakfasts.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of space to eat(indoor and outdoor by a water feature).

The made to order complimentary breakfast each morning was a big saving in our trip, and we really enjoyed it.

On-site parking was convenient and the rooms were clean.

Over all the place is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Down fall they charge additional $26 for parking per night which they deduct from $200 deposit Fee.

Not enough outlets, nothing by night stands to charge your devices.

When I called the hotel to dispute the charge, the manager was so rude.

and soon after we checked out on feb 20, we got over charge 50 dollars.

The only recommendation is usb outlets or plugs to charge phones with cables only.

My only issues were the high charge for parking and WiFi.

They also notify you at checkin that they are going to charge 21 dollars a day to park at their place or you can park across the street, as they told us.

Also parked a rental car for 3 days and had charge come through in middle of the night that looks like they charged many more days

There is no phone charging outlet near the bed.

Oh and the Hilton next door charged my card to another guests room.

Finally, they overcharged me for parking (which had been included in my AAA rate) and it was multiple phone calls to clear it up.

Key card did not work well in the parking garage.

but you had you do not disturb up” card was slipped under the door of my replacement room sometime between 8PM and 7:30AM when I left the room.

The parking charge could have been less-wasn't like it was valet, and valet isn't an option.

The worst part, there is very limited technology in the rooms, they don't even have charging stations (hint: bring your own, otherwise you'll be unplugging lamps to charge your devices).

They should be ashamed for charging $21/day for parking.

We also did wish that there were outlets next to the bed to plug in phones to charge at night.

There are virtually no outlets in the room and none near the bed, you'll have to charge your electronics on the floor, on the table on the other side of the room or on the desk out in the sitting area.

I don't like having a separate charge for parking.

NO OUTLETS anywhere near the bed to charge devices.

The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the Americana shopping area, 10 minute drive to the zoo and 15 minute drive to the Griffith Observatory.

Ideal location for Griffith Park, Burbank and Universal Studios, all being within a 20 minute drive.

The LA Zoo, Griffith Park and Warner Bros. Studios are also within a short drive, and the Burbank airport is close for air transportation.

Hotel's location is good  Rooms are ok size and very very dated.

The omelet station always had a line which was very long at times.

The staffs behind the bars and the omelet stations were fantastic.

The omelet cook knew some sign language which is super cool and impressed by deaf adult daughter.

Leaks from the bathroom faucet and under the sink left the vanity and floor soaked, the bathroom hook fell out of the wall when a towel was hung up, the sheer curtains in the bedroom were literally in shreds, and the couch smelled so bad I couldn’t bear to sit on it.

butt and the fact that we did not ever hear from the managers manager, whatever that is, I feel really shows that they just don’t care about their customers.

but the underground parking is a bit tight and smells like a sewer so beware of that.

The room smells, dated, stains on bed covers, pillow case, couch.

Phone in the sitting area didn't work and the sink in the bathroom would fill up and just a slow drain.

My room had urine smell and no one has fixed it during our stay despite asking for it a few times.

The parking garage is disgusting and the facilities in general are below standard for a hotel of this price in Glendale.

The vent in the shower was absolutely disgusting full of dust.

Upon checking into my room that was supposed to be sanitized because of Covid, I found crumbs on the sofa cushions, and when I lifted the cushions to open the sofa bed there were even more crumbs! Disgusting!!

Sewage water came up through the bar sink at midnight, leaving a putrid smell and destroying several of our groceries.

There was a sewer smell in both our rooms, elevator and parking garage.

The first few nights were a reward stay and the room was awful (smelled of smoke every night causing asthma).

This facility has less than zero customer service, employees are rude, condescending and the heaters in the room (if they work) are full of filth and dust.

However, the water in the bathroom (sink, toilet, shower) had a sulfuric smell.

Pool itself is shallow, and the hot tub was gross in my opinion, sand clumps riding the foam piles. Yuck.

but this one has a coi pond in the lobby and the smell was unbelievably bad.

There was disgusting hair and lint on the bed.

Probably a legacy Embassy Suites, our room 1002 was torn up, tile pieces in the bathroom pull up and getting stuck on our feet, drapes in the living room pulling off the tracks, 10th floor stunk of heavy cigarette smoke, beer cans all over the place, people hanging out in the hallways, rude breakfast staff.

On the other side, the cleanliness was a bit subpar; a pool in front of the hotel was full of debris and turning green, our room coffee was not refreshed one day, and a few crumbs were noticed on an end table in our room.

The staff at the hotel was unfailingly polite and helpful.

Staff were also responsive, friendly, and ready to assist upon request.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

Aside from the front desk, service staff was friendly.

And thanks to the restaurant/chef for helping out.

The front desk clerk referred us to his supervisor that would be in the next morning.

Excellent staff from when you enter the hotel to housekeeping.

Ryan, who took care of me when I checked-out was also kind.

House-keeping staff, specially in our floor (11th) were very efficient in completion of their tasks.

Breakfast is very good and free there is a lot if choice.

My mother in law has a scooter and she enjoyed how big the roll in shower was also.

but they look great and the complimentary breakfast was a very welcome surprise.

but one where free breakfast is helpful - It always feels nice to wake up and not have to get up, fully dressed and trudge out looking for a place to eat where you'll probably end up spending $50 - $60

No complaints about the quality either - its pretty good and free!

We felt the price we paid for our stay was very reasonable and the only thing I can fault is the breakfast.

Breakfast was decent and many options for dietary preferences.

Very close to local shops if you forget anything! They also have a nice and convenient breakfast available if that's something you look for in a hotel (eggs, potatoes, ham, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, etc.)

You are in the perfect location with public transport right outside your door if needed! Staff are always ready to assist, breakfast is great (and free!)

If you find yourself just wanting to relax for an afternoon in the hotel that is no problem because they have a private swimming pool which is surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants (it doesn’t  feel like sitting around a hotel pool in the middle of LA).
