From the scent of the Lillies that filled the entrance, to the smile of Momodou Krubally at reception, to Jordan & Jessie at the bar, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left, we found it to be a beautifully refined and elegant experience.

We had a nice dinner outside the bar and got excellent guidance from the sommelier and a very charming waiter - we still remember her smile, drinks afterwards to nice live music.

The reason we booked at The Four Seasons LA was primarily due to the fact that we adore the brand and our favorite properties in the world are often times located at a Four Seasons property (FS Paris, FS Bora Bora, FS Oahu, FS San Francisco, FS Palm Beach, FS Vegas, FS Miami, FS New York, and FS Los Angeles.

Their early morning coffee/tea station located near lobby was great for the East Coast early risers like myself!

but you are just separated enough to get some peace and quiet: - 25 minutes to downtown - 25 minutes to the beaches - 25 minutes to LAX - 15 minutes to Hollywood - 5 minutes to Beverly Hills - perfect

Location is great if you want to try something different away from the beaches.

We always stayed at other hotels near the beach because we couldn’t find nice and well placed hotels at the city.

We stayed here and the Ritz for a week - split across the two before heading up the coast.

Upgraded rooms add sitting areas with pull-out sofas, while suites feature separate living rooms and/or dining areas, as well as access to a beach club.

Aspect that stood out the most was housekeeping's great personal level of service with Melovy and Monica and the Housekeeping Manager, Sunil's dedication.

Stayed in the Four Seasons instead of Mandalay Bay for a large conference.

The other outstanding one in California is in Santa Barbara!

Breakfasts are amazing and we always say we would fly to this hotel coast to coast for breakfast and return back.

so rewarding, once again, to have a room at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills!

From Paul, our driver from the airport;Christine, front desk clerk; Barbara, Andrea, Danny, Marco the concierge staff; Alan the door greeter;  Nelson the courtesy car driver; Raha, Sam, and Jennifer at the Culina Restaurant, the service was top notched, and super attentive.

On our recent stay in LA we picked the Four Seasons in part because of its location in a peaceful residential area within walking distance of Rodeo Drive and surroundings and within a short drive to so many of our planned coastal visits.

Every one at the hotel was lovely, everyone endeavored to make us feel special.

Hands up, this has been my favourite hotel in LA for years and I have lost count how many times I have stayed there (and I do try to get out here every year for a few days).

I loved this property for so many reasons,

Food was amazing, hotel is amazing, staff is superb.

The restaurant is very good and the outdoor space is leafy and green masking the hotels urban location - its a nice place to spend time.

We visit Beverly Hills each year and have stayed at the “best “hotels in the area .

The Hotel is a beautiful oasis on the middle of Beverly Hills.

If you are looking for a great property, amazing staff- this is the place to stay.

The staff here is superb and attentive and one realizes, these details really make a difference that can give a property like the Four Seasons its reputation for caliber.

Likely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in the world.

The hotel itself / amenities are gorgeous.

To stay in shape, the hotel provided a personal ipad  equipped with hundreds of fitness routines for some uniquely designed exercises.

The service, condition of the hotel and rooms and all amenities were excellent!

But still, overall a very good hotel that I would definitely not mind retuning to.

Hotel has a pool where you can cool off and relax while reading a book and enjoying the CA weather.

The hotel is amazing, the lobby and decor makes you feel like you're at a private residence.

The beds are so dreamy and the pool area is a delight.

Love the gym, spa and poolside area, comfortable rooms, great food selection with excellent vegan choices, welcoming, professional and efficient staff.

For those so inclined, there is a 24 hour gym and the pool area is sensational!!

Look forward to using the gym and pool area next time.

Pool area is great, lovely to not be overlooked and just see palm trees.

Rooms are generously spacious, gym opens onto the Pool area which is a good size for swimming lengths, Dining is of course excellent.

The pool area and work out rooms were great as well.

It is a very peaceful hotel with a relaxing lounge, backyard and pool area.

For the cost of a stay at this location, these issues were completely unacceptable.

but food is not good and totally overpriced.

For one, the room service food is quite disappointing - I found the breakfast and late night meals very mediocre, especially for the price charged.

On our arrival at 10 PM @ LAX, rather than fight thousands of travelers trying to catch an overdue shuttle bus to an understaffed remote rental car location, the hotel provided a waiting car and driver for no more than the cost of a one-day rental car that I would have had to pay $50 for overnight parking.

Please do not think this is a paid review because its glowing - I’m a pretty tough customer so know this review is well deserved.

Now, it is quite expensive and is luxury hotel.

Very disappointing service at a very expensive hotel.

And also there was only a bathtub - no separate tub and shower which I consider to be a given in such an expensive hotel.

My only criticism would be the price of parking, which I feel is very high with a price of USD 46 a day (ex tax).

but given we had chosen to pay more specifically for this feature I would have expected some other approach --- and wondered why we were even able to "book" the room if it wasn't available in the first place. Location.

Parking is REALLY expensive, part of the joy of LA!

If there's a negative, it's that the room service and restaurant prices are exorbitant.

At any price, they shouldn't put someone in a room with non-functioning TVs.

Make sure you get a great spa treatment or get a swim in at their pool.

but the fitness center and spa were certainly gold standard when I checked them out.

however spa services not available yet i did laps in the gorgeous clean outdoor swimming pool every day.

The spa staff was also great, quite frankly, everyone there is amazing!

You can take a walk and notice all the beautiful architecture and shops nearby or you can stay in your room and get a massage or just relax.

The massage itself was great and super relaxing.

Everything about this hotel is excellent and over the top.The food is great .I recommend the swimming pool and steam room "the best".

The pool staff, spa technicians and concierge team are always on their game and always consistent.

They have a great, relaxing pool on the fourth floor, along with a nice spa and gym.

The rooms are great, the food is excellent, the pool/spa provides a perfect get-away, and notably, the entire staff is caring, helpful.

The pool was great too, we got a cabana package one day which we got massages, which were VERY relaxing, and then the cabana to just relax at and had great service.

Followed that with a wfantastic spa treatment, and again staff in the spa were all top-notch (there's a theme here!).

The amenities (pool, spa) are great, and they're dog friendly and really cater to the four legged guests.

Well suited for posh Beverly Hills, everything about this hotel feels luxurious: endless collections of floral arrangements, attentive staff, plush bathrobes in the rooms, coffee machines with demitasse and regular ceramic cups, gorgeous bedding, touchscreen smart controls everywhere, nice spa amenities, etc.

Trip was too short, i Will definitely be returning to check out the newly done spa!!! !

Equally delightful is a gym with spa services that include a massage that equals any on the planet.

These individuals were outstanding professionals.

The entire staff will make you feel like family!

I always feel so at home here – almost like I am with family (albeit the most accommodating and service-focused family you could hope for).

The staff are amazing from the pool to reception, to the forecourt  .

Our check-in was handled well, and we were escorted up to our one bedroom Hollywood Suite.

Staff was fantastic as was the room which was incredibly clean.

The concierge was the best concierge in the world.

The staff go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied.

Lovely staff who attended to your every need at any and all times.

So, if you want to treat yourself to a glam soaked property, that takes on a urban retreat demeanor,  with sweeping views of La La Land and great wellness facilities. .

Can’t give enough props to Hayden for awesome service at the bar and great knowledge of the area.

A lovely place and wine hour at the bar from 5 to 6 i think.

Hayden gave us excellent service at the bar the entire week of our visit.

I would definitely come back to Chamberlain, especially to the bar.

Beautiful roof top pool, fabulous restaurant and bar.

My wife and I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop lounge as well as the warm atmosphere of the downstairs bar with its wide selection of liquors.

The restaurant/bar staff were quite friendly and sociable especially Hayden, Dan and Rose.

The room is spacious, very clean, roof top has a great view, and the bar and restaurant downstairs has friendly staff.

Hayden at the bar was very helpful as well.

My stay was great because all the staff including receptionist, bar staff, pool barman and lady, breakfast server, cleaning staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and always carried out with smiles and courtesy.

The rooftop pool also has a bar and 360 degree views of the city and you can see as far out as downtown LA.

Nice quiet pocket inWeHo yet very close to Beverly Hills, Hollywood sign, Universal Studios, Beverly Center and the west coast Eataly in Century City.

The location was excellent, a stones throw from restaurants and shops on Sunset and half an hours drive to the beach and most places in LA.

You can get to the beach, mountains, Hollywood sights and the world famous Sunset Strip quickly.

Nice, quiet neighborhood right off SM blvd.

What a nice break from the cold weather in the east coast.

The deck also has beach chairs/beds circled around the pool and enough of them where we didn't have to wait around for one.

Walking distance to Sunset and Beverly Center and great connections to the beach in Santa Monica.

Enjoyed the rooftop pool after my long flight from the East Coast, anyone can easily spend a couple of hours just reading and relaxing in the Southern California sun.

This is an eclectically designed boutique hotel right in West Hollywood, THE gay hotspot on the east coast apart from the Castro in SF.

This is a boutique apartment hotel in a residential area so the location is good because it is very quiet.

Small boutique hotel with excellent location in a residential area, Intimate interior spaces (bar and outdoor patio dining) with fabulous private cabanas on the rooftop pool deck.. Suites were huge and beautifully appointed.

For its location the price is ok.

I have know of chamberlain for a number of years - they are a boutique hotel centrally located in WEHO .

This is a superb choice for a boutique hotel and I believe offers great value.

While large, big name hotels provide comfort, this boutique hotel is scaled down and is a much more personable place.
