Atmosphere : WAY more quiet than casino hotels.

Easy to access rooms compared to walking through a Casino and convenient to all areas of town.

We loved the freshness of the non-smoking establishment with no loud casino noise.

We loved that there wasn’t a casino in this hotel and it felt like you were escaping the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.

I recommend making your own judgement about booking hotels with casinos by watch YouTube blogs on them!

No casino so it’s a wonderful reprieve off the busy strip! !

It’s about 7 minutes walk to the nearest casino and eating place which is in the Wynns.

I've stayed at most of the hotels and casinos on the strip, the Trump hotel is the best, true quality.

the fashion mall nearby was a great escape from the casinos.

That's just our view and others might like the casino free environment.

We dont need the casino so this is great and quiet.

No casino, no smoking and a short distance from the main strip made this the ideal location for us.

The location is a bit further up from the strip and takes about 10 minutes to walk to the top end of the strip where the casino hotels are.

Looking down from the window was beautiful sparkling pool and look out to the Palazzo, Venetian, Treasure Island and Mirage Casinos.

Hotel is also very clean and we enjoyed that genre were no casino to deal with at this hotel.

Stayed here in 2018 and was impressed and liked that it’s smoke free and casino free hence decided to book a suite this time

It is clean, good quality, and the rooms and bathrooms are BIG with full size windows.

The last thing I have to say about this hotel is it is impeccably clean.

Everything was clean, the bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable.

Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations, the rooms were clean and spacious.

The room was very spacious and clean, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and the small kitchenette was a definite plus for our week long stay.

It was beautiful, clean, friendly staff, excellent food in the restaurants.

The rooms were immaculate, even my mom had no complaints!

In addition I have been charged the deposit of 360$ for the room.

He simply dismissed our complaints and mentioned that he had provided a $150 credit to our room as compensation, which hardly addressed the issues we encountered.

but extremely angry with the charge of over £1100 that was taken from my holding card after I had checked out.

I explained that if there was an additional charge how come both booking.com and trump charged me $1077.

Burger n fries were about £25 and a bottle of larger abour £10 plus at the end of our stay charged us tax per night.

A House cleaning man used his key card to enter the room without knocking and she was just getting out of the shower completely naked with the bathroom door open.

In addition, the hotel automatically places
 a hold on your credit card for hundreds of dollars.

Only one complaint, need to update plugs or lamps with modern options to charge electronics.

Unfortunately they did not take our credit cards (Master Card , Amex , Union Pay and also German debit card) because they require a pin .

They charge $50 a chair if there aren't enough free ones and this pool isn't big enough to seat its guest for the size of the hotel.

Not sure I’d come back to this hotel again despite the draw card being that it’s non-smoking

After looking at our room charge file, he was very rude saying there’s nothing he could do for us, specifically saying he wasn’t the one who promised the 2nd $75 credit.

Almost all of them charge $15 to park for a minimum of 1-4 hours, more money spent.

but it wasn't worth a call to front desk. They do charge a resort fee, but the valet parking is required and "free."

but what took away from the 5* experience:
- had a prepaid reservation, but they double charged our credit card.

even though we asked for 10 the first time and the rooms carpet was stained, chipped paint and the couch was old very disappointing and to top it off when we checked out we agreed to an e-mailed receipt that we never got so i checked my bank account and they were over charging us over 3,000 dollars WTF had to file a claim against them at my bank

You have to use your room card to get to the lifts so it feels secure.

Alas that was not the case and in addition to the regular authorisation my card had also been charged a further $450+  we discovered the following day.

This was because they couldnt find the booking through Agoda and charged us the top rack rate!!

but later Priceline informed me that the hotel charged me another night because of the early checkout.

However, we called the number on the telephone for room service, explained what we wanted and a few minutes later a lady arrived at the door with a plastic bag full of "tea pods" and plastic milks for our coffee machine along with cardboard cups!

Stayed for 4 days and had to call twice to get fresh towels and garbage picked up, absolutely ridiculous; and yes we hung the SERVICE REQUESTED sign each day we left for hours on end.

Ended up having to call for service because of the lack of room service.

As I’m from the UK I got charged £25 in a foreign transaction fee that i require to be refunded as you can see circled below

Also I have incurred a phone call charge from calling your hotel to get this rectified , which is £52.

We should not have to call the front desk every day to complain about housekeeping.

The last night we had to call again twice over an hour after 11:00 pm.

THE MGT CHALLENGED US AS THEY COULD NOT FIND OUR VALET PARKED CAR WITH THE WRONG CELL PHONE NUMBER SO YOUR WORD AGAINST THEIRS.

The only negatives are the maid service is not automatic (you must call for it) and the kitchenette has no utensils/dinner ware (you have to call for that as well).

Speakers everywhere so it was hard to read a book, make a phone call or watch personal videos.

however the sofa bed was broken, there was no mobile phone reception in the higher rooms and the kitchen cupboards & drawers were empty.

The antiquated cell phone electronic ticket due not allow the guests to call to valet to have their car retrieved and waiting on the guest.

Get an app on your phone for background noise while sleeping.

The biggest annoyance was there was no sign of housekeeping during our 2 night stay, we returned to an unmade room and to add insult the Maid was ringing on the door while we were packing up on the check out day asking what time we were leaving!

they tried to do the whole "let me call the manager trick" and reduced to price to $500/night.

If I have to call for service, that's a bit of a negative,

I waited another 30 mins, then I received a call from the front desk saying there is no roller bed as well and they are fully booked.

I complained and the lady on the phone told me I could upgrade the Wi-Fi I was already paying 40 bucks a night for.

The woman who answered the phone to fix our room service issues seemed irritated with me instead of apologetic that I just spent $100 on a cold meal.

It took 3 calls and over an hour before a housekeeper came to the room and just sprayed multiple puffs of their house febreeze mix which did nothing to cover up the marijuana smell!.

Our room was spacious, well equipped, and had wonderful views.

We were also celebrating a birthday, and were able to effortlessly arrange for our cake and balloons order to be delivered to our room while we were exploring for the day.

I really like how the the layout of the rooms and the hotel lobby, appreciated there being  hotel security and courteous staff who truly catered to everything I needed.

The room was huge, had floor to ceiling windows on all sides and even had a spa bath with Las Vegas strip view along with a huge lounge/dining area, kitchen, second bathroom and beautiful bedroom with dual aspect views.

We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom penthouse, which was surely the most beautiful hotel room I’ve even been in!

The good: The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, nice pool, great new gym, and the staff inside the hotel is not 5 star hotel quality

Everything was perfect from the room, the view, the pool and the staff.

She sat all twelve of us in a semi-private room, which allowed us to enjoy the evening with some privacy.

Was here for a conference and I notice over the course of many years I stay healthy staying here instead the smoke filled hotels on the strip.

Good option if you are not a gambler and prefer to have a cigerette smell free experience.

The hotel did not smell of cigs, the staff were inviting, and the valet was very speedy & consistent.

As the hotel is tucked away at the edge of the strip we had a fabulous view of the sphere.

We booked both rooms overlooking the strip and were large, very well equipped on firstly, the 48th floor and secondly on the 50th floor.

I chose this hotel for the great reviews I'd read and because it was close to the Strip,

About 10 minutes walking distance from the strip, mall right across the street (cheap foodcourt there).

And loved how it is slightly tucked away from the madness of the strip yet close enough to enjoy.

but still near the strip, this is a great place.

I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re heading to Vegas close enough to the strip

Trains blowing horns at 12-2am that cant sleep through
Entrance to difficult.

As well as general noise that could be heard clearly, I was woken by a train going past at 0100hrs despite being nearly 60 floors above it and several hundred metres away.

Not sure if they hear this train at the Wynn.

Would I recommend it hell yea and it was very reasonably priced..Now the down side it’s right next to the railway line and those drivers like a honk at specially at 4am bless them and the in-dining we thought was a bit steep to yoghurts and orange juices 60 dollars

If you dont use the pool, keep in mind that while you sleep a loud train comes by beeping its horn 5 or 6 times.

The corner one-bedroom suite spelled like sewage, the carpet was old and dirty, the trains blow their horns all night when they go by the hotel (obviously not Trump lovers), and the spotlights that shine on the hotel at night light up the rooms.

There is a very noisy train track behind the hotel.

The train horn noise was ridiculous, 230am, 430am, do they really need to make such a loud noise?

but noisy, nearby freight trains late at night would sometimes disturb our sleep.

One thing we heard at night was the train using its horn - not sure why

Plus the train noises at the night, it’s very annoying! !

For the past two nights, I haven't been able to sleep due to my room directly facing a train line with trains passing through at all hours of the night.

First something everybody can read:

The train whistles and freeway noise keeps you up all night long.

We could hear street traffic and frequent loud trains.

Trains with horns blasting run all times of the day and night, off the strip so we ubered everywhere, you have to pay for any kind of seating at the pool, not enough restaurants (I’m gluten intolerant and there were very few choices so we did Uber eats), the pillows suck, the shower pressure isn’t great if you have thick hair.

To be fair, my wife says she did not notice any train noise.

The only negative is that I could hear a train horn every morning.

Only major downside is if your on the north side of the hotel you will hear the train come by every few hours all night!

The valet parking was great, the pool beautiful and refreshing.

Vallet parking works well, you get car in about 10 minutes.

First time ever to visit the Trump hotel during KBIS show with the Fabuwood group, The staff where very accommodating and dedicated, The vallet parking staff were responding quickly even they were overwhelmed

The rooms are so clean, valet parking is so efficient and nice.

The service is very good apart from the Valet Parking where you have to queue permanently for your car.

As for the hotel valet parking, on average, the attendants retrieved our car within 5 minutes.

Security was on point, loved the valet parking as well.

From the parking Valet to the Desk Staff to the Housekeepers to the Restaurant Personnel, this Hotel was like a finely tuned machine, with every part perfectly in sync.

I was first very impress with valet parking, room size come with mini kitchen, nice clean bathroom.

Perfect hotel neer the strip, very goed service and without all the people from a casino, vallet parking works verry good, room was on 34 and the other time on 59.

The staff is friendly and the casino is smoke free.

The non-smoking casino made the gambling more pleasant as I did not have to tolerate someone else smoke.

It's on strip location, proximity to other properties, nice casino and completely smoke free environment make for a great stay.

With LV Blvd being so restrictive on getting in to casinos (and not even being able to walk across the street), the Park MGM makes driving in and out so quick and easy.

Nine of my friends and family started at Park MGM it was the perfect size hotel and casino easy to find each other on the casino floor

The good points are the location in the strip and the smoke free casino is great.

The plus for me was being able to walk thru the hotel casino and get to Dolby Live.

The property is nice, the casino clean and Eataly is amazing.

The casino is conveniently located and easy access to the tram to other casino's.

It did not smell lile cigarettes im the casino and it has a great family ambience.

Loved the smoke/cigarette free casino, which made it easy for the group to dabble with newbie gambling.

The Hotel is clean and comfortable and quiet.

The room was clean and hotel staffs were friendly.

The casino was very clean and smoke-free.

Great Show -Rooms were clean elevator system was slow and very confusing.

Rooms were clean & spacious, close proximity to everything and staff was friendly.

Location was great for the Usher concert.

One bonus is that Dolby Live is right there with Park MGM, so if you plan to attend a concert at the Dolby Live that is a plus to save you travel time and uber fees from your motel to the venue and then back.
