Everything was perfect : hotel well located for our planned activities, bedding, very quiet room, breakfast, very friendly reception, and tips, especially for restaurants all located nearby.

Although parking was on the road, there were plenty of options and the hotel was surrounded by a host of restaurants.

but the Manager, who was on reception, very helpfully ‘phoned a local restaurant (La Brasserie du Coin) to check they were still serving.

but everything felt deserted, The restaurants on the street were on our first evening there closed(Sunday) and on Monday just 2 opened.

but the family who run the hotel were wonderful, great breakfast and they sent us to 
Chez Gino best Italian restaurant in the whole of France which was about half a block away.

I have stayed here five consecutive years in September it is very clean with ocean views at the front the breakfast and evening meal menu is very good and high quality .

The breakfast was as expected and the restaurant down the street that had been recommended was quite good.

The owners were charming, the hotel throughout was spotlessly clean, our room was spacious and comfortable.

We had a very pleasant and clean room, albeit up two flights of stairs with no lift

The hotel has a little bar area which is nice to have a drink at instead of going to your room only does breakfast.

but as mentioned very basic, friendly staff are on hand to checkin and advise on the local area, rooms contain a bed a desk and a TV..

There were 2 individual bedrooms within one enormous room both sharing a reasonably sized bathroom.

Bed Room was 1 bed with very little else.

The room was clean and nicely decorated and the staff were helpful.

but clean rooms with TV, shower/bath, toilet, free Wifi, breakfast etc.

A cozy, nice and well located family Hotel, nice, hard worker and professional staff and clean and comfy facilities.

A husband and wife team, they were so lovely.

Helpful proprietor who helped us with opening times for the submarine museum.

I do recall that one of the owners, a woman, was very helpful and her English was passable.

Me & a few friend stayed here weekend just gone (26/4-28/4) found it easy to find & the staff very friendly the manager Stefan especially.

The staff are courteous and helpful and the bedroom we stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

The location is good if you have business at the port.

Stayed during a business trip and it was great for what I needed; warm, clean, all required facilities and USB charging sockets which is always helpful.

Overall, this is more of a business hotel than a holiday hotel,

I stayed here on a one night business stay.

The hotel has a great location in the heart of the city centre of Lorient, near le quai des Indes.

We picked Lorient for its central location to the sights we wanted to see and didn't spend much time in the city or the hotel.

Location of hotel is good for bars and restaurants.

We were concerned about car parking locations

It is well located, you find a lot of free public parking spaces in front of the hotel.

the staff is very kind and helpful, the restaurant is very good with a good service, the location of the hotel is perfect if you want something in the heart of Lorient.

Excellent location right in the center of town and walking distance to most of the places you would want to go to.

We stayed three nights in a Privilège room at the second floor, larger and more comfortable than other rooms of the same type we experienced in Mercure hotels located in more touristic cities (we were three adults).

Hotel is located in the center of Lorient; we chose this hotel because of its excellent location for the Interceltic Festival.

Again; great location an right in the middle of Lorient.

Parked in the free lot across the street both nights without any issues.

Free parking means parking where you can find it, in the lot across the street or street-side.

Two of the rooms overlooked a parking lot, the third room looked over a ledge that ran the length of building and seemingly made the room very unsecure.

The Mercure is in the city centre of Lorient with easy public parking just in front.

Nice staff and good breakfast, free parking opposite the hotel and the city centre with shops and restaurants is close by.

Forget about easily finding a free parking place before 4 pm.

Few parking spaces are availables - reservation is recommended.

Locate in the center of the town and offer free parking.

The rooms are clean, bathroom is clean and the separate toilet is a good idea.

although some drawer space would not go amiss.

but if you are there for a few more days you run out of space to put stuff.

but a bit dated, plenty of car park spaces at rear of hotel or on frontage in public area, breakfast was a bit sparse as well.

In general, the hotel’s common spaces were pleasing.

We found the air con in the room a bit noisy and the buzzing finally got me out of bed to turn it off.

When we reported this to the reception staff in the morning we were told that in actual fact the air conditioning was "not on yet" as it wasn't hot - I thought climate control was the guests choice and not in fact the hotels!

Apart from just one croissant, there were no pastries or cakes; no one came to check or top up.

A check with reception reveals it is only open at the weekend in July  and August there are no signs explaining this.

but we were very disappointed to find it closed the next evening despite the notice on reception saying it was open.

- The room was extremely hot, we were unable to work the air conditioning as it didn't seem to be connected - we spent the night with the window open in an effort to achieve an acceptable room temperature which led to an night of very little sleep due to the constant noise of the very busy dual carriageway running alongside the hotel!

Although just off a busy N road the 'IBIS Styles'  hotel is set back from the road and quiet.

Very quiet, super friendly staff, great rooms  and great value.

4 star modern rooms, tastefull decorated,  good beds, shower,  spacious room.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and colourful.

Rooms are modern and well designed, lobby is warm and welcoming.

We had a view over the swimming pool and the room was clean.

Initially we were impressed with the lobby and the speed of service
BUT
- Despite booking a room with a double bed and two single beds we were initially allocated a room with one double and a single bed - I reported this to the reception staff who rectified the problem immediately.

Great quallity for price, good rooms with strange ad funny solutions, you will enjoy the shower.

We like it as it is well situated for visiting the Morbihan or Finistere, there is plenty of parking, the staff are adorable- very warm and efficient- it has a garden and a pool.

Lovely staff, a very pleasant overnight stay.

but tomorrow morning the lady will clean, I argued to have a towel or so.

The beds were comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly.
