The little shop had everything you needed, short walk to the beach which was beautiful.

but they do run a shuttle bus free from the hotel everyday except Saturday but there is a tourist train goes right passed the hotel you can get on for 4€ each 7€ by taxis from beach local buses are cheap and can get around Majorca easily we would catch shuttle bus to main road and then local bus to Alcúdia easily.

Only few minutes from shops, and 6-8 min walk to the beach, even had a burger king on the way for all the english people who love their home comforts.

We loved going into Alcudia,3€ each way and it takes about 20 mins on bus or €15 euros in a taxi.It’s beautiful with some lovely eating establishments.

but the bus went every 30 mins if you wanted to catch that.

Beach is 15 min walk ( i timed it for a YT video 😁) i hated shuttle bus, as too hot Inside.

from the hotel its a 15-20 minute walk to the main strip/beech where there are plenty of cafe's restaurants to choose from, Alcudia port is a short (expensive) taxi ride away, plenty of buses or a 3 mile walk down the beech.

And they have a free shuttle bus service to and from the beach which is really good, even the walk is like 10 minutes to the beach from the hotel

We did see the shuttle bus and it looked great if you didn't want to walk in the heat.

There is a shuttle bus every half hour taking you to the beach and restaurants.

A big downside is that there are a lot of mosquitoes around.

Take your own towels if you don't want to pay the 10 euros per towel hire
Take plenty of mosquito repellent (strong stuff)
Buy a bottle of water from the supermarket and put in your fridge if you have an apartment (around 1 euro 25 for a large)
Take earplugs if you are facing the entertainment area, unless you can sleep with loud music.

Also there was a small road Train that you can get on main road which would also take you there or back from the beach 
Only issue we had which is not a hotel problem is the mosquitoes.

Things that were a bit bothering

- Mosquitoes are everywhere, that’s not the hotels fault

Mozzies didn't really bother us too much, a couple of bites on me and my partners leg's.

Only the odd bite from mozzies we used jungle spray on our legs

One thing others have mentioned was the mosquitos.

Didnt find the mosquitoes as bad as some reviews made out 

We had read loads of posts about it being full of mosquitos, rubbish food, a pain for drinks etc etc and it really put a downer on the run up.

People talk about mosquitoes being a problem, they may have been in years previous not this year!

I have read several reviews which complain of mosquitos, and

There are mosquitos as is on a lake so bring repellent, especially if you go to any of the nearby restraunts on the way to the beach, you be eaten alive.

Mosquitoes are a massive problem in this hotel.

mosquitos are a problem take Citronella Candles and Deet Spray for the evening as entertainment is outside.

Be prepared for mosquitos they’re very hungry!

The pools were clean nothing was to much trouble for the staff.

Very friendly hotel, lovely rooms, great buffet restaurant and on site facilities such as 3 pool complexes and evening entertainment.

Good breakfast and plenty choice of pools.

I'm told it also provides meals like the other pool bar too.

Pool areas were fantastic, and the entertainment was excellent we wished we were there longer , we will defo be going back !

Very nice and big hotel with very polite and friendly staff with big pools and restaurant, nice activities for kids and adults also all the days of the week.

There are plenty of pools to choose from and you will have no problem getting a sunbed no matter what time of day you go.

There was even cigarette stumps in the pool.

They included aqua aerobics and volleyball in the pool.

The pool areas were well laid out and snack bars very good.

There are 5 pools (one being ADULTS ONLY ) so that is good if you want a quiet relaxing day poolside

The pools were lovely and clean especially the adult pool which was amazing.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival, throughout and departure, our room was very clean and spacious with a lovely view of the pool.

We went bed and breakfast, the restaurant was fantastic, a great selection of meats, pastry and fruit.

There is always a good selection of food.

I went with my family to Majorca and we stayed at the Lagotel hotel, it was the best time ever, staff were friendly food was amazing.

The best all inclusive ever been on nothing was to much trouble food was first class most sea food I have ever seen room clean and large entertainment was spot on the kids entertainer was really good  even the bingo was good average 100 euros per line 500euros for the house the morning we left at 5 in a morning tea coffee cakes were waiting see you in September.

but did go in the restaurant and the food was excellent plenty of choice and very reasonably priced.

Overall, our trip was pretty good, food choice was quite underwhelming and the mosquitoes around the hotel were a pain.

I don’t know what people have been saying about the food.

Food – I can’t fault the food at all.

Great choices for food breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Th evening meal was outstanding and plenty of choice to choose from.

Eat in restaurant a couple of night excellent variation of choices and good food.

The most Mosquito bites I had the whole holiday was in the restaurant at breakfast.

but later when my wife was getting out of the shower, she just avoided a sizeable enough shard of glass.

Not allow smoking under the terrace they should have to outside outside if that makes sense.

Smoking is everywhere - people not bothered about anyone around them.

It was supposed to be smoke prohibited in the entire hotel/resort

Our room was filthy with mould in shower and broken draws and two broken beds to which were unsafe we told them and we was told come back tomorrow as we see what we can do.

First of all the drain was blocked on the night we arrived.

Pool areas were not cleaned, all the sunbeds were filthy and clearly had never been cleaned, the floors were always so dirty and you could see and feel sand in the actual swimming pools.

There is a small smoking area near the trampolines

There was a terrible smell like sewage in there.

but my son was constantly taking in his smoke, and despite coughs and requests by several of us, he continued to smoke, but we couldn’t move as there were no seats, so we had to endure an evening of passive smoking.

however sometimes there was a bit of a sewage like odour.

At nights and early mornings there was a very strong smell coming from the marshlands behind the hotel.

Our only complaint would be the people this hotel seemed to attract 5 days into our holiday large groups arrived with extremely rude family’s, flicking cigarette ash into the baby’s pool, the kids ran riot with no parental control, shoving fingers in the icecream in the restaurant , swearing, flying toy cars into all the food, throwing things etc.

On what planet, absolute disgusting and dirty hotel with horrific staff.

If at any time we did not have the candles lit or bodies covered in the unpleasant smelling spray, we were immediately attacked by the local insects.

Now the mould and dirt in the pool is just unacceptable for a 4 start hotel this amount of black mould can cause people to become sick it would flake of and float in the pool along with bugs froth twigs hair etc like the pool has no filter system and deffo not cleaned daily  deffo needs some love and attention to bring it up to 4 star sun beds was not cleaned down like many 4 stars I’ve been to still had dirt ice cream sticky stuff not nice.

(However I have to say the pizza was DISGUSTING I think they may put goats cheese on it or something?)

The room had a light smell of mould and the ceiling in the hallway was slowly peeling off after every shower we took.

While it was clearly displayed there was to be no smoking in parts of the grounds of the hotel not everyone followed these rules and they never seemed to be enforced.

The staff were amazing our room was perfect.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly  everywhere,  especially  Our waiter, Joshua.

We had a fabulous week the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you all spoke English we went self catering

Stayed here on a bb board.The hotel  was ok and  the people who worked there was very helpful and friendly.The entertainment day and night was really good,even won the bingo on our 1st night here,365 euros,lovely jubbly.Room was ok,loved the bathroom,especilly walk in shower/wet room type.Telly was rubbish,only 4 channels you can watch,but you dont come on holiday to watch tv.

but we had the sun all day I can't walk very well so we hired a mobility scooter which was delivered to hotel.

The room we had was excellent - comfy beds and pillows allowing for a good nights sleep, free air conditioning, fab walk in shower and an excellent view over the main pool and entertainment area.

The hotel us set a 10-15 min walk away from Muro in what looks like a residential area & maybe 15min taxi ride to Alcudia if you wanted a livelier evening.

My husband put a birthday package together for a night in London and a show.

Had a fantastic stay for my 50th birthday with my best friend.

She very kindly upgraded us to a bigger room, free of charge, as it was their birthday which was a really lovely touch.

We stayed at this hotel for my birthday for 2 nights, the location is amazing not even a 5 minute walk for the tube and a lovely area, the staff were so lovely and helpful.

As it was my special birthday , my partner  rang in advance and asked for a few special touches.

I booked the hotel for a couple gateway to celebrate my girlfriend birthday.

I booked an overnight stay through "buy a gift" as a special occasion to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

I had mentioned on booking that we were celebrating two Birthdays and when we arrived both rooms were decorated with balloons plus a small box of chocolates.

It was my wife’s birthday and just by looking at a badge she was wearing we were upgraded and had chocolates & Prosecco delivered to the room.

Myself and my partner have experienced extremely high levels of stress and anxiety lately and being his birthday I decided a couple of days away in London would be what we needed to unwind and to treat him and make him feel special.

We visited for 2 nights, one for business and then second was for Adam's birthday.

They accommodated all our needs and even decorated the room for my partner’s birthday!

We stayed at Grand Park hotel for couple of nights for my partner birthday.

We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and were amazed at the bedroom being beautifully decorated with red rose petals, heart shaped chocolates and prosecco.

Due to it being our Wedding Anniversary, they upgraded our room and we had Prosecco, chocolate, fruit and soft drinks.

They had decorated the room as a surprise for my wife and left a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates.

In our room was wine and chocolate for our anniversary, a lovely very welcome touch.

That evening the 27 th we went to the theatre and on our return the lady Nelly,behind reception had written us a card,left chocolates and champagne in our room and decorated our bed with swan shaped towels and fans and sprinkled in red petals all complimentary,which made our stay extra special,the staff were lovely we had a lovely selection of hot and cold breakfast which was delicious and next time we stay in London we would 100% stay with them again.Thank you soo much

The price was ideal and the staff were great they even gave a complientary bottle of wine with chocolates and decorated the bed with balloons and a card.

They surprised us by upgrading our room and once we got up there were greeted with rose petals, chocolates, wine, and a hand written note welcoming us to the Park Grand.

When I corrected this and apologised for the mistake we returned to a lovely gesture of wine and chocolate with a note wishing us the best for our future.

It was our 10th wedding anniversary on Friday 22nd of October 2021 my parents didn't know what to do so they brought us a gift for the grand park hotel Kensington London for one night we arrived our bags were taken to our room when we arrived in our room our bed was decorated with petals & balloons box of chocolates & a card signedby all staff.
