 - If we know that the rooms are small like other London hotels we would never ever stayed.

 - My only gripe would be the sash windows had warped so when the wind blew in the night they would knock, it woke is both quite a few times unfortunately.
 - Surely, with common sense alone, no electrical appliance such as an electrical fan should be left on in a room unattended for any length of time, especially while out for many hours during the day.
 - We noticed it did not have AC,
 - Only caveat would be that there is no air conditioning,
 - However, due to the lack of heating in the bedroom, everything was still soaking wet next morning.

 - But the hotel is a little noisy (you can hear the people talking on the hallway of the hotel and slamming their doors which was not cool).
 - Unfortunately we had a lady next door who we believe was on her phone for well over an hour and we could hear her conversation through the wall.
 - Since the hotel is small and there a lot of rooms in a floor, you’ll hear the doors open and close from another rooms.
 - The bathroom door would come open if someone was walking around in the room.
 - Room: try the single room (209), that wasn't good, bad smell, TV not working, lot of noise from the other rooms especially with the corresponding door from the next room, not enough space in the room, very very small shower.

 - The hotel is a great location, short few min walk to the nearest tube and only took us around 25 mins to walk to Oxford St.
 - Hotel is in a quiet cul de sac and barely 5 mins walk to Paddington Station, Lancaster Gate tube station and Hyde Park.
 - Perfect location for walking into London - roughly 10 min walk to oxford street Breakfast at attached to Bella Italia - very busy after 9am so go early.
 - The location of the hotel was very seedy, groups of young men of “foreign decent” sat around the park in the square at night and I did not feel safe even walking to get coffees in the morning – formerly a London resident and have never felt unsafe before.
 - We walked to most places and it really wasn’t that far away from anything.

 - Room was small and showed some signs of wear and tear.
 - Our room was small
 - Given how small the room is the tv size was stupid.
 - Rooms are small, as ever in London, without mineral water bottles, and the glass which you will find in the bathroom is plastic made.
 - but not perfect ( especially in light of Covid etc ) the rooms are small and at over £200 should be up to standard.
