 - Steps from Trafalgar Square and the national gallery, tube stations very close, and the bridge to get to the London eye only a block away!
 - The gym in the hotel was sufficient and there were free purified water stations with free empty water bottles to fill that were so helpful and useful.
 - Water stations on each floor are useful and the staff pleasant.
 - Also the location in Trafalgar Square was brilliant, close to Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and 2 Underground stations.
 - Rooms are clean (extra care taken with COVID) and well equipped with all amenities. Cold filtered water stations (with reusable bottles!)

 - Rooms are very small and basic, thin walls and noisy plumbing - which means you can hear the occupants in the next room running taps & more.
 - The room itself was small,
 - Our first room was tiny (suitcases barely fit in the room), and it overlooked the alley.
 - The rooms are tiny, the water in the showers will go from cold to boiling without touching the handle and the coffee in the club room is disgusting.
 - Small room.

 - There are many other hotels in London of a similar standard to this hotel & I do think the Corinthia could do a little better in certain areas particularly due to the price of it.
