Initially had a bad experience with no air conditioning and staff at reception that didn't careless about my complaints.

Air con was not functioning in the room and it was hot and stuffy.

The bathroom was terrible, the service to fix anything was terrible, 
The AC didn't work it was hot and terrible to sleep.

AC in the room did not work properly and kept making sounds all night.

We requested fans for each room as we were prepared for the heat.

There was no air conditioning in the room and the fan in the bathroom did not work.

We had to endure a balmy 79-80 degrees in the room throughout out entire stay (even at night, dropped to 78), was provided with a desk fan; despite 3 attempts requesting to have AC fixed at the registration desk, we eventually found out they can't fix it;

Rooms are tired and I and I had to change as shower was broken and air con did not work.

This time there was no air conditioning in the rooms (which we were not advised of at check in).

We also were given another room and that cooling system did not work.

The aircon was not working and the fan was not effective.

but not working, even though there was a fan it was pretty hot all night.

The room that we stayed in looked tired and the air conditioning was very weak.

No air-conditioning and no fridge, at this point I was too tired to complain again.

Our other son said that the air con in their room was poor

The rooms are dated in area with black on the tiles around the bath.

Ceiling shower not high enough for tall people.

but the bathroom dated and could do with modernisation.

Outdated, and a massive environmental water disaster (Faucet running, single use towels, no water stop on the toilets, old and outdated bathroom with rusty rods).

toilets clog and no one came to fix it when we called.

All the drawers either had missing or broken handles making them useless, the safe was broken and the bathroom in dire need of having some money invested in it with its broken and cracked tiles. .

although the price was acceptable for Central London  the rooms need updating badly especially the Bathroom .

The bathroom floor hasn’t seem a mop or hoover.

Something was spilled all over the toilet.

Hotel reception not responsive to requests to deal with repair in room - locked wash hand basin for duration of 4 day stay Slow to allocate room chosen and paid for ;had to wait in another room while issue was supposed to being resolved

Positive point good views Sadly here’s  the negatives Snarky check in with two members of staff looking at us and pointing of the computer screen with no communication to us at all all very strange Room basic only with poor toiletry facilities mini bar had wine in a tin Breakfast not good at all

I was disappointed we had to ask twice for a lightbulb to be replaced in the bathroom.

-completely OUTDATED; place is aged, needs serious upgrades throughout
-no fridge (mini fridge door was sealed off)
-no exhaust fan in bathroom, so bathroom steamed up when taking shower in addition to already having the balmy 79 degrees present
-Elevators are SOOO slow, had to wait up to 10 minutes to get from 7th floor to 1st floor, eventually discovered the freight elevator
-Breakfast was disappointing to say the least, thankfully our breakfast was included in the rate we paid;

Very comfy king size bed, black out curtains.

Only thing which was nice was the comfortable beds and the full English breakfast.

My husband and I enjoyed a good night’s sleep in the comfortable bed and appreciated the air conditioning which was really efficient.

The bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was a blessing in the heat to walk into a cool room was excellent.

Rooms were very quiet and comfortable beds.

This was not the bed's fault - it was a lovely comfy bed with a mattress topper and my husband slept like a log.

The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows, the bed was covered with a light quilt which was perfect for a good night sleep.

We had a super king bed which was very comfortable and we had a mini bar with beer & wine which was restocked on our 2nd day.

Fantastic weekend away,staff so friendly and helpful,free mini bar which was restocked each day and bed was so comfy.

My wife and I stayed 2x nights over a Sept weekend in a standard double room overlooking the St Katherine's dock at the back of the hotel.

We stayed in a 10th floor family room overlooking Tower Bridge and Thames and every morning as well as evening took our time to just stand an look.

We had a nice view from our room that overlooked the boats outside.

but did get Tower view room so that was a bonus.

We had a bridge room view which was absolutely amazing.

the double room overlooking the tower bridge is very nice.

We were all on the 8th floor and out of the 3 rooms 2 had views over St Katherine’s dock.

Location and surroundings were good, there was not far to transport/underground and not at least the view from the room, when you paid a little extra.

The location and view is great especially we have a bridge view room.

The Tower view rooms really do offer everything you'd hope for and the location of this hotel and the fact it provides reasonable parking made this a wonderful place to stay and explore the city on my wife's birthday.

At first sight this hotel looks amazing, with its lofty, airy lobby and the view, which is second to none!

We would always stop in there for a Strawberry Daiquiri wether we were staying or not because of this drink and also a very pleasant place to rest with the view of the tower bridge if your lucky enough to get a window seat especially the bay window table.

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel, the staff were all amazing, the room (suite)was clean and facilities were good, the view was breathtaking overlooking the yachts in st Katherine’s dock and the Canary Wharf/dock lands skyline.

It's a great location right next to Tower Bridge and opposite the Tower of London with a short walk to bus stops and the tube.

The positive for the Tower Hotel is its location right next to Tower Bridge and across the road from the Tower of London.

Tower of London was 10 minutes walk, and London Bridge just 5 minutes walk.

There is a nice walkway that goes in front of the Tower of London that closes at 8:30 pm.

Walk via the river front part of the Tower of London before 7pm and enjoy the icon view of The Tower Of London and the wild flowers as shown on TV.

The hotel was ideally placed for my 2 days of sight staying with a short walk to the tube station and next door to Tower Bridge and The Tower of London.

It’s of course also close to the Tower of London, and Borough Market is also quite close by (walking across the bridge to the southern bank of the river it’s then about 15 minutes away).

but the Executive Lounge is a perfect place for this.

Breakfast: on the 1st floor (and also on the 12th floor’s executive lounge with a great view.

Breakfast was 5* also in the executive lounge, plenty of options for everyone.

I hired the Executive Lounge on the 12th floor for my Partners 50th Birthday, Ive never Organised an event at a hotel so was a little bit worried,

e booked an executive river view room for a special occasion, mainly to get access to the executive lounge to make use of the private lounge and complimentary drinks.

In the executive lounge was incredibly sweet and helpful, opening drinks for us and asking after our stay with every visit.

The room was beautifully appointed and included all amenities to a very high standard.The executive lounge was wonderful with cheerful staff, excellent views, top quality wines and spirits at the bar.

The attention and service of staff (Front of House and Reception managers Sarah Duffield and Mark Spanjar, and Edel up in the Executive Lounge deserve special praise) was outstanding.

On the top floor (11th floor) they had an executive lounge with amazing views over the river thames.

My son enjoyed having the opportunity to see the panoramic views of London from the hotel and explore the executive lounge on the top floor.

The Executive lounge is a must, with great food and selection of drinks every evening.

Adele at reception arranged for us to have another room with an excellent view (we had paid extra for a river view) and complementary access to the executive lounge.

Once in the room, shreeja organised us to have a late check out, access to the executive lounge for the weekend, as well a providing a nice little plate of cakes on our arrival.

Breakfast in the executive lounge was excellent.

We booked a superior double room which was perfect with a wonderful river view of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

The views over the Thames and Houses of Parliament were incredible and we really enjoyed having the balcony to get a good view of the city.

but looking out towards the Houses of Parliament from our 9th floor room window was very special.

The location of the hotel on the river with great views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament meant we were close to all attractions for fun and then relax with a walk  along the river.

The full length widow framing the River Thames, the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben;  Lambeth and Westminster bridges, as well as the London Eye, like a painting.

Floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the Thames and from the balcony we could see the Houses of Parliament,  Big Ben and the London Eye, iconic London.

Just a ten minute walk to the Houses of Parliament.

The hotel itself is convenient to the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye and Whitehall.

Was upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking Houses of Parliament .

The hotel for my wedding stay and for my wedding guests was so nice, with clean pretty rooms with a lovely view for my room facing the river and houses of parliament.

Friendly staff, warm welcome, even the general manager came out to greet me (I kind of like that 😅), stunning room on the 16th floor with views of the river and the Houses of Parliament.

Cian made the best cocktails and we had the most stunning panoramic views of London and the River Thames, you can see the London eye, houses of parliament and big ben

From start to finish the team could not do anymore for my wife and I who visited for our anniversary, the small touches such as chocolates, a bottle of prosecco just made the stay more special, the room was the best we have ever stayed in with a balcony and a view of the thames and the houses of parliament from the 16th floor which was great.

The hotel is perfect in terms of location and facilities and quality of the rooms are some of the best in London - the views are also exceptional with Houses of Parliament and Big Ben visible.

The most amazing view of the river and Houses of Parliament!

We were offered a reasonably priced breakfast and room with a view upgrade, and enjoyed a clean, modern room overlooking the Thames, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and the London Eye.

the USB charge point in my room was faulty and therefore didn't charge my phone and it went flat overnight.

When I arrived to check in, I was disappointed to hear that there was no note on my reservation as was promised by the gentleman who I spoke to on the phone.

And the phone in the room was not working and also there was a plug socket loose on the wall.

There is no quiet place for taking business calls during your stay (if you have a baby in the room)

I rang reception told them they apologised.

There was a shortage of lighting in the living room area and where there is a desk for your laptop with the appropriate plug outlets there, there was no lighting whatsoever in that area so I had to turn on the flashlight on my phone when it got dark in order to use my laptop.

Apparently to “reduce touch points” they only clean/refresh rooms every three days unless you ring for it to be done?

Issues with confirmed early check-in - turned out to be not true despite being confirmed by hotel the river view room having trees in the way, and poor service  ( room service breakfast missing some of the basics, no dressing gowns in room, had to call 3 times before any arrived, huge wait at check-in), also digital online app didn't work,

The Wifi was absolutely dismal - several people in our group had work meetings in the evenings and we were absolutely unable to connect from our rooms, and even had spotty access in the business center downstairs, making us take our meetings from our cell phones, which was very suboptimal.

The AC was not working we complain many time and no response ,in fact there are times when there was no person on the reception to take your call or to attend you personally.

Cons: The room phone can't connect with front desk or housekeeping.

We were not provided any welcome information so I had to call the front desk on several occasions which took forever to answer, on one occasion I had to go down to reception, then wait 10 mins to be seen, just to organise our breakfast delivery to our room.

Although I got the first 2 fixed by calling reception, the bathroom floor remained uncleaned from last occupants for my one night stay.

Went down to reception and waited for 10 minutes to see check in staff as there was a big queue (9pm) and was told someone would call

Phones didn’t operate properly in the second and third rooms and in my third room, the US outlet didn’t work.

Also difficult to get through to reception via phone.

While I could "technically" see the Thames, I would not call it a "Thames View", since I had to stand right at the window and crane my neck in order to see an approximately 30 foot stretch of the river.

but this was several times we were left frustrated not including when the phone kept ringing out when we would try to get in touch with reception in the morning and evening time and I wanted everything perfect for this trip.

I didn't know if the employee had just conned me so I phoned room service and was made to feel stupid by the man on the phone and as if it was my fault for simply reading the prices you put in the menu .

The A/C no longer operates at this hotel (presumably due to energy costs),

For the price we paid for the room, it was not worth it.

We then got charged a service charge of £10 which I have to say was appalling considering the fact we were sat at the bar and the service we had received.

Food was expensive and limited to Asian cuisine.

but almost two months later I’m still unable to claim back what I paid from my employer.

I found this to be very good value for London, where I have paid more for much worse hotels!

Breakfast could be better and different each morning with more vegan choices especially if we are asked to pay for it.

however, was mediocre at best and cost way too much.

We were so shocked when we got the most beautiful bedroom/ balcony suite ever (pretty sure it was one of the most expensive rooms they have , we then got a knocked on the door from a lady named Fiona and she handed me Ballons and a card for my aunt, on top of that we also got a cake )….

even though it was included in my rate and the app confirmed I didn’t have anything to pay?

Extremely expensive menu in the restaurant, 

This is not how a well established hotel should treat their customer who paid  nearly 900 euros for the stay.

They charge more money for the same ugly view out my window

Very overpriced breakfast for what you get.

This is not really a four star experience and not worth the price.

They also mentioned clearly that Radisson gold status means nothing for early check in, and they can only give early check in when paid for.

The staff were amazing the view from my room was lovely and can someone please pay for a long wknd for me to stay there.

I upgraded my room for the view when I arrived and I highly recommend you do the same.

I booked a one bedroom river view balcony suite and when we walked into the room (1371) the view was fantastic.

So much more space and the view is top class.

The view at breakfast is very nice tho be nicer if you could get a window seat for £54 for two.

The room was very lovely and the view was amazing especially at night when everything is lit up.
