Initially had a bad experience with no air conditioning and staff at reception that didn't careless about my complaints.

Air con was not functioning in the room and it was hot and stuffy.

The bathroom was terrible, the service to fix anything was terrible, 
The AC didn't work it was hot and terrible to sleep.

AC in the room did not work properly and kept making sounds all night.

We requested fans for each room as we were prepared for the heat.

There was no air conditioning in the room and the fan in the bathroom did not work.

We had to endure a balmy 79-80 degrees in the room throughout out entire stay (even at night, dropped to 78), was provided with a desk fan; despite 3 attempts requesting to have AC fixed at the registration desk, we eventually found out they can't fix it;

Rooms are tired and I and I had to change as shower was broken and air con did not work.

This time there was no air conditioning in the rooms (which we were not advised of at check in).

We also were given another room and that cooling system did not work.

The aircon was not working and the fan was not effective.

but not working, even though there was a fan it was pretty hot all night.

The room that we stayed in looked tired and the air conditioning was very weak.

No air-conditioning and no fridge, at this point I was too tired to complain again.

Our other son said that the air con in their room was poor

The rooms are dated in area with black on the tiles around the bath.

Ceiling shower not high enough for tall people.

but the bathroom dated and could do with modernisation.

Outdated, and a massive environmental water disaster (Faucet running, single use towels, no water stop on the toilets, old and outdated bathroom with rusty rods).

toilets clog and no one came to fix it when we called.

All the drawers either had missing or broken handles making them useless, the safe was broken and the bathroom in dire need of having some money invested in it with its broken and cracked tiles. .

although the price was acceptable for Central London  the rooms need updating badly especially the Bathroom .

The bathroom floor hasn’t seem a mop or hoover.

Something was spilled all over the toilet.

Hotel reception not responsive to requests to deal with repair in room - locked wash hand basin for duration of 4 day stay Slow to allocate room chosen and paid for ;had to wait in another room while issue was supposed to being resolved

Positive point good views Sadly here’s  the negatives Snarky check in with two members of staff looking at us and pointing of the computer screen with no communication to us at all all very strange Room basic only with poor toiletry facilities mini bar had wine in a tin Breakfast not good at all

I was disappointed we had to ask twice for a lightbulb to be replaced in the bathroom.

-completely OUTDATED; place is aged, needs serious upgrades throughout
-no fridge (mini fridge door was sealed off)
-no exhaust fan in bathroom, so bathroom steamed up when taking shower in addition to already having the balmy 79 degrees present
-Elevators are SOOO slow, had to wait up to 10 minutes to get from 7th floor to 1st floor, eventually discovered the freight elevator
-Breakfast was disappointing to say the least, thankfully our breakfast was included in the rate we paid;

Very comfy king size bed, black out curtains.

Only thing which was nice was the comfortable beds and the full English breakfast.

My husband and I enjoyed a good night’s sleep in the comfortable bed and appreciated the air conditioning which was really efficient.

The bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was a blessing in the heat to walk into a cool room was excellent.

Rooms were very quiet and comfortable beds.

This was not the bed's fault - it was a lovely comfy bed with a mattress topper and my husband slept like a log.

The bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows, the bed was covered with a light quilt which was perfect for a good night sleep.

We had a super king bed which was very comfortable and we had a mini bar with beer & wine which was restocked on our 2nd day.

Fantastic weekend away,staff so friendly and helpful,free mini bar which was restocked each day and bed was so comfy.

Staff were brilliant, bed was comfy, room was clean enough, location is great.

The room itself was clean, great TV and wifi, room service available, and very comfortable bed and chairs.

On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the staff friendly.

The beds were really comfy and I want to know where they get there pillows cos they are so soft!

My wife and I stayed 2x nights over a Sept weekend in a standard double room overlooking the St Katherine's dock at the back of the hotel.

We stayed in a 10th floor family room overlooking Tower Bridge and Thames and every morning as well as evening took our time to just stand an look.

We had a nice view from our room that overlooked the boats outside.

but did get Tower view room so that was a bonus.

We had a bridge room view which was absolutely amazing.

the double room overlooking the tower bridge is very nice.

We were all on the 8th floor and out of the 3 rooms 2 had views over St Katherine’s dock.

Location and surroundings were good, there was not far to transport/underground and not at least the view from the room, when you paid a little extra.

The location and view is great especially we have a bridge view room.

The Tower view rooms really do offer everything you'd hope for and the location of this hotel and the fact it provides reasonable parking made this a wonderful place to stay and explore the city on my wife's birthday.

Rooms are large and comfortable, and one of the rooms had a view of Tower bridge.

Had a lovely time and complementary bottle of wine (and items in mini fridge) and a room overlooking the bridge.

If you book a room that looks on to the river, the view is excellent.

At first sight this hotel looks amazing, with its lofty, airy lobby and the view, which is second to none!

The view was amazing, the room nice and big with comfortable beds.

We would always stop in there for a Strawberry Daiquiri wether we were staying or not because of this drink and also a very pleasant place to rest with the view of the tower bridge if your lucky enough to get a window seat especially the bay window table.

Views for days, booked a couple of nights to celebrate the start of a new year and enjoyed the view so much, the room was perfect and well equipped and covid was taken very seriously.

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel, the staff were all amazing, the room (suite)was clean and facilities were good, the view was breathtaking overlooking the yachts in st Katherine’s dock and the Canary Wharf/dock lands skyline.

Lovely surroundings close to Thames and saw the Brazilian boat U27 going up the Thames through Tower Bridge a welcomed and unexpected sight to see.

All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely book again, the location is fantastic and it was lovely walking out to the view of tower bridge each morning.

It's so close to the tower Bridge which is beautiful.

It's a great location right next to Tower Bridge and opposite the Tower of London with a short walk to bus stops and the tube.

Great location by Tower Bridge and 2 minute walk from Tower Hill tube station.

The hotel was in an ideal location next to the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London.

Highly recommend getting a room with the view of Tower Bridge.

The hotel location ,next to Tower Bridge, is perfect for views of the river Thames and surrounding well know buildings.

The hotel is located in close vicinity to tower bridge and the castle.

I was looking forward to staying there as the hotel has perfect location and great views of Tower Bridge.

Let me start with the Pros:
-friendly staff
-great location (right next to the Tower and Tower Bridge)
-5 minutes walk to the Underground station "Tower Hill"
-plenty of dining options around the hotel and the hotel itself offers inside and outdoor dining
-quiet location

Cons:
-Hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel as advertised.

Setting was lovely overlooking the marina .

It is near everything and has the best view in London.

Check in easy and well managed, cleanliness of hotel excellent, all elevators working and quick, breakfast excellent, views amazing and balloons and cake delivered to our room for our daughters birthday.

Hotel very nicely situated with a gorgeous view over St Katherine’s Dock.

Excellent location for a hotel, great views and surroundings.

Without a doubt this is the best view from a hotel window we have ever had, Tower Bridge, The Shard and the a view of the Thames.

Did not seem interested with my booking request for nice room with bridge view, food and cleanliness was excellent and room was serviced well each day.

When we got the room it really was a lovely room with a great view up the river.

The hotel bar, Xi, has a great view of the bridge and delicious food.

but a bit disappointing stay as pool area overrun with children and rubbish view from average room,  cleaning was a bit rubbish,  we eat out at the local Wetherspoons which is next door so did not try the restaurant but the menu looked reasonably priced except breakfast which was £20 per person.

I also had to beg the staff multiple times to help clean up broken glass in our bathroom when I dropped a glass.

but maybe the cleaners have too much to do in too little time or maybe their work is just not appreciated to a level that would encourage them to do their best.

We had 2 rooms booked for the weekend at a cost of £860 ,we arrived our rooms were not ready for 4pm how long does it take to clean a room told to go and buy a drink.

To stop this I had to climb onto the edge of the bath and did my best to clean this so the water at least pointed downwards.

Just before we left I was using the bathroom and with no warning the cleaner opened the room door, no knock and no call to warn that she was coming in.

The cards kept messing up we were lucky on our first day that a cleaner was on the floor and helped us get in our room.

The only issue we had was that during a 3 night stay no maid came , there wasn’t any information about fresh towels or water.

Using the toilet in the morning gave me a good chance to have a look around the bathroom cleaning, i wish i did not.

Other issue with the new room was there was a few big strands of long dark hair tangled in the shower which makes you wonder if it had been cleaned properly, especially in the post pandemic world where cleanliness is king!!

Despite leaving a tip for our cleaners - we were left without any towels  a couple days and had to ask the front desk to send them up.

The bathroom smelt musty like it has been cleaned with a dirty mop.

but with they had no towels…… staff there advised me to contact housekeeping for some?!

That’s why I used stairs and noticed the same garbage there during those days - so no cleaning at the stairs at all?

The bathroom was just not cleaned properly with rust patches and discoloured metal.

The staff member on reception was a little taken aback and offered to send housekeeping to remove the milk, as if this would remove the smell.

At least they are cleaning it and changing the water!

Apparently you need to ask for housekeeping (blaming this one on Covid) to come to the room, and even then they are in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Dust was also visible where clearly no one cleans, made me hesitant to use any of the facilities in the room.

housekeeping was nice enough to pick up the dirty towels from the floor and hang them up rather than give us new ones (thats not going to fly).

I would like to begin with saying this was my very first solo spa experience and may I say it’s been the best.

Afternoon Tea and spa has been phenomenal and would recommend to my anybody interested in a good time.

We booked a package with spa and 3 course meal.

You gave us the best room, free drinks from the bar and allows us to stay little longer after check out to enjoy the beautiful spa facilities that the hotel have got.

The bar and lounge areas and spa are great spaces after a busy day.

The whole Spa, Gym and Pool is everything you would need and fully accessible too, using top of the range products, and a relaxing place to be.

We do regular spa trips away and this so far is competing for spot as number one.

We used the spa & pool area which was fine, steam room, pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

I used the spa facilities the following morning which again were immaculate and all in full working order (sauna and steam room were AMAZING).

We stayed for two nights, £495.00, the spa was brilliant, i couldn't fault it!

Very nice experience all the staff are friendly and helpful.The food great, the pool is the best I have ever been, with the steam room and sauna.

Then at the rena spa they are super helpful & made our visit very enjoyable, would definitely go again.

The we spent our 2 hours in the spa which was very much needed after the previous day.

The hotel was clean didn’t find any dirt, the pool was open to a decent time too. 100% recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a little get away :)

On the first day after checking in we decided to make the most of the spa facilities at the pool.

This led us to alter our plans to a cosy day in the hotel where we used the pool facility.

We were in the pool in the evenings and mornings, and even after all the other things we did in London, the pool was their favorite memory.

Rooms were a reasonable size with the normal extras, including iron and ironing board.Breakfast was good, lots of choice and the pool (25 metres) and spa areas were very good.

The room was okay, shower was absolutely amazing and the pool was great too,

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay & we used the pool and sauna's which were lovely defiantly recommend had a great 3 day stay

We used the pool, Jacuzzi, Steam & Sauna rooms ,It was clean & nice  .

We booked a superior king room which boasted robe and slippers included  which we did not receive so couldn’t enjoy the pool as we had no robe.

As it was a bank holiday weekend, the pool was packed with excited and happy children/families and it was a joy so see such an atmosphere especially during this times that we are presently in.

But really the choice of using the pool facilities the added bonus for us - a way to relax with jacuzzi/sauna and steam after a day’s London visit!

Over the years, we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, this one was very welcoming,lovely room and excellent facilities, especially the pool area and an excellent breakfast.

however the pool & spa gives a better experience if you plan on spending time at the hotel.

The pool facilities are a nice bonus and well maintained.

The worst part of our experiance was our son was arriving late for the second room  from Edinburgh we checked at the reception and askedhow to acess room service they sent us to the bar who then sent us back to reception not very proffesional we were then told to scan a QR code which we did we found only 2 itiems available to eat after 10am

I tried to reach reception from the room phone to advise that we needed towels, and more tea/coffee/water, this was difficult as there was no numbers listed on the phone and the pre-set

The bath and towels were covered in hairs, seemingly the only thing that seemed clean in the room was the bedding.

The staff was pleasant to interact with, other than the missing floor mat I didn't bother them with the issues as I figured the missing towels was because I asked for a floor mat.

The bathroom was also tired worn and dirty two off white frayed at the edge towels no hand towel the extractor fan also didnt work

There were no towels when we went for a swim (hard to believe).

There were some minor glitches:  temporary out-of-service elevator, lack of towels in the spa and a  broken foot massage in the spa;

Our dirty towels from the floor were put back on the towel rail during room servicing and we had to ask for replacements on 2 occasions.

my towels had been used to dry the bathroom floor that day and each subsequent day. Plus my personal fave the fag

After finally giving up and taking a shower… our towels were USED!!

The bad points:
We where a bit disappointed with the cleaning, and only two hard pillows, also only two towels and not even a bath mat towel, so if you dropped your towel on the floor you had no towel. Lol.

There also was only one towel each, no hand towels and no bath/ shower mat.

It took a while to check in, once we had we headed up to the toom to find one bath towel and no others.

Despite the spa and gym area being fully equipped and up to date, the rooms are slightly out dated with only 2 bath towels being provided, instead of a full set including hand towels and a mat for the shower, as its a busy hotel its also difficult to get in touch with the reception area or house keeping.

Broken shower head, dirty bathroom on arrival (floor), no shower gel at all in the shower cabin, unprotected wall sockets, only 2 towels with no extra towels for face, hands or floor, no possibility of opening window during the night/day without using the air coin.

but also a short walk over tower bridge and you have loads of great restaurants to choose from.

Only a few minutes walk to the Tower Bridge.

Excellent room, tastefull design, delicious breakfast,
location near the metro, just five minutes away from the Tower bridge and the the Tower museum.

We really enjoyed our time at Leonardo’s Tower Bridge.

Nice and easy hotel next to a tube station, Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

Well situated hotel for getting out & about Whitechapel - Tower Bridge - Spitalfields .

Upon arrival at the Leonard’s hotel tower bridge, from minute one I was treated with the most attentive customer service I have received, I spoke very closely with Amo the duty manager we sat down had a conversation on a personal level and it was really nice.

Location is close to the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London!

The hotel Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge is fantastic, will be back for sure for more experiences ! !

The location is ideal for Tower Bridge, Tower of London, the river walk, Spitalfields etc.

Hotel is a good location near tower bridge and Tower of London.

This is a home away from home with great access to Tower Bridge, Tower of London and Tower Hill Tube Station to take you within minutes into the heart of central London

but hotel is in a superb location right next to tower bridge and Tower Hill station.

Luckily on our way back we mistakenly booked a cab to the the tower bridge branch.

We were lucky enough to have a room on the 13th floor with veiws of Tower bridge and the Tower of London.

Our stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel in Tower Bridge London was Wonderful.

Hotel was well situated near Tower Bridge and The Tower of London.

I’d recommend everyone to experience a pleasant stay at the Leonardo Royal Tower Bridge hotel!

The hotel is very well located (near Tower Bridge) and not too far walking from 2 underground stations.
