 - We went to our room and were met with rose petals and a towel swan display and 2 bottles of red wine chocolates and a lovely card.
 - Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful when arriving, they gave us wine and chocolates and a towel birthday cake for my partners birthday :) Clean hotel, we checked in our bags when we arrived early and offered tea or coffee on arrival.

 - We stayed here in February, paid almost £200 for one night and was given a room with a window with a view of a wall and not a very clean room.
 - The walls had marks on them and wallpaper had rips in it, even in the lobby area.
 - Also the walls are thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying to each other.
 - - Button feature on the wall that indicates whether you want to have housekeeping or are asleep and to not be disturbed; the house keeping never disturbed us.

 - We are looking to come back to London for my birthday in May and would happily stay here again.
 - It was my wife’s birthday and just by looking at a badge she was wearing we were upgraded and had chocolates & Prosecco delivered to the room.

 - Very noisy with late night guests screaming down the passage having forgotten where their rooms were.
 - but had to go to another hotel because of noise issues seen on lots of reviews online.
 - The room we stayed in was very dated and a bit shabby, the noise from the extractors outside our window sounded like a plane taking off.
 - Only major downsize was the noise out in the street as we overlooked the road at the side of the hotel quite busy at all hours!!
 - The rooms have no sound proofing which meant we did not get to sleep the whole night.

 - Asked for room service told don’t do this - although website clearly states this, in room only tea or coffee
 - I was asked to bring the card again to fronk desk, being asked 'Give me your card, where is it?
 - TV channels seemed somewhat limited would be an observation - and the availability of options re breakfast egg cooking could have been offered rather than requiring a request -
 - However, having paid for a luxury room I would expect pots of tea and coffee at the breakfast tables on request.
 - After continuous,y asking for room service we were then told this should be requested each day due to covid precautions.
