Located conveniently to Shinjuku station and even more closely to the Toie Odoe (Tochomae) line - which we used regularly to start our daily outings.The rooms were small, yet clean and had a small refrigerator.

Hotel is conveniently located close to Shinjuku station and shopping malls.

Overall, I had a memorable stay and would recommend this place if you're after a nice hotel in a convenient location.

Tv console area is dusty too.Both checking in& out of hotel is all self service with the service booths.Choose this hotel if you want prime convenient location & plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Centrally located hotel to acess everything.. We chose this hotel over the Shibuya area despite both locations are overwhelmingly busy as it was more convenient for the locations we were scheduled to visit.

It is located very conveniently close to the Shinjuku Train Station.

Always stayed in this hotel when visiting Tokyo because of its convenient location next to Shinjuku station as well as bus stop right in front of the hotel for airport limousine from both airports.

Shuttle buses from the airport stop here, you are 2 blocks from the train station, the rooms were the perfect size, the wifi was easy to use.

Strategically located hotel, close to Shinjuku Station, arriving from the airport you exit the South exit and after a few meters you will find the hotel which also has the exit of one of the Japan Rail lines attached right to the hotel entrance.

The room was very small with little clothes space and no shelving and the shower was the stand in the bath type which I don’t like.

From 6:30 am to 9:30 am, the bad thing is no gym, iron, hard matress and small rooms.

My wife and I were in the Economy Double Room and this was so small it was uncomfortable.

The rooms are too small even for two people.

It costs a lot, small hotel, small rooms, breakfast not much for my tastes.

For those complaining about small rooms, then pay for a bigger room.

Disgusting; and can’t quite believe this happened in a hotel in Japan which is famous for its cleanliness.

However, the issue we have was with the drainage system for the shower/bathtub.

Non-smoking rooms did not smell my smoke.

Walls were all banged up, bathroom was not scrubbed down well and room smelled like food when we arrived (likely because the HVAC system only operates when there is a key present in the room) .

We had a bit of a bad experience on check-in to find that there was a nasty smell of tobacco in a non-smoking room we had booked.

- Bathroom smelled of piss all the time: when we entered our room for the first time there was this distinct pee smell.

The one sticking point was that under the beds and the chair were pretty filthy.

The bathroom has low ceiling and due to poor ventilation, the smell is not welcoming.

but when we arrive at the room, the bathroom is smelly and the closet cover is broken.

I can smell it even while lying on my bed and we had to close the toilet door.

but the rooms could be better ours was very dirty you could write your name in the dust on the carpet, the mould and grime in the bathroom was terrible,

Shampoo and bath bottle containers were disgustingly dirty.

There is a stench around the toilet bowl area and I find it annoying.

Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the bathroom

Lastly, the toilet smells strongly of urine when we checked in.

Spacious room, king size beds, impeccable cleanliness, kindness of the staff who also helped us fill out the form to send luggage to the Kyoto hotel, in the lobby there are all the products you could need, toothpaste, toothbrush, cap, hair band, razor, etc. .

Excellent amenities and staff in the lobby who can help with anything.

Beds are very firm, seems a thing in Japan, pillows for me terrible - firm.Staff were terrific and professional, great luggage transfer service, umbrellas supplied in wet weather.Good bar for evenings when open and competent bar tender.Would recommend and return if staying in the shinjuku area.

Just next door (literally beside) the Toei Shinjuku station exit, and a few minutes' walk to the JR station and bus station (the latter was a really big plus for us who went to Disneyland -- no need to walk and go thru the subway and JR transfers to Disneyland!!).

Hotel is in a great location with a subway entrance right next to the hotel and the limousine bus stopping right there.

but from the window I could see the illuminated Cocoon Tower and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building.I was also able to go almost straight to the nearby Takashimaya, which was very convenient.If I have business in Shinjuku again, I would like to book this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotels competitor across the road a year ago (Century Southern Tower) and Century is a better overall hotel,

The Toei Oedo Subway line is right next door and that like takes you to Asakusa, Tokyo Tower, Skytree, etc.

You can visit Yoyogi Park as well as the observatory tower in the financial district.

I worked in Southern Tower next door and always put people up there.

If you intend shopping for music at Tokyo this is one of THE places to be, barely five minutes away from the large Disk Union, Tower and HMV stores.

The room was a decent size and had great views of the city.

Across the street from the hotel you'll find a Takashimaya, Tokyu Hands, Uniqlo and much more, and, no matter which side of the hotel your room is, there is the most amazing view over the city.

The rooms are comfortable and mostly coming with a beautiful city view of shinjuku.

We stayed for 4 nights here on the top floor with amazing views over the city.

The hotel wins big on location, being very near to malls (Takashimaya), SHinjuku Station New South Area and Shinjuku south and it also wins big on providing a grand view of the city with its high floors and spacious rooms.

The location cannot be beat; it is so close to Shinjuku Station and also only a few minutes away from Yoyogi Station which is sometimes easier to navigate.

I loved this hotel the first time I stayed and when I decided to return, I immediately chose to stay here again due to the cleanliness, safety and location of the hotel.

So surprised at how large our room is - has a lot of lying down and walking room inside (we had a king size bed), with great views of Shinjuku, clock tower, the city.

There were lots of free amenities such as hairdryer, body lotions, hair bands, body cloths, travel size hair brush, toothbrush, razor.

The room was large by Japanese standards with a very comfortable King size bed.

Our room was clean,  good size, comfortable bed, safety deposit box, tea/coffee making, hairdryer, shower over the bath with excellent pressure, what more do you need when your're out all day.

The rooms are a great size and offer good facilities at the hotel.
