For the all inclusive restaurants the food just wasn’t there.

Being all-inclusive, all the food and drinks are included.

Stayed in Wyndham Grand Cancun for the second week, was in Costa Mujeres all inclusive for the first week.

but we all felt that was good to help offset the all-inclusive plan!

This is my first time visiting Cancun and an all-inclusive resort, so I don’t have data to compare to.

This is by far one of the best all inclusive hotels in Cancun.

This all inclusive hotel provides great room service, nice food and beverages, free transportation to/from airport and.

If you are looking for a huge variety of food choices this may not be the best all-inclusive resort for you.

Worth the money to be taken care of someone that values a customer over money in an all inclusive resort.

I highly recommend the Wyndham Grand Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Villas.

We have previously gone on cruises  for vacations so this was our first time at an all inclusive and it was very similar.

The turquoise water, great all-inclusive  food, clean beach, and spacious Junior Suite were everything we anticipated.

The food here was also the best I've had at any all inclusive resort, as a whole, and there are lots of options!

They will show you videos of these alleged Coco Cabana Beach Parties from their camera roll on their iPhones trying to sell it to you, on how much fun other people had at these pool parties that are 7-10 minutes away from your already expensive All-Inclusive Resort.

Food was superior from most all inclusive hotels we’ve been.The best hotel customer service experience, we will certainly be back to the Wyndham Grand!

I honestly had the best 5 nights and 6 days at the Wyndham Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort & Villas.

The ceremony was beautiful, from the flowers from Musas de Gaia (Alejandra’s flower boutique) to our hexagon shaped arch.

Definitely recommend coming here for a family vacation or beach getaway.

Orlando served his drinks with a smile and felt like he is part of my family.

He even took the time to set up a family friends 6th birthday breakfast.

His attentiveness catered perfectly to both the 26-year-old and 6-year-old members of our family who were celebrating their birthdays.

Food was delicious and the amount of variety really sustained our family trip that lasted 5 days.

Will definitely be returning very soon to see our family here at wyndham!! !

We do it once a year and this time we brought the whole family.

For a long weekend trip with your family, to relax and enjoy the water, this is a great place to book.

This is our 2nd year here and they treat you like family.

The staff worked so hard and went above and beyond to make my family's experience incredible!

We felt like we were family in their care.

Rooms were spacious and decadent with marble floors and private balconies.

The rooms are lovely with comfortable beds and marble floors.

The REGULAR ROOM: Nice walk in entry, marble floors, working a/c, full length huge mirror, same large walk in shower and toilet in the same room (same as suite), sink on the outer portion, with light up makeup mirror, nice sized lit closet, stocked mini fridge and safe, two full sized beds, flat screen tv, large balcony and yet another AMAZING VIEW (just like I asked for).

The entire property was great, all areas of the hotel were well built, mostly Marble and well maintained.

If you are vegetarian find some other resort with exclusive vegetarian restaurant included.

Wolter Victor Zavala gave us great service every morning we were here at the Pina Colada restaurant.

Pina Colada and the waiters Victor Zavala Carlos Sangores and head waiter/manager Adan are fantastic for breakfast and lunch.

We ate at La pina every morning and really enjoyed our experience with Victor Zavala, and Carlos Sansores, very accommodating and friendly.

Also the food at Viva Mexico is the best.

The food is amazing and the people are very friendly.

Food was great, especially La Pina on the beach for breakfast.

Victor was welcoming and served the most delicious foods.

Seafood restaurant and Italian was passable.

Staff in restaurants worked HARD to keep everyone fed and happy.

The food was delicious at all the restaurants.

Just make sure to reserve for dinner a day before.

The food was also amazing and the view is very pretty!

Went to get a massage today and let me tell you it was the best ever.

Israel was pleasant and professional to the point where he made my very first massage definitely not my last.

Before you do the check in, they try to set up a meeting with you and offer you free excursions, massages, and drinks with the purpose of you signing up a $12000 timeshare scam.

When I was researching for our honeymoon, I wanted to prioritize good food since that's what folks seemed to have trouble with at most other all-inclusive resorts and we had never been to an all-inclusive before.

We’ve stayed at other adults only all inclusive resorts and were more impressed.

Truly the best all inclusive I have been to.

The all-inclusive aspect is so worth it—you can order endless drinks and food via their hotel app (the app is amazing) and try all their different restaurants!

They are all inclusive so you can enjoy food and drinks as much as you want,

While a little more expensive than some of the other all-inclusive resorts, it is worth very penny.

Definitely the best resort, all inclusive adult only.

I MUST say, this is THE best all inclusive we have ever stayed in.

Hadn’t experienced this before at an all inclusive.

The food was the best we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive hands down.

My wife and I had a wonderful time, which was due to two things:  (1) the great property and accommodations, which is all-inclusive and (2) the unbelievably wonderful and helpful staff.

This is an all inclusive Resort and it truly is all inclusive.

Food and drinks were exceptional for an all inclusive, with plenty of options to choose from and you could always order room service if restaurants were closed for the night.

Le Blanc is an all-inclusive experience that exceeded expectations and a worthy investment!

They knocked it out of the park for our romantic dinner, by doing it on the Wind Terrace, right in front of their iconic stone arch.

5) ACTIVITIES: We also used resort credits to do a "snorkel and sea tour" to check out "El Arco" (the rock arch formation that Cabo is famous for) and it was a lot of fun.

The yacht has the freedom to go where you want within the 4 hour time frame departing from the Los Cabos marina by the arch.

Our big day would have magical - beachside welcome cocktail party, ceremony at the Le Blanc arch, reception at a gorgeous private space.

We sailed by the Arch and were lucky to see a couple whales.

The scenery at Cabo San Lucas Arch was beautiful.

We sailed on a 55-foot sail boat which sailed around the arch and the bay in Cabo San Lucas.

but we saw whales up close and personal, the famous Cabo arch and beautiful beach front scenery.

I did yoga with Adriana one morning at the arch and that was lovely!

One by the arch and had Alejandro as our waiter.

She also took care of our reservation for a Sunset Cruise to The Famous Arch in Los Cabos.

We also attended the Chef Dinner one night on the terrace by the arch on the property.

For our anniversary, Lumiere’s  outstanding manager, Daniel, and his superb chef, Alberto, set up a table near the arch above the Ocean restaurant.

We enjoyed the sunset by the famous arch and we saw seals napping on rocks!

The Cabo Adventures staff was great and the trip was a good way to see the Arch and some whales.

Lastly,  SHOUTING from the LeBlan Arch,the highest recognition to Lucia from Guest services who was the epitome of Customer Experience in all aspects of assuring that HAPPINESS AND WONDERFUL are experienced daily at LeBlanc.

Moreover the food service was excellent especially the lumere tasting menu.. 
recommendation: 
-If you are planning to see the ARCH just take either snorkeling or the lux sailing ⛵️.. both packages has ARCH included .. 
- for sailing please bring jackets 🧥 it does get chilly !

A snorkeling tour at Pelican rock & luxury sunset cruise by the arch.

Not to miss:  a road trip to Todo Santo, the short trip to San Jose de Cabo Art Walk, and the Sunset sailing around the Arch in San Lukas.

Miguel and Paul made us feel so welcome, and took AMAZING care of us.

He truly went over and above to not only take care of our family needs

butlers, Elvis and Laura, were AMAZING - they worked tirelessly to take care of our requests and to ensure our needs were being met.

Our Butlers on the 10th floor were super helpful and made sure everything we needed was taken care of.

Took care of anything and everything we could have asked for.

They came up and said hello and took good amazing care of us the rest of the trip.

We had a cabana around the pool and the pool team took great care of us.

Our ocean pool service team of Esteban and Valentina made each day at the pool relaxing and took care of our every need.

butlersSalvador, Ilse, Claudia and Josue made sure all our needs were taken care of including daily coffee and pastries to the room to watch the sunrise, lavender aromatherapy and pillows, all of our dinner reservations, golf and spa/salon treatments.

They make sure you’re always being taken care of and catered to.

The personal Butler Giovanni was outstanding made sure every activity dinner and anything we need was taken care of.

She took such good care of us the entire time we were there.

He took care of at the pool area throughout our entire stay.

They went above and beyond in taking care of us.

From the minute you arrive to when you check out you are treated with care.

All of the staff were  incredible and made sure we were well taken care of.

All week we were taking care of by our good friend Omar.

We went for a relaxing 10-year anniversary trip and could not have been more well-taken care of.

Every interaction we had was beyond positive and in many cases employees went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

This truly is a five-star resort hotel and spa—from the beautiful details within the hotel (marble elevator interiors, grand marble entrance, and modern/classical aesthetic) to the wonderful service of the staff.

Beauty surrounded me at all times - from the marble floors, glam decor, blue pools, relaxing spa, and mother nature, it was unbelievable!

The use of marble floor tile for the main access to the pool is questionable at best.

This is most pronounced in the main building where you’re greeted with light, spacious airy white walls, and soft marble floors contrasted against furniture and finishings featuring muted earth tones and light wood accents.

Open spaces, marble floors all reflecting the beautiful ocean beyond.

We had beautiful twelve foot ceilings and everything is marble.

The hotel is a new resort with wall to wall marble located right on the beach with amazing views.

Couple that with the white and light gray grained Marble floors, and our journey into excellence began.

but you pay for it:

- Watch out for discrimiation if you did not book directly.

I travel a lot and this did not thrill or disappoint, just not worth price.

For what we paid, I don’t think we got our moneys worth.

The only cons are the timeshare sales pitch on check-in, and the ridiculous prices of anything in the resort shops.

After waiting 9 months the experience and the expense registered as one of the worst vacations in memory.

To add insult to injury,  by accident my wife's expensive belt was ruined by housekeeping.

though extremely pricey ($1000 for a couples massage)

Cons:
- more of a general con for Cabo- the hotel backs right up to a busy highway (all of them do).

We didn’t get all the details so we ended up booking a tour that we thought was included and had to pay a lot of money at the end.

There are several types of cabana's for day rentals ranging from a simple cabana with lounge chairs to a much larger and more expensive lounge with the addition of a large TV, sitting area with small table and I think a small refrigerator.

I emailed the concierge back, letting them know that even at a five star, 5 diamond Michelin resort, a massage would never cost this much.

but the prices of these items were inflated.

You are limited to where and how much you can use for their overpriced services.

You can only use $250 towards a spa treatment…too bad most of those treatments cost way more than that!!!

I’m giving this resort a 5/5 because they did everything you’d expect and more for an expensive, luxury all-inclusive.

For example, we were given $150 and told we could only use it for tax on spa activities or soap or air freshener that is being sold for $100.

but not sure I would have paid the extra from it given how great the pretty much every view was.

though we showed them their own emails stating that we had “paid in full”, we had to pay to get them to let us leave.

(Except Le Blanc which is most expensive and gets the lowest discount 🤔).

If I had to share something that they could improve, I would say that they should pay more attention to the personal information on your profile.

Again I just paid $1000 dollars per night and cannot eat at the restaurants  I have already paid for??

We appreciated chef Juan who cooked for us on the whale watching cruise and for our two private dinners.

but two, and every single meal was perfect.

Special shout out to Dulce, Oscar, and Miguel at Blanc International Restaurant for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The sushi restaurant Yama was our favorite

The resort has 5 restaurant and each one is exquisite !

Food is really delicious and with lots of different options at all the different restaurants it never got repetitive.

Its ok, food, drink, entertainment was very down the middle for how much it is.

We enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the entertainment they had everyday!

Although we had great service and a good meal at Yama, the morning breakfast buffet, and Blanc Pizza.

We ate there every morning and with my allergies, they were particularly attentive.

The octopus ceviche is spectacular, as were the tuna tostadas.

We went straight to our favourite restaurant Ocean on the beach.
