 - From the moment we arrived everyone made us feel very special and made sure we had a table reserved in Scarfes for pre dinner drinks and in The Holborn Dining Room after for dinner with our friends after.

 - The food and drinks were first rate, the music from the band was splendid (we really liked the band) and to top it off, the hotel put on a private firework display at midnight for all the hotel guests to see (safely) in the forecourt.
 - One criticism was the bar, very noisy, plus the drinks prices were excessive, even allowing for it being a 5☆ central London hotel.
 - We felt for the price of the room, some more snacks and some fruit should be complimentary in your room, and there was no decaf tea.
 - Unfortunately the quality of the room and service in the Rosewood is very far from deserving it's price.

 - Whilst the service level in the relaxed environment of the Club is particularly personal I have to say staff in all the other venues we visited were very efficient and personable despite the challenge of wearing the mask.
 - There is a level of service expected at such a hotel which just was not evident at the Langham.

 - I couldn’t justify spending the extra for an executive room and use of the club lounge.
 - The staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable and special, and the Club Lounge was wonderful.
 - We chose an Executive Room so that we were able to make use of the Langham Club Lounge and it was absolutely worth it - we spent our entire time in there and it was great to have somewhere to relax and spend time other than your own room.

 - We decided to have our pre-dinner drinks in the Berkeley Bar rather than the Blue Bar and we were not disappointed, the service was exceptional and the cocktails we chose of real quality, expertly made.
 - Bars - There are two in The Berkeley, Blue Bar being the more trendy option (doesn’t open every night)

 - Visited for my 40th birthday and booked Montcalm Marble Arch due to the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed.
 - At the end of the meal to my surprise the staff came out again signing happy birthday and another cake I was blown away by their kindness also must not forget the chef who did us a very enjoyable meal.
 - As well as a room upgrade we also got Prosecco and cake as we were celebrating my birthday.
