The breakfast and afternoon snack buffets were amazing.

The breakfast spread is huge and the dinner buffet also is large.

Level lounge at the ground floor offered a peaceful environment for breakfast and a break.

Buffet breakfast was great,lots of choices.I loved the coffee We were HB and had not realized that it was Al a Carte for Dinner and did not start till 9pm.

The area has buffet food and drink available for free during certain hours and you can have your breakfast there.

We had breakfast each morning in the Mosaico buffet restaurant.

with the availability of being able to have cook-to-order omelettes etc..  Like to thank the staff in the Level Lounge – Carmen, Estrella, Jaun and Isa for all their professionalism and friendly help.

Breakfast was good and the seating areas lovely.

Great room, fabulous breakfast, smashing location and to top it all off - a delightful pool and pool bar.

Having access to The Level perks was really helpful- it included breakfast with selection of fruits, cheeses, breads and made-to-order pancakes, waffles, churros, omelettes.

Breakfast was good and it was nice after a hot day out to be able to go to The Level lounge and have a refreshing drink and a snack or two.

It offered breakfast, tapas and drinks throughout the day.

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was AMAZING.

Carmen the Guest Relations Manager at the Level Lounge was always at hand when assistance wa required.

The check in lady Carmen is fantastic, she’s courteous and warm.

Check in at the level lounge by Carmen was very efficient and she remembered us from previous visits.

The Level concierges are knowledgeable, extremely helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and Carmen deserves a special mentioning.

but special mention must be made of Carmen on the Level reception desk and Elena, who served in the restaurant adjacent to the lounge.

but I’d particularly like to mention Carmen who couldn’t do enough for the guests.

Our room was spotless clean and very comfortable peaceful and quiet, thanks to  Nurie and Carmen they are amazing and great services in the level reception.The hotel is in great location and walking distance to most attractions would highly recommend this hotel,by the way Nurie we bought the fruits sugar apple.

Carmen was very helpful and friendly thought our visit.

It was poor planning on the hotels behalf to not have an adequate space for the extra cost guests paid for The Level service.

We had upgraded to The Level service and had access to the all inclusive drinks and snacks.

Our Level room and the additional complimentary Level services ,including delicious food and drink in bar area ,provided a very enjoyable  base to return to after a day of sight seeing and in the early evening.

Madrid, Alicante, and Palma de Mallorca, to mention a few, are where we have enjoyed the Level service, and now Seville.

Very comfortable beds, great service if you have the Level service.

We booked the additional Level service, and It was definitely worth it.

although large was completely soulless and was basically very clinical with not even a lamp just overhead spotlights and very bright reading lights.

The lights would turn on when some walked down the hall, BUT , you would have to go almost to the end of the hall for the lights to come on, at night it was very dark

but if you opt of a family room you will get a pokey end room with little window light.

but far too much light passes through them.

Bathroom had dark tiles which were depressing with poor lighting.

However, the lighting in the room was over complicated.

Lighting in room was a mystery to us - a bit gimmicky = switches seemed to turn off different lights in different parts of the room and the bedside reading lights were very poorly positioned. Bathroom poorly designed - two sinks (why?)

In summary:

Dirty and untidy room for both days of stay

Dimmed light in the rooms

And the flashing light on the ceiling above the bed was very disturbing (don't stay in the 'romantic' room on the 3rd floor).

Melia hotel Seville is conveniently centrally located

staff are warm and welcoming, pool area is cool, location is okay, it's a fair walk to the markets etc,

The location is great for the Plaza de España

We had a great stay at the Melia Seville- whilst from the outside the building looks a bit dated, it is well located, has a range of high-quality facilities and friendly staff members.

The hotel is in a very good location for the centre of Seville and several attractions.

The location is great, walking distance to the centre, easy access to the tram, near the park.

The location is great, and the taxi rank right outside the hotel is handy.

The location is good, it's about a 10min walk to the Plaza, 3mins to the supermarket around the corner (has an ATM), and 10-15 mins to the nearest Starbucks :)

I have to say the hotel is in a good position to explore Seville and the pool is a welcome visit late afternoon as we did to escape the hot evenings.

This hotel has a nice location and close to football.

I chose this hotel predominantly for location as I was running the Seville marathon, and at the same time it is convenient for the city centre.

Location wise also, near old town is a better location.

The hotel is located next to the Plaza de España and Maria Luisa Park.

For other meals we ate out in the Old Town (about a 20-minute walk) and the trendy Triana district (reachable by taxi or by taking the Metro from San Bernardo to Plaza de Cuba).

Spent four nights in a Level Junior Suite which had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and the Plaza Espania.

Best room views are on 9th floor facing west towards the plaza Espana.

Excellent location only 50 meters from plaza espana.

The hotel is located close to La Plaza de Sevilla.

Service is excellent, rooms are clean, there's a big roof top swimming pool and it is next door to Plaza d'Espania.

Booked the Level Rooms which was a good size, plaza facing which was nice with use of the lounge for Level guests which provided refreshements throughout the day.

Room and pool had a great view of Plaza de España.

First of all, the hotel was in a good location, within a short walking distance to Plaza de España, and also near to the where all the bustling is in Seville.

The room was very spacious and nice decorated with great views over Plaza de Espagna.

We checked in late afternoon to a welcome smile and a lovely glass of cold Cava we were give a room on the 10th floor with a lovely view of the Plaza de espana  and the room and

Right across from Plaza de Espana (had a gorgeous view of this from our room) and walking distance to virtually all else.

Rooms are clean and with a great view of the Plaza de Espana.

The pool was our main reason for booking this hotel so that we could relax after a mornings site seeing with views of the wonderful Plaza de Espana.

Pool area overlooking the back of Plaza de Espana was fun, sunbeds comfortable and the whole area including the pool bar well run.

Only about a 20 minute walk from town, and over the road from Plaza de Espana.

It has a great view of the Plaza de Espana and the pool bar,

The location is perfect as it is right next to Plaza de Espana, which looks magical in the evening and not far from the river.

We looked over the hotels lovely pool and the plaza de espana.

Additional bonus is its location whiich is across the Plaza De Espana and the close proximity to the shopping and dining areas.

The room was very nice and had a fantastic view of the Plaza De Espana from our window.

Excellent location, opposite the beautiful Plaza de Espana 
with it's lovely gardens, and just 10-15 minutes walk to the old town.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the Plaza de Espana and within walking distance of the cathedral and La Giralda tower.

Our room at first glance looked ok, then we noticed the broken tiles, damp on the ceilings, poor quality furnishings.

The selection of breakfast food is very poor.

The bathrooms smelled like sewage, especially the ones next to the reception, which were also always dirty and in poor condition.

Christmas Eve dinner is a buffet, nothing special, actually quite poor.

The 1 thing that let us down for the hotel was the lack of complimentary water in the room which we found very poor especially given location of hotel and daily temperatures in Seville .

Service at breakfast buffet is non-existent and the food quality is poor.

The air con was very poor , even in reception, compared to walking into other hotels and our room always felt hot .

The tortilla is from a packet; there are no hot tapas; and poor selection of second-rate jamon and chorizo.

Rooms cannot be cooled despite several guests overwhelmed by poor air in rooms!!

We had a beautiful room, with an extraordinary view.

The rooms are comfortable with the basic necessities.

This room was classed as an upgrade which was very surprising.

Rooms are cleaned daily and wifi was fine.

but that was pretty much the only positive in this room.

The room was lovely, bed was big, bathroom was nice, all good!!!

They even got me a wheelchair to get me to my room.

However in the other Meliá the air con was much better , the room was actually cool.

We had an amazing stay at Melia Sevilla this week - in a premium Level room with a balcony.

Check-in was very smooth and we were in our room within 10 minutes.

Room standards and comfort, subcontracted taxi services very dangerous driving.

The room was great, spacious for a family of 4.

Room was clean, excellent walk-in shower and large comfortable bed.

Our room was on the 6th floor, it was very spacious and clean.

The room was spacious, clean, had a great view and was cleaned every day as you'd expect. 3.

Room and bathroom were nice and modern and clean.

The staff were so lovely, helpful, interested in our comfort and joy.

The bar near the reception is a nice place to just sit and relax with a drink

lots of choice, and staff who are meticulous in everything. Recommended!

Whilst Melia hotel Sevilla has some positive parts (location, pool and friendly staff), I would strongly advise to think twice if you really want to stay in a such a badly managed hotel.

Melia do things really well, with professional, attentive and proud staff.

The staff were great, drinks were nice, food was good.

Juan at the Level desk was great too, really friendly and helpful!

The pool area is lovely and the staff at the pool bar made the best cocktails.

The reception staff were super helpful and also very discreet where I needed them to be.

The staff were lovely and very welcoming, with particular praise for the wonderful Kristina who welcomed us to breakfast, and was so kind to our two children throughout our short stay.

thank you to all the staff for your kindness and for always going the extra mile to help, nothing was ever too much trouble. Likewise can only compliment the cleanliness of the room, fab variety of food in the breakfast restaurant (loved the fruit selection!!)

The hotel was fantastic everything I expected and more breakfast had an unbelievable selection the staff  were friendly and really helpful especially Isabel the ERRE restaurant is a place to try especially the 60 day aged beef great holiday in exceptional surroundings….

My favourite part of the hotel is the garden.

Huge gardens and outdoor and indoor pools.

Very high standard of friendly staff around the pool area.

The pool area cannot be beaten, a beautiful pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers with restaurants overlooking the pool with fantastic sea views.

The gardens and pool areas are stunning and fantastically managed by Rafa, Raul, and Adrian who ensure guests are looked after with their friendly service.

Regarding the pool area - there are plenty of sunbeds available and the service is fantastic.

Bardot restaurant overlooking the pool area is great for lunch, sit in the shade or sun and enjoy the most wonderful freshly cooked pizza or a full on steak meal if you desire.

The pool area, breakfast and service is outstanding.

Also the pool area is very big, so everyone has his private space.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over a number years, it’s in a great spot, the the facilities and pool areas are excellent, it also has a wonderful outlook near to the beach, the Cappuccino Bar is a great place to eat drink and watch the world go by.

Toilets at the pool area had attendants who cleaned after every guest left,

This is a jewel in the crown in Marbella we stayed in the red level rooms with a stunning view over the pool area and the sea.the reception,restaurant and pool staff were warm, kind and a pleasure to deal with.

Nothing is too much trouble and the whole pool area and gardens provide a beautiful environment.

Really lovely hotel and the food, staff,  pool area, gardens and overall service was superb!

The hotel with his large pool area is situated in a wonderful garden.

The garden was a chapter itself and the cleaning of the pool area was top as well.

perfect just to chill-out in the pool area and the Mediterranean sea just across the boardwalk.

The hotel website is also poor in providing information.

The cleanliness was so poor, ie sideboard and underneath beds had not be cleaned for weeks, these areas were filthy!

We left more than half of them and commented on the poor quality when the waiter came to take them away.

Although they supply small canape style food which we have no problem with, replenishment and variation was poor.

Bad -  small bathrooms and Steak restaurant very overpriced and poor quality.Good -  nice grounds and pool area majority of staff polite and efficient.Overall -  4 star hotel in good locationThis was my 4th visit and I have always been allocated a high floor room,  this time I was on 2nd floor and found the bathroom VERY small.

It is very poor quality, with some rude staff.
