There’s 2 things that hotels seem to struggle with, bathrooms and breakfasts.

The Market Brasserie offered delicious food and excellent service.

A rather large queue for breakfast in the morning,

Breakfast food was outstanding ,but very little room between tables .

The following day, I took advantage of the breakfast that came free with my room rate.

Cocktails were delicious and view was amazing.

Room service is a must and the menu is delicious.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and there was a very large choice at breakfast.

The food in particular is excellent both for dinner and for breakfast.

We have been for 4-5 breakfasts over the past few months at the Intercontinental as we love next door and Neenu has been so friendly and bubbly each time.

The hotel breakfast was excellent and had a large selection to choose from.

The hotel itself is very good, as you would expect with good sized rooms with the expected amenities and the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good.

Nice to see the hotel accommodate this at breakfast time.

We slept well and the breakfast in the morning was plentiful with everything you could want and more.

We chose to pay the extra for Eggs Benedict (£15 per serving) which despite having a great description, was not good.

From start to finish this was the best stayed we ever had and we will be coming back the price does give is reasonable with what you get and the breakfast was amazing thank you to all the staff and Nabecl !

but I didn’t want to bother them with that & Eric made up for it at breakfast when he brought me my Mocha.

From the minute we walked in yesterday morning, to the bar (Karim)  staff, the Housekeepers we bumped into and finally this morning the breakfast team led by Eric everyone made us feel special with a smile, we always try hard to reciprocate and at the end of breakfast I saw Eric the Manager and took him to one side to tell him.

All in all, a fantastic hotel, bonus lovely pool/spa to use in the morning after breakfast.

And it was worth every penny to leave the concert and be in bed within 10 minutes.

Following the concert, we were back in our room within twenty minutes, which was superb.

I was meeting up with friends for a concert at O2.

The only disconcerting thing was while we were at the concert they came in and did a turndown service where they put slippers by your bed and a mat, I did find this slightly intrusive to be honest and was glad I had made use of the safe to store our valuables.

Myself & my friend stayed for one night at the O2 Intercontinental whilst we attended a concert at the O2 arena.

The Hotel as its own access directly into the 02 ideal for getting away easily at the end of the concert, no queuing for taxis or river boats.

This is definitely one of our favourite hotels and is in the perfect spot if you are going to a concert at the 02.

The staff are really helpful and the location is perfect for the concerts at the 02.

She also organised for my chair to be stored while we was in O2 concert Thursday 9th 
Once we had been up to the room we went to the bar where we was greeted by Chris who was lovely and extremely helpful n she found us a table for my wheelchair n moved a chair for me n took our order for drinks .

Lovely hotel , great setting on the Thames and quick link to O2 for concerts and after event drinks.

First visit to this hotel as a friend and I were attending a concert at the O2 so we thought it would be super convenient to stay here as the hotel was connected to the O2.

Good location for O2 concert attending with good access to the O2.

We will hopefully be returning when the concert is rescheduled.

We stayed in February for the SuperM concert.

This would be a perfect stay for people going to a concert at the O2 who have plenty of spare cash! !

I stayed here for 2 nights, to attend a concert at the O2 Arena.

First time I stayed  at the O2 for the Script concert.

Stayed for one night for a concert at the O2 and so glad we did.

If I’d have had to pay I would have definitely asked for a refund.

I complained at the desk on check out and they did remove the car park fee from my stay which I am grateful for and I think is fair as  I still have to pay the parking fine which even if I pay within 14 days will be £20 more than the parking fee.

Only downside is it’s very limited parking and the cost is £40 for overnight if you are lucky to get space.

Extremely unhappy considering we paid for a 5* - you’d get better kindness from a receptionist at a lower star hotel.

To avoid it being ‘complicated’ I agreed to pay for the afternoon tea which could be deducted from the amount paid and the balance paid back to us.

I am sure they put the prices up because I wasn't expecting to pay quite that much when I booked.

The 5* hotel I paid £300 for one night for a birthday celebration was very disappointing.

but we paid a lot for a generally unsatisfactory experience.

Very poor Hotel Service nothing more to say, there are better Hotels available with more competitive rates, refill room water missing, coffee machine broken, beds sheets not changed when requested, in general poor quality service, we had to ask for everything……

This is pretty stingy given the cost of the dish is only GBP2 more than the next most expensive (included) item on the menu.

although half price - still expensive for little ones.

but for the price you pay to stay in such a luxurious hotel, it is not worth it.

It would have been preferable to have the price of parking included in the accommodation given the cost of the rooms,

Would I pay extra for Club Intercontinental- probably not!

Sadly the price of drinks in the bar let it down a bit!

Great cocktails and a brilliant view over Canary Wharf.

Very helpful and good service both in restaurant, in the gym and regarding the rooms.

I did use the Gym and Heated swimming pool and jacuzzi  everything was brilliant I did go out for dinner when I came back there did a nice turn down with lights and fold the bed..

but mainly the food area who helped me the whole time that I was there.

He eventually came by and subsequently provided me with the food I’d originally requested.

Our room was excellent and so was the service throughout the facility, except when you ordered something from the menu at the club; it took too long to get the order.

Lunch options were great and the cherry on top was the spa!

Talking to people in a short manner - it spoilt the whole trip for me and my daughter who came for an event and are paying guests of the restaurants

The quality of the hotel, staff and food was exceeded my expectations.

One flaw about the hotel  was the food it  was OK

The rooms were tidy at all times and the location was perfect since we were at the O2,

I got card my room card quick My room was on the highest floor.

The plus sides were the availability of the room well before the 3 pm schedule.

We also enjoyed our visits to the Club Room.

Our room was large and very comfortable with a large bathroom with a shower and bath tub.

Prior to booking a room, I attempted to contact the hotel front desk to make an inquiry about my potential stay.

To be totally fair,  my stay in the hotel was very comfortable in a very modern room with good facilities - no issues with that at all. .

The conference rooms were set up well and in close proximity from each other and clearly sign posted.

The hotel is first rate, rooms are brand new - everything work - took me a moment to figure out the coffee machine (pods)

I have a 4 star rating because of the incredible politeness and cheerfulness of the staff and the quality and cleanliness of the room and public areas.

The Kingsize room was spacious and all areas of the hotel were very clean.

Iulia took the time to ensure I was updated on room timings, availability, and that I was looked after during my wait.

We only booked a one night stay to go to the ABBA party at the O2 a great venue for that as the hotel has a corridor straight into the venue .

The hotel was fantastic and had it's own pathway to the arena.

The hotel was very busy as there was a big show at the O2 so there was a queue for check in of about 20 mins when we arrived

Stayed recently with friends for a show nearby and would say very good hotel, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in,responsive staff and spotless clean, only one negative hand sanitisers  were not filled and they really should all be full

We stayed the night for an event at the O2 - perfect for a short easy wander back to comfort after a late show.

Super handy for the O2 if you are attending a show or just for shopping and many if the other fun things to do there!

We stay here as so close to the O2 which makes seeing a show so easy and fun.

It’s great not to have to brave the elements when heading out to a show, and it makes you feel safe when returning to the hotel late at night. I have to say, despite just a few little niggles, we really did enjoy our stay and we had an exceptional evening next door at the O2, which we capped off with an incredible drink (or few!)

Following this we had Marlene with the magic fingers and heart who gave my mum the most relaxing and calming massage she has ever had, she smoothed out her sore back and problematic shoulder which she been suffering from for a while as she’s a chef.

We had been to the hotel for a spa day that had been gifted to us so thought we would return for our anniversary weekend which coincided with a show my husband and son were attending at the O2.

We took breakfast each morning in the Market Brasserie restaurant, adjacent to the Clipper Bar and across from the Arora Ballroom.

I have just stayed for one night with my child, we went to see a show at the 02 and thought the international 02 would be the perfect base and it was.

We had tickets to a performance next door at the O2 on 23rd December (which sadly ended up cancelled 20mins before showtime), so we chose this hotel based on its close proximity to the O2.

The hotel is beautiful, one of the best we have ever stayed in and the location is perfect for a show at the O2.

Due a an event booking all parking it was left to us to park in the arena facilities.

If you’re not at the O2 for a show then I can’t see the value of this hotel

Great overnight stay for a show at the o2.Shame the spa was fully booked during our stay so can't comment on that.

The spa itself is more of an afterthought, hotel reception and spa reception are very good.

The massage itself was OK at best, I have certainly had better.

We also used the spa facilities which are lovely.

The leisure club / Spa is very good and free to hotel guests

We have been really well looked after in all F&B Outlets and also enjoyed the steam room and jakuzzi.

I booked an Aromasoul Scrub and an Urban Longevity Facial.

She made my experience worthwhile (my first professional massage).

My brother and I spent the afternoon here having afternoon tea as well as spa treatment.

don't forget the spa, thanks Akosua for such an amazing customer service.

I have to mention the spa as for our kids this was their highlight!

Had an amazing time at this hotel, Enjoyed the champagne and spa afternoon tea package, my massage therapist was very attentive and did a great job in creating a relaxing atmosphere, Lee made sure I had the best seat in the house to enjoy my fantastic afternoon tea, with an extra little birthday surprise, much appreciated <3 

Definitely going to become a regular at this hotel!

2) The incident at the front desk upon checking in was 'open to interpretation'.

To get to the concert, we walked past reception down a relatively short corridor, across a service road, and we were there!

Dean at the concierge was especially exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met, which made my work trip very seamless.

Everyone I met and interacted with was friendly.

but yesterday Hussein helped organize an ad hoc meeting for us, and his assistance was really the difference between success and failure.

The brightest part of this hotel’s service was the Concierge (particularly Georgi who served on night duty  - he is a STAR!).

The staff here are amazing, friendly and professional.

The quality of the room and its stunning view over the Thames.

I suggest paying for a river/city view as the views are stunning.

The views are brilliant and the drinks complete it.

Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting an amazing view.

The hotel is very quiet and clean, and the city views were great.

We specified to have a room with the view of River Thames and we ended up with a corner room that had an amazing view day and night overlooking the river and the city skyline.

It was a great atmosphere and my goodness the view looking out to the skyscrapers was something else.

The stunning view we had from our room was lovely.

The hotel room had an amazing view and was very clean and tidy.

We also managed to get a room on the corner of the building with two windows and views across the Thames.

Our room overlooked the Thames which and the beds were comfy, room service were very responsive & our drinks arrived quickly - at night the room service took a good while longer,

however the Level 1 Clipper Bar has spectacular views of Canary Wharf all lit up on a night with floor to ceiling windows and some extra special cocktails.

Our room was large and clean, and had floor to ceiling windows overlooking Waterloo Station.

Overall lovely hotel, loved our room with London Eye view, all clean and complementaries were a lovely touch to our stay as it was my partner’s 40th birthday.

When I asked for service, she came back with clean towels and replaced the towels, Nothing else done !

Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean hotel.

The room was large, very clean, staff were efficient.

The standard of furnishing and cleanliness is first class.

Hotel room was clean and very quiet enabling a great nights sleep.

At least the sheets are white and I can say that they looked very clean.

Hotel is well placed just opposite Houses of Parliament, is clean and bedding is excellent.Bad news: Bathroom has no powerpoint for hairdryer - only a point for men's shavers.

Our Room was just Beautiful, clean and modern with everything we needed.

It was massive and clean and smelled so nice.

The room itself was spacious and clean with complimentary bottled water and a selection of fruit.

From arrival to departure the service was impeccable.

The room was large and very clean with special view of Big Ben.

My wife needed some sanitary products at short notice and the hotel charged us the ridiculous price of 15 pounds for just two sanitary towels.

Also extra charges that we have no idea what they are!!

The only place set up to charge was across the room on the desktop.

Checked Law: as no UK ID law, no legal requirement to have a passport/ cred card this is discriminatory.

Sorry for a hotel charging this much the service was appalling.

This is blatant green washing and a cost cutting exercise when taking into account that lights and a/c can run all day without anyone being in the room (no key card switch) and all toiletries are still in mini bottles instead of refillable larger bottles.

Reception staff were not friendly or helpful and I was charged for my stay when I booked using my Radisson points

Then, there was no flexibility about charging it to the room (which I think is ridiculous).

but our card would not let us have entry.

even though I was forced to provide my credit card details at the reception earlier.

When you pay the rates the hotel charges and have already payed for your room you don’t expect this poor level of service.

And then to top it all, when I came to check out, there was a £4 charge for us storing our milk in the fridge.

but the hotel did not acknowledge this, not even a birthday card in the room which was quite disappointing.

but give us a business card as they fulfilled their side of the booking and "it is our word against theirs".

There was no place to charge phone near the bed, so it had to charge across the room during the night making turning off the morning alarm difficult.

BUT Please make your transaction with the hotel by cash, as it will take ages to get refund if they charge your card certain amount as security.

There were also no napkins with the food so my wife who had pizza had to use toilet roll for her hands during and after , overall no care was taken other than to put some food on a plate and charge you for the service.

Despite the fact we were cheated by the hotel we were offered just one key card as she said they have a shortage of key cards, which was a minor disadvantage, as well as a "cuffed" shower in the bathroom.

Despite charges hitting my cc, I’m still waiting on an invoice a week later, post countless chat sessions and two unanswered emails.

On the plus side, the location is terrific - beautiful views of the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the river, and the London Eye and Waterloo Station are very close.

I love how close this facility is to the Houses of Parliament, the palaces, Westminister Abbey, and the London Eye.

In minutes, you are afforded spectacular views of famous sights such as the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.

Pros: Unbeatable location, minutes from Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and two convenient underground stations.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel with beautiful views of the Elizabeth tower (Big Ben is the bell inside the clock tower for people who don’t know the name of the tower) and the Houses of Parliament.

I Got a room on the 12th floor with fantastic views of the London Eye, and the Houses of Parliament.

The facilities were fine in the room and the kids felt special.

We have a 4 year old, and a baby (in a carrier) and we walked easily to the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and Covent Garden from the hotel.

They have fabulous spaces overlooking the houses of parliament/Westminster bridge, the trouble is, you can't access them.

Very handy location not too far from two tube stations and close to Houses of Parliament, London Eye and other attractions.

We had a room on the 12th floor with an amazing view of the Houses of Parliament, our bed was extremely comfortable and there was a separate seating area that converted into a sofa bed for our our children.

We upgraded to the river view rooms which had stunning views of Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.

The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do in London.
