 - At £22 a head, it was poor quality.
 - however, I found the welcome to be extremely poor for a high end hotel.
 - The bathrooms water pressure for the showers is disappointingly low and the drainage taking water away from the showers is poor.
 - I was also shocked at how poor the breakfast has become - staff in disarray, no plates, poor selection of fruit - 3 apples on a plate one morning, no yoghurts.
 - but the replenishment of food in this area was poor at best.

 - I stayed in the Cavendish for 3 nights and the best thing about the hotel is hands down its location - it is located in Jermyn Street, just around the corner from Picadilly circus, St James and Buckingham palace.
 - This hotel is located only a short walk from the Picaddilly Circus tube station.
 - The hotel is well located to Picadilly Circus.
 - It is within walking distance from both Green Park subway and Picaddily Circus.

 - The location of the Cavendish is perfect for a weekend in London and if you are lucky like us with a 10th floor room, the views are spectacular- especially at night.
 - Checked into my room on 11th floor, with the most stunning view (particularly at night) the rooms were clean, and we had bottles of complimentary water in the room.
 - Rooms were big and comfortable and the view (we got a room on the 12th floor) was amazing.
 - Room on 10th floor had a view of most of the famous places in London from the post office tower to big Ben!
 - Our room on the 12th floor had amazing views of the City.

 - The room was small
 - The room was small, not a lot of room and there was a funny smell in there.
 - Room was on the small side (delux double) and surprised that there weren't any drawers for underwear etc, just a couple of small shelves.
 - The hotel room is nothing like the images displayed on the booking profile - the room is small the furniture is chipped and it is generally tatty.
 - The room was small and the bathroom tiny and dark.
