 - No blind on window in bathroom which
 - Bathroom very dated, haven’t seen a shower curtain in years.
 - The reason for an average rating was the decor in the room like ripped and stained curtains, stained carpet, wallpaper coming away and mould in the shower at over £200 a night I would expect nothing

 - Improvements needed to attain the level of similar hotels in this category.
 - Stayed for three nights, and found the level of customer care to be excellent, it felt like they meant it rather than just paying lip service, also, location is fantastic for the rail station, Will definitely use again.
