Had a fantastic stay for my 50th birthday with my best friend.

She very kindly upgraded us to a bigger room, free of charge, as it was their birthday which was a really lovely touch.

We stayed at this hotel for my birthday for 2 nights, the location is amazing not even a 5 minute walk for the tube and a lovely area, the staff were so lovely and helpful.

As it was my special birthday , my partner  rang in advance and asked for a few special touches.

I booked the hotel for a couple gateway to celebrate my girlfriend birthday.

I booked an overnight stay through "buy a gift" as a special occasion to celebrate my daughter's birthday.

I had mentioned on booking that we were celebrating two Birthdays and when we arrived both rooms were decorated with balloons plus a small box of chocolates.

It was my wife’s birthday and just by looking at a badge she was wearing we were upgraded and had chocolates & Prosecco delivered to the room.

Myself and my partner have experienced extremely high levels of stress and anxiety lately and being his birthday I decided a couple of days away in London would be what we needed to unwind and to treat him and make him feel special.

We visited for 2 nights, one for business and then second was for Adam's birthday.

They accommodated all our needs and even decorated the room for my partner’s birthday!

We stayed at Grand Park hotel for couple of nights for my partner birthday.

We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and were amazed at the bedroom being beautifully decorated with red rose petals, heart shaped chocolates and prosecco.

Due to it being our Wedding Anniversary, they upgraded our room and we had Prosecco, chocolate, fruit and soft drinks.

They had decorated the room as a surprise for my wife and left a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates.

In our room was wine and chocolate for our anniversary, a lovely very welcome touch.

That evening the 27 th we went to the theatre and on our return the lady Nelly,behind reception had written us a card,left chocolates and champagne in our room and decorated our bed with swan shaped towels and fans and sprinkled in red petals all complimentary,which made our stay extra special,the staff were lovely we had a lovely selection of hot and cold breakfast which was delicious and next time we stay in London we would 100% stay with them again.Thank you soo much

Staff were so friendly and had put chocolates, balloons and petals etc in our room which made the trip so special.

I mentioned in my booking it was my birthday and when I arrived the lovely hotel staff had decorated my room with balloons and chocolates and complementary wine and cake!

The price was ideal and the staff were great they even gave a complientary bottle of wine with chocolates and decorated the bed with balloons and a card.

They surprised us by upgrading our room and once we got up there were greeted with rose petals, chocolates, wine, and a hand written note welcoming us to the Park Grand.

When I corrected this and apologised for the mistake we returned to a lovely gesture of wine and chocolate with a note wishing us the best for our future.

It was our 10th wedding anniversary on Friday 22nd of October 2021 my parents didn't know what to do so they brought us a gift for the grand park hotel Kensington London for one night we arrived our bags were taken to our room when we arrived in our room our bed was decorated with petals & balloons box of chocolates & a card signedby all staff.

Nothing feels missing, near the Earl's court station, restaurants and Cafe's.

We were sceptical that the room might be small from some reviews,

I phoned as soon as I made my booking as some of the reviews stated the basic rooms were tiny, I had booked a superior room

However, we were placed in an extremely small room in the basement that must have been next to the service closet.

The first impression ( at least for people from US) was that the rooms look small compared to similar hotels in the US.

While the basic double-bed room room is very small, the bath area is just fine.

Only thing, for the price you pay, rooms are really tiny.

· Our first room was so small that to get into the bed by turning sideways ans squeezing between the bed and the wardrobe.

The lobby area reeked of deep fried cooked food and cigar smell.

The entire hotel smells strongly of industrial cleaning solvent, the furniture was chipped, paint was peeling off the walls and the neighbourhood felt sketchy, especially at night.

Our room was so filthy; trash under the bed, hair in the shower, dusty all over and carpet needs major washing.

Hotel is looking tied in some areas, local repairs have been bodged rather that using tradesman, example proper cleaning of scale from shower screen and very poor silicone / seal repairs, the standard of repairs it not what you would expect in a hotel of this calibre, also cheap toiletries used we had to purchase our own toilet paper as the provided is cheap and nasty.

Our main contact, Anna, was very helpful and made our change of room (due to our original one being claustrophobic and too cold with damp sheets) seamless and problem-free.

Noisy and filthy and we’re expected to pay for things that were put on our room when we were not even checked in. !

Our room also had a shower tray that didn’t drain and risked flooding the bathroom , extremely EXTREMELY noisy air conditioning which meant you lay awake sweating underground or you lay awake because of the noise .

There was also dried urine on the inside of the toilet seat.

The other and we had smelt very strongly of smoke, and the corridor outside our room smelt very strongly of cannabis on the first night.

but on closer inspection grubby ( Unpolished glass etc) Filthy lift.

The carpet was disgusting with stains and parts of the carpet were actually ripped off the floor.

Room stayed in was not very clean, pillows are awful and had seen better days, no cups to make drinks, and the bathroom was disgusting mould all in the shower, wouldn’t stay here ever again, worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time very disappointed

Only disappointment was the breakfast the full English wasn’t great  it tasted stale, and the continental breakfast never arrived.

Even the porter said it was strong (I have a very sensitive smell so not everyone finds smells as strong as I do).

but the driver was smelly and the taxi dirty and he tried to charge me.

One night stay, staff couldn't do enough, from the second we walked through the door to the second we left, will definatley book again next time we are in the big smoke.

but pretty dirty ( mostly the walls, the windows and the furniture).

I felt a little unsafe with just myself and my daughter there to expect to sleep while the door had open access and a wall facing which anyone could climb over.

however, it only had  a small 1/2 size window about 10 feet up one wall so there was basically NO natural light.

I arrived at the property in a hurry, was given a room facing a brick wall.

We stayed here in February, paid almost £200 for one night and was given a room with a window with a view of a wall  and not a very clean room.

The walls had marks on them and wallpaper had rips in it, even in the lobby area.

Also the walls are thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying to each other.

- Button feature on the wall that indicates whether you want to have housekeeping or are asleep and to not be disturbed; the house keeping never disturbed us.

The bed nearly touched wall to wall with limited room to move around

It was VERY small with only a small space between the bed and the walls.

The walls are super thin, and people seem to like to have parties in their rooms at 2am which is fun to wake up to.

The noise was a sometimes a loud as a bass what let the wall vibrating indeed.

The shower pressure wasn't great and it was too close to the walls meaning we had to stand very close almost touching the shower walls to get under the shower head properly.

but for some reason there was a ladder against the wall outside my room for the entire duration of my stay, at the front of the hotel, easily reaching the top of my window.

though room view was a brick wall with some windows in.

Of course, the whole convo bounced off the walls of the adjoining buildings and they had the whole neighborhood out of bed (and at their windows and doors) at 3 am in the morning for the performance.

Jeana, the duty manager, went out of her way to help us with our luggage and made an exception to keep it with the hotel as 'left luggage'.

We left for lunch and when we arrived back to collect our keys the lovely Tamara spoke to management to upgrade our room for my birthday.

The manager, Xavier was professional and treated us like family.

I reported it to the hotel management who showed very little interest in helping me

The manager xavier couldnt do enough to help make the stay special.

Thank you guys it was a wonderful  stay  Jeana made my stay very comfortable   u are the best duty manager ever  the rooms are very clean the hotel is close to the padding ton station  thank you Jeana it was an awesome  stay

Had a fabulous stay and was very well locked after by the manager valan was very very good Person .would definitely recommend and would choose to stay again the next time I hope I get to stay again soon

Xavier, the Duty Manager and the Receptionists Pamela and Rania are very welcoming, professional and efficient, they always give me nice rooms and go the extra mile!

My boyfriend and I are 19 and I find it funny that when a grown adult gets involved to sort this disgraceful action out they begin to sort it out and a manager magically apears.

I had a lovely stay thanks to Claudia she is very sweet and professional thank to Chan as well she is very nice and helpful and professional very good manager ever .

The hotel is near by the station, many restaurants, pubs and also supermarket, thank you again Claudia for your best and recommendation also  I want to thank to Aaron as well he was nice and helpful Dorinna And the manager Chan as well all of them was nice .

but the manager on duty however wasn’t to helpful.

Ms Sarah is so loving and caring towards her customers she treats them like her family no doubts..

I loved my stay , and thank you for all staff especially Mr Sakar for everything he did to make my stay memorable .

We booked a hotel nearby which was absolutely disappointing and when arrived park grand with my wife , Mr Sakar who was on duty was very very kind , respectful, understanding and he did almost everything to make our stay superb service.

I was checked in by Mr Gurdeep on arrival and was escorted to room by Lucian conceirge .team is willing to assist you extra and easy to deal with .

The rooms i was given was spacious and clean and the best part is their friendly and welcoming staff , especially manager Mr Sakar who helped me to book my hotel reservation and offered me a good room .

The   location of the hotel is perfect , near  Paddington station which is central london and you can travel anywhere from there.

I like the hotel was nice and it is closer to paddington station.

I wanted to leave a comment about Stella and the team, who were very helpful in assisting me with a room change.

A comfortable room with a small en suite bathroom.

Room was very clean, the beds were comfy, the staff were very helpful with the parking situation, easy to navigate around the hotel.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious.

The room was spacious, well decorated and the beds really comfortable.

I had managed to book the wrong room time and he kindly altered this for free of charge.

however Felison righted his wrong and was able to put us into a twin room, might I add for free, absolutely top class service and a fantastic hotel.

They helped me to take my luggage to my room.

We arrived the hotel late night and was informed that there was a leaking issue in our family room,

We had an upstairs part of the room to the left which initially felt like a nice bit of extra room

Deluxe room on floor 3 was really comfortable and quiet, great night's sleep.

First of all the location of the hotel was amazing, the rooms were very comfortable, neat and clean.

The bathroom was also even small for me as a 4ft 11inch person and only 1 small towel each available.
