 - but cheap hotel near Earl's Court.
 - Nothing feels missing, near the Earl's court station, restaurants and Cafe's.
 - Hogarth Road is a quiet street within a five minute walking distance of Earl's Court Tube Station.
 - For the value, you will not find a hotel in this great location (Kensington near Earl's Court on the Piccadilly Line) with such great service and attention to detail.

 - Although its only 4 underground tube stops from Victoria mainline railway station its a hell of a lot cheaper than staying in the more central parts of London like oxford street or soho.

 - We stayed here in February, paid almost £200 for one night and was given a room with a window with a view of a wall and not a very clean room.
 - The walls had marks on them and wallpaper had rips in it, even in the lobby area.
 - Also the walls are thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying to each other.
 - - Button feature on the wall that indicates whether you want to have housekeeping or are asleep and to not be disturbed; the house keeping never disturbed us.

 - excellent quality of treatments we had a massage and facial which were brill.
 - the spa was nice too for its size.
 - From Concierge (Bogdan) to front desk (Rebeca), spa therapist (Amanda) and bar tender (Paolo) we could not fault any one or anything breakfast was with great selection of options, the coffee is one of the best we ever had in a buffet option.
 - We mostly booked this hotel for the spa

 - however we knew we wanted a spa hotel with great transport links, we also liked being nearer to Liverpool Street as we traveled into London to from and there.
 - The Spa facilities were great and just what we needed after a day wandering around the streets.
 - The hotel is well placed as it’s a short walk from the Tower Hill and Fenchurch Street stations.
 - The hotel itself is very nice, situated on a quiet street.

 - The hotel was clean didn’t find any dirt, the pool was open to a decent time too. 100% recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a little get away :)
 - On the first day after checking in we decided to make the most of the spa facilities at the pool.
 - This led us to alter our plans to a cosy day in the hotel where we used the pool facility.
 - We were in the pool in the evenings and mornings, and even after all the other things we did in London, the pool was their favorite memory.
 - Rooms were a reasonable size with the normal extras, including iron and ironing board.Breakfast was good, lots of choice and the pool (25 metres) and spa areas were very good.

 - Due to staff shortages rooms will not be cleaned.
 - Don’t understand why housekeeping doesn’t check the rooms.
 - We spoke to reception about the soap and was told the room would be cleaned at 3.
 - Not as busy and a little cleaner,
 - You have to request specifically for your room to be cleaned also which seemed like a burden to the staff (last time I checked this was basic in most hotels).

 - I couldn’t justify spending the extra for an executive room and use of the club lounge.
 - The staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable and special, and the Club Lounge was wonderful.
 - We chose an Executive Room so that we were able to make use of the Langham Club Lounge and it was absolutely worth it - we spent our entire time in there and it was great to have somewhere to relax and spend time other than your own room.
 - The Club Lounge is the perfect place to find tranquility throughout the day, the Afternoon Tea at the Palm Court restaurant is a true experience (reserve in advance!).

 - Very good stay, the hotel location is perfect, bit far away from Regent Street, Oxford Street and Bond Street.

 - Reception upgraded our room.
 - But Langham London goes beyond that and takes the extra mile to insure a significant positive experience - It's more than the premier location, comfortable room, quality facilities, and luxury building.
 - The room itself was magnificent and there was a few little touches for my birthday.

 - Finally, the lifts to the rooms are very small and tight and can only take three people at most, excluding luggage - take note if several of you are coming together.
 - The rooms could be a bit small.
 - Bathroom is way too big for small rooms.
 - Also the changing rooms rather small.
