 - but surely not a big deal?- we'll just phone reception and ask them to bring one up asap, explaining our time constraint.
 - In addition service times to telephone calls both internal and external need review.
 - The only failing was our coffee machine did not work and despite it being reported an hour and a half passed and still no one came to replace it, upon a second call it was sorted.
 - It took a while to get through to reception via the phone the day before our arrival so that could be improved upon.
 - No responce from mail/web form or phone. Terrible.

 - I stayed in this lovely room with such a great view (I can see the Shard, London Eye, etc)!
 - Got to the Shard in just over 20 minutes.
 - We stayed on floor 5 and had a wonderful view of The River Thames, The Shard and a partial view of the London Eye.
 - The highlight was our room on the 7th floor with views overlooking the river, from the London Eye with a view up the river all the way to the Shard.

 - although there were no views from the window, which had frosted glass.
 - but no shower curtain to use shower head.
 - Water was pouring through dining room windows and when flagged the whole hotel has leaks and buckets!
 - The only other thing we didn't like upon arrival was that our room was freezing cold when we arrived - the heat was off and the window was open - which wasn't exactly the warm and cozy welcome we were hoping for after a long tiring day of traveling.
 - Unfortunately the windows were frosted and single glazed, they looked out on an internal area of the building so
