 - My wife loved it when she saw the room decorated and the view of the London skyline and Hyde Park was incredible.
 - The view is amazing.
 - The view from the room really is wonderful.
 - There's also some cracking pubs within 5 mins walk and given it's been nearly 20 years since I last had a pint in London, the prices were as breath-taking as the view from my room!
 - I arrived late afternoon and the view that welcomed me from the 17th floor was fantastic.

 - Room service and the restaurant were fantastic and the breakfast is legendary!
 - Whilst its great not to be rushed, it would e nice to occasionally have someone check if you were ready for the next food or if you wanted more drinks.
 - Had a wonderful time at this hotel for an awards dinner.
 - Fantastic Afternoon Tea, beautifully presented tasty treats.
 - Nippa Thai within the hotel is an added bonus and is easily the best Thai restaurant in London.

 - Our main gripe was that from point on the service was incredibly slow - we were served our sandwiches (which were very tasty), our tea and champagne
 - The only slight hiccough was service at breakfast was slow, and we weren't made aware you could order food rather than buffet.
 - It was a slow morning.
 - At times, the service in the breakfast room could be slow,
 - If you order room service for food or ice, the service I very slow 6.

 - I walked each day through the park which is right in front of the hotel and shopped in Knightsbridge and Oxford street which is a nice 20 minute walk through the park.
 - Great location especially close to Oxford Street and Hyde Park.
