We had sushi twice, Mexican once, Italian once, Japanese once, Argentine once, and French once.

We had the most incredible dinner at the Mexican restaurant at the Fiesta Americana tonight.

Mexican fiesta , fire show and aquatic show were awesome.

This place has amazing Mexican food, tacos, churros, soups.

La Joya remains a great Mexican option with a lively mariachi band and beautiful stained-glass windows.

They also prepared a special Mexican coffee with kahluha that was great as well.

La Joya Restaurant Mexican Food with the Mariachi Music was the best t experience.

There’s steak house, Italian, Mexican, asian and seafood restaurants.

Raquel greeted us at the Mexican restaurant and her personality and courtesy was 2nd to none.

A highlight was the Mexican restaurant in the hotel called Joya.

Also dined twice at La Joya, Mexican restaurant.

If you are looking for a great authentic restaurant for Mexican food look no further la joya is you’re place.

La Joya is the best Mexican food we have tasted.

amazing rooms all well decorated, the variety of food is amazing: steak restaurant, Asian, Italian, Mexican, Cevicheria, fine dinning and buffet.

While some offerings were decent, the Mexican Fiesta was a standout, featuring an impressive set up alongside a show with a well-presented buffet.

Face painting, people dressed in day of the dead garb, a show, shopping for authentic Mexican souvenirs.

This year my company Oxford Business Group organized our Regional Training at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach.

The service was fantastic and the food was delicious.

You need reservation more thank a day before to eat at their restaurant like the Italian.

The service we recieved from Judith and Alejandro in the restaurant area was better then many expansive a la carte restaurants in Mexico and the US we visited.

We had dinner at the Italian restaurant “Chianti” and it was amazing.

The food is amazing especially at Chianti and Torii.

Highly recommend the lemon cream and the tiramisu for dessert.

He was so accommodating regarding our dietary and preferences for our food.

We had dinner tonight at the brand new Chianti.

The Italian restaurant is the best place.

The food was also good and the staff was very friendly and fast, I was with some friends and I really liked it, especially because it is easy to take many excursions from this place.

Food is good,  staff is quick and attentive, rooms are clean and comfortable.

They have the best tacos I have ever had.

Pros: 
-They have an army of staff working and very friendly
-we hardly had to wait in line for any service
-the dinner reservation restaurants were nice and even let us go in sooner than the time that we had reserved
-amenities and food options are very good

Cons:
- they dont have a long beach where you can go for long walks.

Chianti the Italian restaurant was so great!

The food was delicious and the service was even better.

The knowledge and the service attitude they have is so rare today, we are happy we met them.

Pablo and Miguel were amazing with great service.

We had multiple massages and each one was very good.

The spa is amazing too, we booked a massage (with Ana and Heibe) and were able to enjoy the hydrotherapy before our session.

We did the 7 wonders couple massage, it was just heaven.

The gym was also being renovated when we arrived and was located in the spa as a makeshift gym.

3 of us experienced the Spa with messages and for one a chocolate wrap.

My wife had an afternoon in the spa  she loved the relaxation massage she got and the hydrotherapy was amazing.

The spa was unforgettable, it was the nicest spa I have ever been in.

Definitely don't miss out on experiencing this spa.

And their GEM Spa is known as the 2nd largest spa in Latin America, and is just pure beauty.

2 hours of hydrotherapy included with your spa treatment.

Spa:  (2• from my top 3), the service is incredible there.

They exceptionally explained what each course was and what it came with.

Servers Elias and Juan were excellent and the hibachi performance was engaging!

The staff are always so helpful and friendly.

Very attentive and big smiles on their face.

They were both very courteous and attentive and gave us good menu suggestions.

The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is friendly and hospitable.

He worked very hard, all day,  and was always available to help with a smile and find what we needed in the fastest possible way.

The waiters were amazing and respectful, they made each of us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Our waitress Nicasio and Edy are professional and friendly, I highly recommend them.

Came to the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun with my partner and our experience at the hotel was incredible.

We have been to Coral Beach 4 times already and the experience is always the best, except for the time share the first time we went.

Raul, the manager, Francisco and Santos made our experience the best!

Like in all my experiences, food is ok except for the reservation only restaurants.

Italian restaurant team consisting of Carlos & Pablo took care of us very well, the Mayan coffee presentation was over the top…ambience and violin music set the mood for a perfect romantic evening, would love to come back for this experience again.

Their service greatly enhanced our dining experience, making the evening at Chianti a highlight of our stay.

We had a wonderful experience at La Jolla restaurant.

It was the best experience we had at this hotel.

The music was a violinist and added to the experience.

However, this hotel might be suitable for business or event travel due to its proximity to a convention center across the street.

We splurged on it one day and it was worth it for convenience and to feel pampered
* 5 min walk across the street is Bamboo, where you can get legit massages in a clean, professional environment for HALF the price of the spa.

We had the margaritas, street corn, tostadas, pork rib, & enchiladas.

Also, recommend walking across the street to their mega grocery store Selecto - great selection and prices for beach accessories, clothes and souvenirs.

But beach of Krystal Grand which is across street had perfection blue water with no waves and no seaweeds.

It was a vacation we needed and we only left the hotel for one hour to shop across the street, so we could just decompress, enjoy the amenities and soak up the ocean and sun.

There's also a small Mexican street food type joint on the patio during the day that is absolutely unmissable.

We hit the streets and felt like we were in a safe area.

Fresh flowers everywhere, everyday, how's each evening, shopping literally across the street.

Seconds away from the lobby door, you could walk down the street to multiple bars if you wanted to go out.

I sampled the street corn and it was okay mild flavor.

Our daughter doesn't like it when we leave her so I took her to the grocery store across the street, bought crayons, a book and tape, and a new dolly.

a great resort and we could walk across the street to enjoy nightlife if we wanted too.

I love the location of this resort- walk across the street to shop the flea market, walk from the beach to the ferry that goes across to Isla Mujeras.

On days we hung out at the beach & pool, we enjoyed the poolside street taco bar and swim up bars.

If you forget anything, there’s a Walmart-like store across the street.

The convenience of having the store across the street from the ferry was well worth the extra $5.

We felt totally safe all the way there and back and walked down the street a few times outside the hotel to the shops, etc.

Luckily the concierge mentioned to us about tour bus parked at side street

Overall, highly recommend for a luxurious relaxing vacation!

What really sets this all inclusive apart is the dining experiences.

Truly all inclusive, we weren’t unwittingly stung by charges for premium drinks etc.

After spending over £3200 for an all inclusive holiday, this extra cost wasn’t what we wanted.

Overall we would highly recommend - we couldn't believe it was all inclusive, amazing value for money! !

We have just returned from a week at the Eden Roc and can thoroughly recommend it as a great value all inclusive hotel.

Having read reviews on lots of hotels in Rhodes we were drawn to this one because of the reviews on food and my girlfriend wanted somewhere with good range of cocktails on all inclusive.

We have previously been on many fully inclusive holidays in Greece and Spain over the years and always try to book 4 to 5 star rated hotels.

Excellent choice of food for all inclusive with 7 restaurants on site and you don’t have to stay 7days+ to eat a sit down meal

A perfect hotel with 8 a la carte restaurants included in the all inclusive offer.

Having stayed in many 5* all inclusive hotels, we were really impressed with everything Eden Roc offered and would happily go back again.

We’ve been doing all inclusive for 15 years and Eden roc is up there as one of the best we have been to.

- The 7 a-la-carte restaurants onsite – it was great to have the option of dining in these as part of your all-inclusive.

You can tell the all inclusive food was good, because none of us got food poisoning.

The blond lady in the main bar upstairs works so hard making the best cocktails we’ve had, particularly for all inclusive.

The best European All inclusive I have ever stayed in ticked all the boxes for Adults, Teens and Children!

All-inclusive bars can be found all around, there's a kids pool with 3 large water slides, and every single staff member was super friendly and trying hard to make our stay as great as possible.

Positives: Food amazing and plenty of options, we have just returned from 14 days and to be honest best all inclusive next to Moon Palace in Cancun we have experienced.

Look out for bar staff Adriana of a day time, and Sybel of an evening at the main bar, and of course George in the indoor champagne bar.

The bars were good and the entertainment excellent.

The champagne bar continued to be a nice place for a pre dinner aperitif.

Nikos gave excellent service at this bar.

The entertainment was great and a nice touch to have lunchtime entertainment at the beach bar.

Eleni from guest relations made sure that our friend’s birthday celebration was one to remember 
Thank you to Management team, Reception, George from Champagne Bar, George from seafood/Greek restaurant, Daniela, Alexandra, Marcos, Cibel and each and every member of staff.

Its very close to  a private beach  and the beach bar, there are also dispensers for soft drinks so you can   get  one for yourself instead of queuing.

His attention to detail and care for all his customers at the bar is 2nd to none.

Nicos was the star of the show at Bar 800, even singing “let it snow, let it snow, let it snow” one morning, and we all joined in 🤣

Nice to have a drier on balcony for drying swimwear and towels.

A great feature is the beach bar/restaurant with seating area that sits right next to a beautiful little private beach.

Champagne bar now open until 23:00, previously 22:00, that was a positive.

We usually had breakfast in the cone which is excellent and the waitresses, Ersuela and Maria were superb, they made our holiday always cheerful and wonderful service
We hardly used the swimming pools preferring to stay on the beach and had no problem with sun beds as there were always plenty of spare ones
Brackets towels are provided and you can collect them each day from the beach station
Lunchtimes are excellent we chose to mainly use the seafood restaurant by the beach bar, you don’t book it

The beach bar were verging on rude  at times, think they need a bit of customer service training 

The restaurants , most were brilliant and the food was outstanding … 

The Mediterranean , our favourite , Captain George , Ersulea ,  and the team keep hold of them they are the ⭐️ ⭐️’s that help to make ER fabulous .. food was always amazing

We also witnessed a pair of barmen at the Beach bar , talking in Greek in what appeared to be a very derogatory comments about girls in their swimwear , these girls were approx.

Not forgetting the best 2 bar staff apolostis & Isabella.

The hotel bars were excellent with friendly bar staff.

The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, special mention to George at the champagne bar - thank you for supplying me with lovely white wine!

Visit the champagne bar., George is by far and away the BEST member of the staff in this hotel!

The champagne bar , beach bar and gift shop were all excellent experiences and we couldn’t fault the friendliness off staff in these areas .

Selection of drinks was great  , cocktails , wine , champagne , baby Guinness etc were excellent along with the amazing happy bar staff who always served us with a lovely smile and greeting.

At the reception we were greeted by the kindness and professionalism of the staff and a glass of champagne.

We started every night with a couple of Bellinis from George at the champagne bar !!

We’ve had a lovely week here, special mention to George at the champagne bar, Adou and Rita, in fact all in the main restaurant, and George and team at the Seafood/Green restaurant.

Champagne bar - the French 75’s are a must!

I drank too much champagne at the champagne bar one of the first nights so never returned (lol) Snorkelled in the sea, and on our last morning we watched the sunrise over the sea.

We arrived at almost midnight and were greeted at the check in desk with a glass of champagne which was a lovely way to start!

Lovely cocktails with branded spirits, the wine and champagne bar was a lovely way to start and end the night.

but excellent service from all staff from all bars, restaurant, guest relations, especially  loved the Champagne bar early evening, George looked after us well.

- The Champagne & Wine bar in the lobby is a lovely touch – it’s not often you have one of these included as part of an all-inclusive unless you have upgraded!

Several a la carte restaurants are included in the price- Grill, Mediterranean, Italian etc.

We had Asian the 1st night, then the Grill, Mediterranean, Greek (off site), Teppanyaki, and the Mezza.

Ate at mediterranean and italian, food lovely  in both

The Fish restaurant (day time) Meze, both Asian restaurants and the Mediterranean also all met the 5* dining.

The food in the a la crate restaurants was lovely, our favourites were Mediterranean and Peruvian.

The best place to eat in my opinion was the Mediterranean and the Italian.

In addition there were several themed restaurants on site , Greek , Mediterranean , Italian , Asian , Peruvian , Steak and Fish - you felt like you were going out somewhere different for dinner each night and all waiter service 
Pool areas kept very clean , tidy and private beach on doorstep 
Plenty of bars including the champagne bar with both local and branded drinks 
Could not fault this hotel , well done and thank you ! !

Mediterranean was amazing, starter main and dessert just delicious.

Firstly whilst the buffet was what you would expect  for an all inclusive, some of the of the al la carte restaurants were really brilliant, in particular the Peruvian and Mediterranean (you can visit each once a week, these must be booked via the app).

But I would definitely say the Arun Asia, Mediterranean and Grill restaurants were the highlight, as good as many fine dining places I have tried if not better!

Our favourite was the steakhouse and the Mediterranean best meals we have had in a long time.

The grill Al a carte restaurant was delicious and our favourite at the moment (we're yet to try Mediterranean).

All the a la Carte restaurants are really nice (sadly we didn’t get to try the Mediterranean and the Peruvian as they were fully booked

Our favourites definitely being The Peruvian, Mediterranean, Arun Asia and Thalassa at lunchtime.

We didn’t get to try the Mediterranean, Fish or new Peruvian.

The food was excellent, the buffet had a great choice for everyone and we particularly liked the a la carte Mediterranean restaurant.

The cleanliness and upkeep of the resort is extremely poor and very disappointing.

The resort appears to be lacking quality in certain areas and I have summarised as follows :
Room 

The housekeeping was poor due to the fact dirty glasses were left in the room for several days and then only rinsed and left wet on the side .

Snorkelling is pretty poor in the bay should have visited other beaches/bays.

Guests are not given a lot of information and the hotel sign posting is poor with event locations not mentioned or sign posted so we spent a lot of time walking around trying to figure things out as bars don't have bar names.

The bathroom was mouldy behind the sink and the daily cleaning was very poor.

To have had no follow up at all was really poor service.

The poor cleaning lady could only do so much, filthy curtains that refused to draw properly.

OVERALL SUMMARY -
Food great
Entertainment good
Most staff polite
Rooms shockingly bad, (shabby, poorly designed, in a very poor state of repair and no longer fit for purpose).

but as a part of the 6-course menu there was sushi, which was a disaster (tasted like the poor sushi you get at the cheapest sushi buffets who have no idea how to prepare it).

The vegetarian option was poor and it was probably the restaurant I was most looking forward to!

The fridge was empty, which we wouldn’t care about except for the poor weather keeping us inside.

Breakfast, lunch and the Greek restaurant are very poor in my opinion.

The service was poor and food a bit bland at the meze, as this is the only greek option you would think this would be the best?

The food quality and spread at the buffet restaurant is very poor.

Also recommend the can be all day dining at 'the cone' Breakfasts were fab,
