 - We are returning in November and has become our number 1 hotel in London, its situation is ideal for Regent Street and Convent Garden .

 - Also there were so many beautiful roses that it actually made the hotel smell like a garden in spring.
 - We loved having a cocktail in the gin garden and breakfast in la roux restaurant was delicious.

 - It was away from any construction noise.
 - The one downfall to St Ermins was the WiFi was super slow and there was some construction noise outside.
 - When I checked in I was put in a junior suite on top of construction - wrong category and no request met.

 - Great walking area, really fun pub nearby, and the daily brunch is completely satisfying, with many choices to experience.
 - We had breakfast every morning which was a lovely buffet or you could order from the menu.
 - We could walk to a bunch of tourist activities and many restaurants.
 - We ate in the bar that evening, whilst the food and drinks was on the pricey side it was very good and convenient as we didn't want to head out into the back end of the storms that had just hit London.
 - The rooms are again excellent beds very comfortable, the food in the restaurant as with the rest of the hotel is superb .

 - But it has to be said, the room was a little tired and in need of some renovation. There was black mould around the bath, the handles had been snapped off (and I broke my nail trying to open it!)
 - These are all throwback signs of a lack of interest in updating the accommodation to the standards that the bulk of the remainder of the hotel and the prices demand (£250 rack rate). Oh.
 - A volume control in the bathroom
 - The Bath was dirty from the previous guests The Room was cold, with no effective heating The room was nice,
 - Bathrooms could do with updating especially the in bath showers ,

 - We would always stop in there for a Strawberry Daiquiri wether we were staying or not because of this drink and also a very pleasant place to rest with the view of the tower bridge if your lucky enough to get a window seat especially the bay window table.
 - The view from my bedroom, facing the tower, was outstanding.
