Ikos is perfect choice if you are looking for a hotel with combination of all inclusive and menu restaurants and vila type accomodation in Europe,

It’s so nice being in an all inclusive where they have such a good selection of international drinks… Corona, Provence rose, disaronno  amaretto to name a few.

We have been to Dubai several times and this hotel matches and even surpasses the best ultra all inclusive hotels there, it’s that good.

All non-motorized sport is included in the all inclusive.

Overall it was the best all inclusive we have ever been to and would definitely go back.

This is a great hotel and the all inclusive regime here is outstanding.

From Mr.Spanos the general manager to Apostolos Mintiouris the guest relations manager on hand 24/7 Not to mention the waiters at the seven, some Michelin star rated restaurants and fantastic service guaranteed with this Ikos Dassia holiday, all inclusive, not one euro to pay for anything the entire holiday.

I wouldn’t normally go all inclusive as usually the food/service isn’t very good and it’s repetitive

Ikos was definitely a step above for an all inclusive resort.

As the culinary landscape evolves within all-inclusive resorts, the role of the Executive Chef becomes more compelling.

We stayed for 10 days and have to say all inclusive has never really been our thing

It really is all inclusive and generously so.

This hotel is amazing, when they say all inclusive they really mean it.

If you want all inclusive at its best this is the place to come.

Such a lovely touch eating a la carte in an all inclusive resort .The restaurants are all managed really professional and the food was high quality, fresh and beautifully presented.

All inclusive was ok & nice not to have to wear a wristband, quality of wine wasn’t amazing,

We also took full advantage of the free shuttle service to and from Corfu town and enjoyed the dining out experience at Agora as part of the AI.

We have stayed in a number of all inclusive hotels and this resort truly took the all inclusive concept to a new level with an extensive wine list and impressive food served in every restaurant.

As an "all-inclusive" resort, Ikos Dassia was great.

This was our 2nd visit to Dassia and our 9th IKOS holiday.

This meant that we lost enjoyment of half of our holiday.

We had previously stayed at the Ikos Aria so we had booked up again with Ikos as soon as we came back from holiday as we had such a great experience (5 star+).

People - keep hold of the ones we mentioned as they save you I'm sure from worse customer reviews

 

Although these are predominately my views some of the comments around service and the general wear and tear of the resort were reflected in conversations with other guests we met whilst on holiday

 
Overall

Referring back to the original statement "A World of Unconditional Luxury".

but they all went out of their way to make it a memorable holiday for us and are a credit to the company.

We also visited IKOS Aria 2 years ago and again had a wonderful holiday.

This holiday has changed my mind and I cannot wait to rebook.

We stayed at The Dassia in October 2022 and could not fault the holiday at all and we gave it a 5* Rating.

I had a really special holiday and I know you will to if you give it a try.

We had a brilliant holiday at the IKOS Dassia, fab hotel and wonderful staff.

I would usually travel to the Caribbean for a luxury beach break,

He went above and beyond for us, and made our holiday unforgettable.

When we arrived on Sunday, there were a lot of families with children staying at the Resort, which was not an issue, as there were plenty of places for adults only,

There were enough adult only areas for us to enjoy and it was out of school holidays so not too many children.

We love Dassia so much that this time we treated our children and their partners so it was a truly memorable stay.

Jet2 staff were amazing and we had to off board, miss the flight and visit the airports dr. Baby had congestion on her lungs as well as some other things going on.

I travelled with my family (2 adults and 2 young kids) and stayed in a Panaromic Junior suite in July 2023.

It was sorted in the morning by my daughter

There is an excellent mix of quiet areas for couples travellling together whilst ensuring there are plenty of fun filled and busy activities to do for children, mams, dad's and grandparents.

Highly recommend the Wonderfin swimming lessons; Philippos is an exceptional instructor, great with kids and really excites children for playing in the water and learning to swim

but we saw families and children having a good time with inflatables.

We came with our 2 children aged 1 and 3 it was our first visit to Dassia.

The jewel in the crown was Esmeralda, a stunning Greek girl with a big smile, this girl was on it!

We appreciate the childcare provided by the kids club.

There are plenty of pools and activities for the children.

but those flavours aren’t going to appeal to all children.

The pools have floats available for the kids to use,

If you have kids, there is plenty of things to enjoy, there are more than welcome in any restaurant,

The weather at the end of September was perfect (80F or upper 20C and sunny) with very little children.

A big thank you to Denisa Luca, who helped us move room to suit our needs and helped our daughter  and her fiance who arrived later in the holiday have a lovely room in the same building we were.

Ive attended almost every show at the theatre either with my grandchildren or with my wife and I’ve never seen or heard of any more professional, enjoyable holiday shows ever.

My only reservation regarding Ikos Dassia, is that there were simply too many little children !!

Special thanks to Thanasis for ensuring we had what we needed at the Pool.

All the attentive staff at the pool, the beach, the restaurants make this place special.

The swimming pools were excellent and the service was good

but the first day around the kids pool and splash park outside the Sea building.

The accommodation was amazing, we had a deluxe bungalow with private pool, not that it was needed as there were lots of pools to choose from

Our deluxe bungalow with private pool was truly 5 star and the room service ( for those very lazy days) was efficient and speedy.

These are minor and by no means lessened our experience… the property throughout is spotless, stacks of sun loungers on the beach and around the various pools.

We had a wonderful time at Ikos Dassia, enjoying the hotels very friendly staff, great restaurants, very clean hotel, great gardening, beach and pools.

The hotel is immaculate, has fantastic family facilities at both Sea and Sky buildings with additional adults only pools at both and an adults only section of the beautiful Sandy beach, which is also kept immaculate and is swept every night too.

The staff were brilliant, friendly, attentive 
The facilities were excellent (even on a rainy day the spa was hardly full at all)

The resort is generally beautiful; a great selection of pools and plenty of space on the beach too.

This was a lovely and well maintained pool.

Kassiana who never stopped around the pool, made sure nobody was ever without a drink and always had a smile and happy approach.

We met Yannick the king of the pool making sure you had the best spot for the day!

The pool bungalows are comfortable and well equipped.

Eva - at the adult pool bar (sky building) keeping us hydrated with lots of cocktails.

ALL the team were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, after the first day the pool guy had our towels waiting at the same sunbeds every day and when we did not go down to the pool one day he noticed!

but the gloss was taken off it with the poor Deluxe experience and the indifferent concierge service.

The towels themselves were in poor condition and many of them were stained despite the fact they would have been washed.

This is too late to eat in my opinion and I think the reason for our poor experience in Anaya.

The only negative we had was the checkin experience which I can only describe as poor and totally unexpected due to having read previous reviews.

Quality of towels was poor and there were regular missing items.

There is poor communication on website on how to even reach someone to be able to get things booked and the app isn’t always updated.

- beach lounging options were limited and poor.

We had one of the  standard double room with an inland view, It was very small in both the bedroom and the bathroom, we just felt for the amount you pay to stay & the reputation of the hotel it was quite poor.

- the rooms to the front of the site are a real issue, when we arrived we had a room above reception and facing the road, I had the worst nights sleep in years, I sleep in probably 70 hotels a year and the sound proofing is poor which meant every scooter beep and passing car horn (into the early hours).

The towel service around the pool was poor.

but frustratingly I had to head off back to the room to clean everything as he was not quite trained well enough as at any other 5 star you would expect them to offer to launder the wine drenched clothes/bag, check the electricals were ok, offer to replace anything that wasn’t etc etc, so basically we had many little blips but that’s NOT the issues it’s how it’s then dealt with at the time and we don’t want every time to have to deal with managers, raise issues when it makes us so uncomfortable and pestering our poor concierge with said issues when they shouldn’t be happening at all or could/should have been dealt with at the time.

but it was very poor, with other guests also commenting too.

all inclusive hotels sometimes have poor food options, not IKOS, whether it was the buffet restaurant flavours or any of the multiple a la carte restaurants the quality was superb.

Only thing that could be improved is the entertainment at the Teatre which was quite poor.

The TV's in the room have a poor choice of channels, and this meant that when weather meant we had limited options for what to do - we couldn't settle down for a movie night in the room.

The thought of over-crowded beaches, poor food and service always put us off.

Restaurants are exceptionally good aside from Flavours which we found disappointing and actually quite poor at dinner - only used it once in the evening due to a mix up with restaurant reservations, it's great for a buffet breakfast.

We used the buffet once to try it and it was really good in terms of food and choice and quality

The beach, the resort, the food and drinks were all on par with London standards.

Our first experience was immense and surpassed our expectations.

but it is sad that standards cannot be compared to hotels for example in Maldives.

Food was brilliant, swimming and crèche of a very high standard.

The fact that you have a la carte, breakfast lunch and dinner available to you at 6 restaurants on site, all of which are fine dining standard, with all wines, soft drinks and spirits on top of this, with a free mini bar and room service and beach waiter service for food and drinks all day as well, is simply incredible.

though Ikos are going on their Name as in our stay standards had definitely slipped.

I read all the reviews before I went and have to say that my expectations were incredibly high.

We were looking for a high quality all inc where we would be looked after, this proved a great choice.

My recommendation is give it a try like we did, I’ve booked today to return next October, in 31 years of holidaying we HAVE NEVER returned to the same hotel , so rebooking this one is praise indeed to the standards and staff at Ikos Dassia.

We’d been recommended IKOS by a lot of people, and it exceeded our expectations.

A perfect stay at Ikos Dassia, everything from the setting and layout of the resort, to the quality of food and drinks and most importantly the incredible staff.

We had looked forward to this holiday for over a year and I had exceedingly high expectations and they were all surpassed.

I think the key to success for the resort is the brigade of staff who deliver outstanding customer service at every point of contact - a unique quality.

Likewise Eva and colleagues in the adult bar were very helpful and friendly

This was our first time with Ikos and all in all Ikos Dassia definitely exceeded our  high expectations

All were in the room on arrival & a great quality.

All High quality, amazing choices and wines to match.

We had lovely food, fresh hummous, bread and other delights from the Restaurant.

The food - brilliant in all the a la cartes except the Grill.

Food was sublime every evening and the staff were all professional and friendly at all times.

The wine tasting experience was a delight and the supply of wine at dinner was always on point.

We used virtually all of the a la cartes and the food and service were generally excellent,

Shockingly divas after a few amazing cocktails which we did work our way through!

It was very clear that she was very hesitant to blame Ikos for causing food poisoning.

When we booked the Ikos Aria we were able to book a different restaurant at 7.30pm every night, in advance.

We did the eat out option at the fish restaurant and the food was lovely

however have meals in the Corfu restaurant Kerkyra and the grill house.

The restaurants are all fantastic, and the food is truly delicious.

The several resteraunts that are available on site are staffed with very professional  young people, who were so polite and considerate.

We are in most of the restaurants, all were very good.

The earliest we were able to eat all week was at 2100, not a huge problem for us,

One thing I would advise is get the App and book the three restaurants you can before you arrive.

Thanks also to Thalia from Kerkyra Restaurant, Flori and Vasilis from Anaya Restaurant for their wonderful food and service.

The beach side staff were amazing and the service throughout was great.

This is not the individuals fault on duty as it was nigh impossible to manage both and deliver great service.

Final shout out to Paulo, one of the theatre waiting staff, he does a great job and despite all the guests he must serve, he remembered our room number and drinks order without us having to tell him, that is top class service!

Absolutely amazing service, wonderful staff and such a lovely hotel.

Her manner and professional level of service was second to  none and that compares to anyway my wife and I  have travelled throughout the world.

Challenge was we struggled to get into restaurants early and concierge service wasn’t as good as previous customer experience.

The service around the pool, beach and room service all top notch.. 
Our suite was a good size, comfy bed, large balcony, mini bar etc 
The only weeny niggles - lighting in the bedroom was pretty dark even with all lights on.

We also appreciated the turn down service.

From the moment you walk into the building you are met with the most beautiful, hard working service professionals in the industry.

Plenty of wine choices  with your meals, great service and drinks in all the bars.

The service throughout the hotel was amazing, the food was divine (quality over quantity).

They are continually striving to make sure you have the luxury service they deliver.

but if you are considering booking this hotel just do it, no other hotel I have ever been to offers this level of service.

The warm welcome, smiles and genuine desire to make your stay as pleasurable as possible was consistent with the other Ikos Resort that we had stayed at in Halkadiki, Greece, Ikos Olivia.

but in the evening there was live music in the bars and the staff were entertaining in themselves.

We were greeted by Anastasia Sukretna who looked after us so well last year and she was such a pleasure to be around and treated us so so well.

The hotel kindly upgraded us in order to move us, fine, lovely.

Upon arrival we were checked in by our concierge who told us that

Thank you for your kindness and hospitality throughout and apologies for the nightly order of cheesy chips with houmous!

Other guests at the hotel were also ill. A couple that we met with their young son told us that he had vomited multiple times in the reception area of the hotel and another family that we met around the resort told us that their child and nanny also had food poisoning.

although we already have a booking for Ikos Porto Petro - keeping my fingers crossed they have enough staff and restaurant availability.

but they were very happy when needing her assistance with the results.

I also would like to give special recognition to staff in Kerkyra - Chrisa and George mainly… and chef Andreas in Ouzo and everyone working in bar at sky reception.

The staff were very attentive and helpful the resort is beautiful

The performers are professionally trained performers and it shows.

This has a great fitness centre and food was excellent for an all-inclusive.

Lastly, eventhough  this is an all inclusive resort the workers DEFINITELY be fishing for those tips.

It was my first time in Cancún and at an all inclusive.

This was our first all-inclusive and the experience was a 10 out of 10.

Cons: On top ofl the HIGH all-inclusive fee, you must shell out more $ for prime cabanas or lounge chairs with umbrellas at pool and on beach.

First time traveling internationally, as well as staying at an all inclusive resort.

A truly great experience at the best AI property we have ever stayed in.

The weather has been great, the service is top-notch, the food is the best that we have had in any all-inclusive or regular hotel.

The all inclusive is great and includes loads of cocktails and sparkling wine.

It is all inclusive and the main food option is Spices, the large buffet-style restaurant.

This time around my sister and I tried the Chef’s Plate which is a curated 6 course meal and isn’t part of the all-inclusive package.

The food is above average for an all inclusive hotels and the entertainment is the best thing.

Just the best all inclusive resort I have been in decades!!

The attentive and friendly staff, including Memo, Gardenia, Jose (coffee shop), Abel, Martin, Luis, Concierge Staff, Enrique from WOH, as well as the dedicated Asiana, beach, and pool staff, contribute to a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Pools and beach were lovely, and food was tasty.

Rooms have jacuzzi which is great after a tiring day out at the beach.

There was a lovely show at the pool one of the days I was there with tribal dances & rituals.

The pools are immaculate and Ivan and David, the pool concierges are the very best in taking care of the guests.

We had a room with an ocean view and a balcony over looking the pool .

I’d like to particularly commend Ivan, David, Isal, Sergio and Humberto in the bar & pool area, Martha in the spa and Ambassador team Ingrid, Ana, Monica, Paulina.

The swimming pools design is artistic and beautiful.

All areas around the pool and cabana area are very clean and maintained.

The hammock on the balcony was amazing, the pool was very clean.

but the pools here were warmer in December than the pools in Punta Cana.

I insisted that we should not be charged and reluctantly they 'waived' the additional fee for us.

Which tells me they're probably not getting paid what they deserve.

They don’t provide them anymore and charge $12 USD for a metal straw.

The spa - They were running a promotion to get an 80 minute massage at the price for a 50 minute so I took advantage of it plus they added on Hydrotherapy treatment.
