 - There is no dining at the hotel
 - No restaurant in the hotel which usually wouldn't be an issue
 - There is no restaurant at the hotel
 - but did not bother us: no restaurant in hotel (but you can collect drinks and snacks at reception), Soho Square nearby slightly seedy at night time, no view from room and difficult access for taxis because of lots of small oneway streets.
 - Breakfast at the hotel is only in room service.

 - Disappointed that there was no window view for the cost, just a cramped weird courtyard on the basement level, so the room was dark and kind of gloomy The complementary cocktail hour was nice
 - I would also say that the hotel is very dark.
 - We had a ground floor room which was far too dark. It was in an absolute nightmare when getting ready (this is why I only gave 4 stars)
 - but not too late….. definitely would benefit from black out blinds or curtains for those of us who like the dark but that’s the only mild negative 😊
 - The rooms were a little small for what we paid and very dark not much day light getting in at all, the bed was really comfortable and our room very quiet.

 - Almost hit the mark had it not been for an uncomfortable night sleep.
 - The 3rd and 4th accomodations are single small sofa beds extremely uncomfortable and you have the risk of having also a camping mattress.
 - Our bed was horrendously uncomfortable.
 - but the Hotel was disappointing and very overpriced, Couldn't even get IN the room with our luggage, no where to put it, crawled over it, put one in bathroom, could barley walk around bed, I was very disappointed and uncomfortable for a three day stay.

 - There were few minor issues with the room, such as the mini-fridge not being cold enough,
 - The floor in the bathroom was very cold,
 - Unfortunately this was not possible in the bathroom, which was incredibly cold!
 - We couldn't get the heater to work though, so it was a little cold esp since it was winter.

 - The location is ideal, the staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms are modern-chic, clean and very comfortable.
 - The hotel is very centrally and conveniently located to lots of the main theatres and shopping districts and the team seemed genuinely interested in what we were going to be doing that weekend.
 - Stayed total of 12 days at hotel & enjoyed our stay very much as location is so convenient with all the theatres nearby.

 - The room we found was a bit dark for us as they use primarily mood lighting.
 - The one downside was that our room on the 4th floor was under the eaves and the room has a sloping roof - I got up in the night when it was dark and hit my head hard on the overhang.
 - First off, the lighting in the room after dark leaves something to be desired as it is very dim.
 - - Everyone of them are amazing, so, can't really pinpoint one or two staff member Rooms - I stayed at 403 & 503 - Both rooms are great is size, and so is the toilet - However if you're sensitive to sleeping in dark, it might not be the best room for you.

 - The front staff were exceptional and provided a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, and also held a nice wine session each evening in the lobby where we had the chance to speak with other guests and the staff.
 - You will rarely find personnel at any level of hotel, so helpful and smart as the people on the front desks at The Resident hotels.
 - Great staff and beatifull clean and comfy rooms , highly recommend.

 - But can't comment on the double sized rooms.
 - Apart from the generosity of the hotel chain, I feel compelled to comment on the customer service.
 - We didn’t eat breakfast so cannot comment on that.

 - West end theatres are on your doorstep, the Thames is 5 minutes walk & a great option to travel across the city to London eye, big Ben, Tower of London, London Bridge etc I would certainly stay at the Nadler again & would recommend it.
 - Francesco, we would have loved to have had your company at the Tower of London on Sunday, maybe next time lol.

 - It was only then we realised we were below ground level.
 - but big was the suprise that our rooms where under the ground with no windows at all.
 - “We have rooms on floor minus 1,” she countered, as if I should be grateful I was only one level below ground.
 - His solution was for my husband and I to sleep in our 4th floor room and for my 11-year-old son to sleep in a single room on the ground floor - which raised safeguarding issues.
 - Word of advice, if you stay here, ask to stay in an upper room as the rooms under the ground floor feel tight and akin to a bunker.

 - but pretty dirty ( mostly the walls, the windows and the furniture).
 - but being below ground there was no point opening the curtains and looking at the legs of the passers by!

 - As in, seriously, underground basement rooms with no windows or natural light.
 - Our room didnt have a window which was the only down side

 - I would note that there was not a whole lot of space in the room to store your clothes if that is important to you keep that in mind.
 - The clothes were suppose to be delivered that night.
