Our room was large and clean, and had floor to ceiling windows overlooking Waterloo Station.

Overall lovely hotel, loved our room with London Eye view, all clean and complementaries were a lovely touch to our stay as it was my partner’s 40th birthday.

When I asked for service, she came back with clean towels and replaced the towels, Nothing else done !

My wife needed some sanitary products at short notice and the hotel charged us the ridiculous price of 15 pounds for just two sanitary towels.

The only place set up to charge was across the room on the desktop.

Checked Law: as no UK ID law, no legal requirement to have a passport/ cred card this is discriminatory.

Sorry for a hotel charging this much the service was appalling.

This is blatant green washing and a cost cutting exercise when taking into account that lights and a/c can run all day without anyone being in the room (no key card switch) and all toiletries are still in mini bottles instead of refillable larger bottles.

Reception staff were not friendly or helpful and I was charged for my stay when I booked using my Radisson points

Then, there was no flexibility about charging it to the room (which I think is ridiculous).

but our card would not let us have entry.

even though I was forced to provide my credit card details at the reception earlier.

When you pay the rates the hotel charges and have already payed for your room you don’t expect this poor level of service.

And then to top it all, when I came to check out, there was a £4 charge for us storing our milk in the fridge.

but the hotel did not acknowledge this, not even a birthday card in the room which was quite disappointing.

but give us a business card as they fulfilled their side of the booking and "it is our word against theirs".

There was no place to charge phone near the bed, so it had to charge across the room during the night making turning off the morning alarm difficult.

BUT Please make your transaction with the hotel by cash, as it will take ages to get refund if they charge your card certain amount as security.

There were also no napkins with the food so my wife who had pizza had to use toilet roll for her hands during and after , overall no care was taken other than to put some food on a plate and charge you for the service.

Despite the fact we were cheated by the hotel we were offered just one key card as she said they have a shortage of key cards, which was a minor disadvantage, as well as a "cuffed" shower in the bathroom.

Despite charges hitting my cc, I’m still waiting on an invoice a week later, post countless chat sessions and two unanswered emails.

On the plus side, the location is terrific - beautiful views of the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the river, and the London Eye and Waterloo Station are very close.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel with beautiful views of the Elizabeth tower (Big Ben is the bell inside the clock tower for people who don’t know the name of the tower) and the Houses of Parliament.

The facilities were fine in the room and the kids felt special.

We have a 4 year old, and a baby (in a carrier) and we walked easily to the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and Covent Garden from the hotel.

Very handy location not too far from two tube stations and close to Houses of Parliament, London Eye and other attractions.

We had a room on the 12th floor with an amazing view of the Houses of Parliament, our bed was extremely comfortable and there was a separate seating area that converted into a sofa bed for our our children.

We upgraded to the river view rooms which had stunning views of Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.

The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do in London.

Stayed here for two nights in September and for the price I paid I was really disappointed.

This hotel is pricey (little expensive) for what you get.

but not recorded, was told every morning breakfast wasn’t paid.

12 nights at £528 per night would you pay that for a average hotel ??

I stayed for two nights and no one cleaned the bathroom or paid any attention to noisy water pipes that made loud humming noise that woke me up at midnight.

It has somewhat gone down hill while the price has gone up.

Scandalous that you have increased your prices by 45% overnight due to the passing of Her Majesty!

I raised these points and the issue with not receiving a text at check in and was told they would ‘investigate’ the latter and that they only  replace towels and clean rooms every three days which in my opinion isn’t good enough for the money we paid for our stay.

Too expensive for room cleaning once every 3 days, crowded, mediocre breakfast.

All what they have done was 30% of the 5 and a half nights we have spent there and they have paid the meal that we ate when we were waiting for them for 2 hours with 2 kids to fix the room that was supposed to be ready.

All in all, very disappointed for the price.

Room was not ready when requested, had to chase reception for a further nearly 2 hours, cups were chipped in room and we paid for a 2 bed suite hoping for some luxury

but there are plenty of decent hotels within a few yards of this hotel for a fraction of the price,  don't waste your money.

After over two hours, off sitting around and not being able to relax, I called to check why it was taking so long and I was told that we only booked for a room, that We should come down stairs and pay for the second room, I explained we paid £1298 for two rooms, two nights and the money was already taken from my account the very rude staff insisted I must come downstairs.

If I had known this I would have paid for an upgrade.

Don't pay for a Big Ben view as the windows are so dirty you can't see it.

After spending 400 pounds a night for the room this felt like a kick in the teeth,

I had booked 4 rooms for the night before London marathon.

Stayed here for London marathon weekend, lovely spacious rooms, all amenities plus more and really comfy bed/bedding that meant I had a good nights sleep the night before my run!

The room was very spacious and with a great view.

I enjoyed the room I will stay - I will most likely stay at this hotel for next vacation.

The breakfast was really good, and I especially appreciated that since I had bought the "Bed and Breakfast" package, my breakfast could be pre-ordered for morning delivery to my room.

We had a city view room, so we could see the shard, which was quite nice.

With the Shard on the horizon, there were still plenty to see at the stroke of midnight for 2022 even if we were not on the side towards Westminster or the London Eye.

We had a view over the trains which my boy loved and could also see the Shard and Canary Wharf, it was perfect.

We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 studio rooms on the 12th floor with views of the Shard.

Definitely upgrade to a great view over London and wake up with Mr Shard or London Eye!!!

We had a studio room with a view of the shard.

Because of the gratuitous amount of space it provided for our family of 4 which was incredible - coupled to that, the most amazing views of central London from our balcony.. stretching from the Shard, all the way through to buildings that sit on Strand.

We were upgraded from an atrium room to one with a view of the Shard and the hotel left complimentary champagne in our room as it was our birthdays.

Studio apartments are very clean and neat, and your room has views of the Shard and the london skyline.

The room had a great view of the Shard and was really spacious with a seating area and large bedroom

we booked the presidential suite and phoned reception after booking to request the best room (1318) which has the biggest balcony and the most amazing views from the shard right around to London Eye direct from your own pricate balcony.there are only two rooms that have this spacious balcony and suite so make sure you phone in advance.

We even got offered a larger room, with a seating area and a view over the city, with the Shard in the distance.

I’ve rated the hotel 4 stars as I feel there was an opportunity with checking in processes as well as customer service of some of the hotel team.

Stayed for one night in a triple studio room which had 2 singles and a sofa bed and was able to check in early.Room exceptionally clean and a good size plenty of products in bathroom although only 2 robes and slippers

After choosing to stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, we arrived shortly after check in time and was surprisingly upgraded to a studio room.

but was dealt with efficiently and in no time we were in our Studio on the 10th floor with a great view of the London Eye and a partial view of Parliament 
The room was spacious and well laid out with a comfy bed and large settee in the lounge area.

The rooms were very spacious we had a studio which slept 3 is us, the bathroom was really nice and the complimentary Elemis toiletries were lovely.

but a hotel of this standard should have a coffee machine in the rooms and the spa needs a jacuzzi which this hotel didn’t, we had a studio room with a fantastic view of Big Ben but also let down by the mini bar not working.

The room was a studio with separate seating area and kitchenette, it looked lovely, the view was poor overlooking Waterloo station.

Upgraded to a studio room and whilst the room wasn’t huge it has a small separate lounge area, if travelling with kids this would be ideal for a small family.

Our room a studio was stylish and spacious and very well cleaned spotless.

We stayed in Studio room (2 adults and a teenager) which was spacious and well equipped.

Highly recommend the studio rooms which turns the sofa into a sofa bed

We had studio king that we got for £138 for one night, room 1188.

King studio with sofa bed felt luxurious with excellent comfort and facilities.

We stayed in a studio twin with London eye view. Perfect!

The room itself was quite nice, view of the London Eye was very good, we did pay for a triple studio room which is a king-size bed and a sofa bed

Initially had a bad experience with no air conditioning and staff at reception that didn't careless about my complaints.

Air con was not functioning in the room and it was hot and stuffy.

The bathroom was terrible, the service to fix anything was terrible, 
The AC didn't work it was hot and terrible to sleep.

AC in the room did not work properly and kept making sounds all night.

We requested fans for each room as we were prepared for the heat.

There was no air conditioning in the room and the fan in the bathroom did not work.

We had to endure a balmy 79-80 degrees in the room throughout out entire stay (even at night, dropped to 78), was provided with a desk fan; despite 3 attempts requesting to have AC fixed at the registration desk, we eventually found out they can't fix it;

Rooms are tired and I and I had to change as shower was broken and air con did not work.

This time there was no air conditioning in the rooms (which we were not advised of at check in).

We also were given another room and that cooling system did not work.

The aircon was not working and the fan was not effective.

but not working, even though there was a fan it was pretty hot all night.

The room that we stayed in looked tired and the air conditioning was very weak.

No air-conditioning and no fridge, at this point I was too tired to complain again.

Our other son said that the air con in their room was poor

The rooms are dated in area with black on the tiles around the bath.

Ceiling shower not high enough for tall people.

but the bathroom dated and could do with modernisation.

Outdated, and a massive environmental water disaster (Faucet running, single use towels, no water stop on the toilets, old and outdated bathroom with rusty rods).

toilets clog and no one came to fix it when we called.

All the drawers either had missing or broken handles making them useless, the safe was broken and the bathroom in dire need of having some money invested in it with its broken and cracked tiles. .

although the price was acceptable for Central London  the rooms need updating badly especially the Bathroom .

The bathroom floor hasn’t seem a mop or hoover.

Something was spilled all over the toilet.

Hotel reception not responsive to requests to deal with repair in room - locked wash hand basin for duration of 4 day stay Slow to allocate room chosen and paid for ;had to wait in another room while issue was supposed to being resolved

Positive point good views Sadly here’s  the negatives Snarky check in with two members of staff looking at us and pointing of the computer screen with no communication to us at all all very strange Room basic only with poor toiletry facilities mini bar had wine in a tin Breakfast not good at all

I was disappointed we had to ask twice for a lightbulb to be replaced in the bathroom.

-completely OUTDATED; place is aged, needs serious upgrades throughout
-no fridge (mini fridge door was sealed off)
-no exhaust fan in bathroom, so bathroom steamed up when taking shower in addition to already having the balmy 79 degrees present
-Elevators are SOOO slow, had to wait up to 10 minutes to get from 7th floor to 1st floor, eventually discovered the freight elevator
-Breakfast was disappointing to say the least, thankfully our breakfast was included in the rate we paid;

Very comfy king size bed, black out curtains.

Only thing which was nice was the comfortable beds and the full English breakfast.
