 - There is a door inside the station,
 -
 - The location to the station alone is worth the stay.
 - It is at the back of the hotel and its windows look out over the station concourse.
 - With a very early journey from Paddington station and a very late return, the historic Hilton (formerly the Great Western Royal Hotel) was the obvious choice, with its own private entrance straight onto the concourse at the station.

 - We actually thought it was a train,
 - The best part is the easy walk to the LHR express train early the next morning.
 - The best part of course is the location - we were able to quickly walk to the Heathrow Express train and were at Heathrow within 30 minutes.
 - The location is perfect, nice neighborhood with quick access to the tube or train.
 - Called in for lunch before catching the train.

 - Executive Lounge was open and nice to sit and look out over Paddington Station.
 - Don’t bother to upgrade to use the Business Lounge , as no food worth talking about is served.I included photographs of the entire buffet served to the those patrons of the Executive Lounge.

 - Only 2 of the lifts were working so often we had to wait ages for a lift ( we were no the 4th floor).
 - Each time I stayed there was 1 lift only working.
 - As other reviewers have said, it's right on Paddington station and the Heathrow Express - there is not even any need to walk outside as the hotel is connected directly to the station by elevator and escalator.
 - 1 lift not working, carpets worn and frayed in the bedroom corridors.
 - First time 2 out of 3 lifts not working and the one that was didn’t feel too safe.

 - Had the most wonderful chocolate afternoon tea, it was amazing.
 - I was offered 3 different afternoon teas - traditional, chocolate or Indian inspired.
 - Our room: We arrived to a room of rose petals, a free upgrade, a towel ‘cake’ covered in little hotel chocolates, bottle of Prosecco, cans of soft drinks and even a slice of cake with a happy birthday message with an accompanying birthday card.
 - We had the Chocolate and the Indian options, with a bottle of Prosecco with each one.

 - Room was on 4th floor and it was boiling hot had to keep window open and air con on.
 - Food was lovely-and extremely filling. No pressure (2hr window)
 - The tiny ‘window’ only opened about 1 inch onto the fire escape .
 - My disappointment came when I was shown my room: it was in the basement with a single room and no window to the outside world.
 - The bathroom has both a vent AND a window, and so it was never too steamy.

 - Nice hotel convenient if you are travelling into Paddington station.
 - Situated very close to Paddington station and Lancaster gate station, this hotel was very convenient.
 - Very happy with our 1 night stay, ideally situated, 5 min walk from Paddington station which then gives you good access to the tube and the whole of London, we were watching a show in the West End.
 - The property itself is located just a 5 minute walk from Paddington station, which allowed us, as a young couple, to access all the city had to offer.
 - Walking distance to paddington station.

 - but the rooms are small - really quite small, and the double bed occupies almost the whole room - perfectly fine for a couple of nights, but too cramped for much longer.
 - but that wasn’t a problem, It’s a boutique hotel so small is often the way and it was nicely decorated throughout in the main including the rooms, but once we walked in, we were amazed that the small, tight theme continued - the rooms were tiny!
 - The room was small and it felt like a two star hotel!
 - but the room was very small, tiny bathroom, the bed was not as described, nor were the pillows.
 - As you would expect, the rooms are small,

 - My wife loved it when she saw the room decorated and the view of the London skyline and Hyde Park was incredible.
 - The view is amazing.
 - The view from the room really is wonderful.
 - There's also some cracking pubs within 5 mins walk and given it's been nearly 20 years since I last had a pint in London, the prices were as breath-taking as the view from my room!
 - I arrived late afternoon and the view that welcomed me from the 17th floor was fantastic.

 - Our main gripe was that from point on the service was incredibly slow - we were served our sandwiches (which were very tasty), our tea and champagne
 - The only slight hiccough was service at breakfast was slow, and we weren't made aware you could order food rather than buffet.
 - It was a slow morning.
 - At times, the service in the breakfast room could be slow,
 - If you order room service for food or ice, the service I very slow 6.

 - Nippa Thai within the hotel is an added bonus and is easily the best Thai restaurant in London.
 - The in-house restaurant , Nipa Thai is probably one of the finest Thai restaurants we have eaten in.
 - We dinned at the Thai Restaurant on first floor, amazing food , great service, fair pricing.
 - The hotel itself has amazing amenities - beautifully designed room and public spaces, delicious breakfast and Thai restaurant (which is an experience in itself!
 - Lovely rooms, superb views and Nipa Thai is well worth a visit too.
