02/15/2022 - I mentioned in my booking it was my birthday and when I arrived the lovely hotel staff had decorated my room with balloons and chocolates and complementary wine and cake!

02/13/2022 - When we arrived into our room we had a nice bday surprise of balloons, towels in the shape of a cake, red wine and chocolate!!

02/03/2022 - but fine for 2 nights , staff friendly and professional, mentioned it was my husbands birthday and they gave us Prosecco and Chocolates , had room service last night from Turmeric Kitchen , delicious , shout out to Karina , Gazi and Maureen .

08/25/2020 - We just completed a family stay here over the weekend for a special occasion, and the price was brilliant considering you're literally walking distance from Oxford st. Marble arch, Hyde Park etc.
