- I mentioned in my booking it was my birthday and when I arrived the lovely hotel staff had decorated my room with balloons and chocolates and complementary wine and cake!
- When we arrived into our room we had a nice bday surprise of balloons, towels in the shape of a cake, red wine and chocolate!!
- but fine for 2 nights , staff friendly and professional, mentioned it was my husbands birthday and they gave us Prosecco and Chocolates , had room service last night from Turmeric Kitchen , delicious , shout out to Karina , Gazi and Maureen .
- We went to our room and were met with rose petals and a towel swan display and 2 bottles of red wine chocolates and a lovely card.
- Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful when arriving, they gave us wine and chocolates and a towel birthday cake for my partners birthday :)
Clean hotel, we checked in our bags when we arrived early and offered tea or coffee on arrival.

- Lovely boutique hotel, just a few minutes walk from Earls Court station and 25mins walk to Kensington Gardens and Natural History & Science museums.
- The location is ideal, only a two minute walk from Earls Court tube station, or if you are fit and well a pleasant 3 mile stroll from Marylebone station through Kensington Palace Gardens.

- The other and we had smelt very strongly of smoke, and the corridor outside our room smelt very strongly of cannabis on the first night.

- The carpet was disgusting with stains and parts of the carpet were actually ripped off the floor.
- Room stayed in was not very clean, pillows are awful and had seen better days, no cups to make drinks, and the bathroom was disgusting mould all in the shower, wouldn’t stay here ever again, worst hotel I have stayed at in a long time very disappointed

- We are looking to come back to London for my birthday in May and would happily stay here again.
- It was my wife’s birthday and just by looking at a badge she was wearing we were upgraded and had chocolates & Prosecco delivered to the room.
- Myself and my partner have experienced extremely high levels of stress and anxiety lately and being his birthday I decided a couple of days away in London would be what we needed to unwind and to treat him and make him feel special.

- Hogarth Road is a quiet street within a five minute walking distance of Earl's Court Tube Station.
- For the value, you will not find a hotel in this great location (Kensington near Earl's Court on the Piccadilly Line) with such great service and attention to detail.

- Reception staff are lovely, porter was lovely all very friendly, rooms cleaned both days of our stay, bed was comfy as I say we could not fault it.

- Stayed here for a theatre night in London as it was easy to get to from the theatre in Covent Garden and a short walk from Earl’s Court tube.

load more ... - We stayed here in February, paid almost £200 for one night and was given a room with a window with a view of a wall and not a very clean room.
- The walls had marks on them and wallpaper had rips in it, even in the lobby area.
- Also the walls are thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying to each other.
- - Button feature on the wall that indicates whether you want to have housekeeping or are asleep and to not be disturbed; the house keeping never disturbed us.
