 - Friendly , clean , nice atmosphere, free drink a nice touch.
 - Ina gave me so much advice and recommendations on places to go and arranged special touches in the room for my boyfriends birthday which were very much appreciated.

 - I would say if you're after a quiet relaxing weekend then this hotel isn't for you as it's really jumping on a Friday and Saturday night.. That didn't affect me at all as that's why I was there.
 - The reception area becomes a club essentially at the weekend and there is no soundproofing for the first floor.
 - The biggest thing was the housekeeping in the morning were so noisy from about 9am when we wanted a relaxing morning, shouting in the corridor and moving things around and hoovering in the rooms above us.
 - I had the worst night sleep with pillows as flat as a pancake and music/noise from the bar (we were on the 5th floor) continuing on into the early hours, an unwelcoming check in and security banging on doors trying to find someone.
