 - By the time we realised, it was too late so bins were overflowing and we had to request additional towels, toilet paper and tea.
 - We found blood on our bed sheets dirt on the pillow case, makeup on the bathroom towel.
 - Went to have a shower, only 1 set of towels - informed we shall have to wait until the next day for another towel.
 - but also no shower gel in the shower dispenser, and only 2 towels.
 - but this was a new thing for us so we experienced an overflowing bin, only one hot beverage in the room, re used our towels 4 times each and almost run out of toilet roll.

 - Location near to tube and DLR and if visiting Tower of London or Tower Bridge would be perfect.
 - Near the tower bridge (our one and only reason for this travelodge hotel) Overall a good stay. That it would be noisy, we knew bevor,
 - Good location particularly for tower bridge area.

 - but couldn't open the window due to the noise of the trains.

 - We had 2 fans and the window open to try get air flow and it did nothing.
 - We couldn’t open the windows as the room backs on to the train line so it’s very noisy.

 - Hotel just wants your money in return you get really bad customers service and poor facilities.
 - but that's not really anything to do with the poor running of the hotel !
 - Lounge services poor.
 - I stayed in business and was appalled by the lack of service on checkin, poor night and bar staff and the quality of the bedrooms.
 - Half the staff were training for I don't know whether this is why we received such poor service

 - smell that knocks you in the face the second the elevator door opens.
 - Stayed here for 1 night, got a rude receptionist who was not helpful at all, room was very tired with stains and marks on the walls doors and floor, plus had a buzzing from the vent in the roof all night which will keep you awake.
 - The bathroom tiles, the door and toilet were certainly not properly clean and the seat wasn't fixed. The fridge didn't work.
 - The showers in the standard rooms are absolutely tiny, and the bifold doors don’t open completely, so if you are a larger person, it’s tricky.
 - Only problem was opening the shower door which proved a challenge !

 - When we did get up there were so many vacant tables our only conclusion was that we were made to wait as part of some sort of massive power trip to make us feel like paupers next to the instagram influencer set.
 - He said hotel manager would call me in morning…still waiting.
 - I went to reception to inform them of this and they said they’d get someone to get it for me and to go back to my new room and wait there.
 - No issues with the lifts, came as and when required with no waiting around.
 - We gave up on waiting for a drink in the reception lobby barest night, we waited from 20.15 when we provided our order to 20.45, still no drink, complained and were told our drinks hadn't yet been made, we left.
