02/15/2022 - I mentioned in my booking it was my birthday and when I arrived the lovely hotel staff had decorated my room with balloons and chocolates and complementary wine and cake!

02/13/2022 - When we arrived into our room we had a nice bday surprise of balloons, towels in the shape of a cake, red wine and chocolate!!

01/30/2022 - I phoned prior to our stay to request the Westminster view (the only reason I upgraded to the river view suite) i was told that I had that room, when I turnt up this was not the case which left me very annoyed.
