 - but the very notable single egg served in each case; I’m not sure whether this was due to the restaurant operating at close to capacity, or because we were dining on the Club rate, but either way this was poor.

 - I am sure they put the prices up because I wasn't expecting to pay quite that much when I booked.
 - The 5* hotel I paid £300 for one night for a birthday celebration was very disappointing.

 - Check in and check out was busy
 - Breakfast was quite busy and so service wasn't as fast as normal
 - but the incommunicative accompanying hotel staff member was too busy eating the photographed canapés to care what paying guests thought.
 - No omelette station at breakfast was a slight let down - chef was busy keeping buffet topped up.

 - No opening windows
 - The window was a slightly odd set-up - a small corner window which was double-glazed and locked shut,

 - A couple of points I would make are that if you like a window in your room I would maybe request one as not all rooms do and if you like a big room, this place isn’t for you either.

 - The environment is equally comfortable for me as an individual looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful to work, and for families too.
 - One of the reasons we chose the Ibis is because we needed a place where we could work remotely, and they have a large open space on their lobby floor filled with tables and comfy seats, which is also a cafe (and bar in the evening).
 - This hotel offers amazing value, located near tube station, very clean rooms, proper functioning climate control system, fine and comfortable double-beds, proper bathroom with amenities, 24h bar.
 - Federica, the manager, was so friendly and approachable, she cleaned a table of my request and ensured that I felt comfortable.
 - The rooms were comfortable, neat, and cozy; the lounge area was also nice.

 - This is a well located, modern hotel - just across the road from Canning Town Jubilee line and DLR station.
 - The hotel looks very modern and was spotless.
 - Lovely modern bathroom with an endless supply of hot water.
 - The entrance and the bar/restaurant area looked inviting and contemporary.
 - Had a lovely stay here, the property is very new and shiny with lovely modern and quirky decor in the bar/lounge area, did not feel like a budget hotel here at all.

 - I then had to waste twenty minutes sopping it up and wringing out towels in order to continue getting ready.
 - The towels were also very small.
 - but it was a bit inconvenient to only have 2 thin, medium towels in the bathroom for the 2 of us, it meant one of us had to use a wet towel that we'd used for drying hands after a shower.
 - Suggest some towels should be renewed.
 - Basic things, like replenishing the tea bags or toilet paper or replacing an old towel by a new one after taking the old one out.

 - Overall its a good hotel outside westfield shopping centre, which is great for shopping, plenty of food outlets and has good transport facilities to get you around london (you can get into central london within 30mins) so will stay here again!
 - All in all a very good weekend as the hotel was right in Westfield shopping centre
 - We chose this hotel due to the location, being at the end of the shopping centre, close to the tube and close to rail services.
 - Situated on the edge of the Westfield shopping centre, it had every sort of restaurant you could wish for.
 - Did not have breakfast as £10.50 a little costly when lots of cheaper alternatives on offer in shopping centre.

 - This premier inn is ideal for the Westfield Stratford shopping centre and getting the central line into the O2, as well as most other overground and underground links
 - Handy for the O2 on the Jubilee line and never been to Westfield before, so that was a bonus!
 - This hotel is a great location to all the London main events , because of the great tube links it’s not much more than 30 minutes from Hyde park the O2 and Wembley we’ve always felt safe even when we’ve come back to the hotel late at night 👍😎
 - The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the underground and easy to get to the O2, which is why we chose it.
 - Will stay again next time I’m wanting to go to the O2 or shop.

 - For us this is the perfect place to stay when visiting family in London, the transport links are excellent and you have everything on your doorstep at the Westfield centre, the staff are always pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble

 - Comfortable and surprising quiet for central London.
 - Very comfortable bed and great sleep.
 -
 - The hotel was covid compliant, the room was clean, comfortable and ample for a weekend break. The meal deal was fabulous value (£26 for two courses and a drink, PLUS breakfast!)
 - However the bed was comfy, room was warm and we had a nice view.

 - broken lift - lengthy waiting times for lift, disruptive guests, corridor not checked at night - unaccompanied teenagers in room opposite me until 2am, skateboard in corridor.
 - even though check in was from 3 onwards, no rooms ready so had to wait.
 - I was waiting for the call back to give the update
 - At least 1 if not 2 off the lifts were broken everyday (different lifts on different days not working) waited 19 minutes for a lift at check out, I had a baby and 2 suitcases so couldn’t take the stairs.
 - Two of the three lifts were out of order in a 10-storey building, meaning long, long waits (20-minutes plus) to use them (Reception is on the first floor, 100-plus steps up from the ground-floor entrance).

 - The lobby in the morning was like a war zone, having to push through fire safety curtains to even exit the lift then step over discarded bar stools, wet floor signs, and old room keys just chucked on the floor.
 - Takes ages for all 3 lifts to arrive, & ages to check in if you use the check in desk.
 - So after hearing about the lift issues we decided to call ahead and ask for a lower level room, they were very accomadating with this, on check in the machines were not working,
 - During the day, young children running around, unaccompanied playing in lifts.
 - Oh and one of the lifts is faulty again!
