However just a couple of points to improve on -
- the aircon times out which makes sleeping uncomfortable at times
- service in the restaurant was poor.

Also our vanity unit electric sockets fell off the unit showing all electric wires ect.

The bathroom has very poor ventilation, even with the ventilator constantly being on.

Didn't eat there and glad only stayed one night as room hot and had to keep getting up in night to put air conditioning back on.

No handle in the bathroom to lock, AC kept turning off, electric went out in the whole building for over 30mins.

A complaint was made immediately about the air conditioning

I'd stay again, arrive early to get the air con going - remember earplugs and ask for a room furthest away from the busy road outside.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was very loud

The room was ridiculously warm during the night which made it uncomfortable to sleep in with an air conditioner that didn't help much.

One bug bear was the air conditioning which stunk and either was covered in mold or fluff.

but this one was a bit tired, room was clean but bed hard an lumpy, bathroom fan was very noisy, reception staff were hard to find.

Visited on the hottest weak of the year so far and the air con in the room was a god send.

but it's a decent room etc Well not here; the room wasn't cleaned properly, and the air conditioning didn't work, there was little to no soundproofing and it was very noisy throughout the night.

The extractor fan in our bathroom did not work and we found the selection of food available for the continental breakfast a bit limited

The AC is terrible, loud even when idle and the room I had was situated next to a generator or similar, causing noise and smell meaning I couldn't open the window overnight.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds good food and all the staff really nice to talk to and very helpful special mention to Jason who was training in the restaurant and took our evening meal order he was really pleasant and will be an asset to this hotel.The hotels meal deal of breakfast and evening meal is really good value and throughly recommend it if you are staying at a premier inn.

It was very clean the room was immaculate and well equipped with the essential.

The hotel and our room was great value for money, clean and comfortable, the food was excellent and again great value for money, we tried both the breakfast and evening meal.

- Rooms have always been clean and tidy, and generally have more space than other budget hotels in the same area.

We had no issues with the room cleanliness or eating in the restaurant.

We were pleased with the hotel and breakfast and the room and bed were very comfortable.

but a short journey by bus, a short walk to Hounslow East Tube and a quick journey to Covent Garden and that WAS London!

Got taxi next morning to South Ealing £8 so we could go straight into Covent Garden.

Kew Gardens and pubs just a ten minute stroll and the excellent Black Dog pub virtually opposite.

Ideal location for Kew Gardens and walkable distance to and from Kew Bridge station.

but also to go to Kew Gardens and have a couple of days in London.

We stayed here as a convenient location to Kew gardens.

Easy access to Thames walking path, close to Kew Gardens and National Archives, and easy access to public transport.

Premier Inn KewBridge is great for exploring the Thames Pathway, Grand Union Canal, Kew Gardens, Syon House and the wondeful Kew Village.

Brilliant for Kew Gardens, just a short bus trip (No65) away.

- Great links to London city centre and Kew Gardens, the bus stop is a stones throw away from the hotel, which stops outside South Ealing and Ealing Broadway giving you great access to a few different tube lines.

The location was also very good to visit Kew Gardens and was within easy walking distance.

Plenty of places to eat close by and Kew Gardens is a very easy bus ride away.

This one was easy to walk to from Kew Bridge Train station and to Kew Gardens , which was the purpose of our trip.

Perfect place and budget price for a visit to Kew Gardens.

Kew Gardens, worth visiting, is about a 20 minute walk.

It was an easy walk from Brentford station and to Kew Gardens.

Take bus 65 from Watermans Centre to Victoria Gate of Kew Gardens or stay on it for Richmond.

Superb stay ,room great, food and drinks excellent and very reasonably priced, evening meal was far better than we expected,we have stopped in a lot more expensive hotels and the food has been nowhere near as good, staff top quality very friendly especially Kimberly and Carl .

The food was good and great value for money.

Across the street from a good Indian restaurant and a grocery store.

We found the hotel to be really good value, especially the breakfast as the kids ate for free.

The advertised Salad side with the steak and (handful of) fries the evening before was indeed pitiful; basically just a tablespoon's worth of chopped iceberg lettuce.

There are some of London's best independent cafes, restaurants and coffee shops all within easy striking distance.

Decent breakfast with a very clean restaurant area.

is the nearness of a number of excellent pubs serving great beer ranging from a free hose with a huge range to a lovely little "back street boozer" - all with a great welcome.

Great Turkish restaurant close by the Thames Path.

We had breakfast and an evening meal, the food was very good and great value, a good choice of beer and wine too.

We only stayed one night in April, everything was as you would expect from the Premier Inn, clean room, friendly staff, good food at reasonable price, I had mixed grill, cooked as I requested and served with a smile 😃

I had one meal in, and he was very considerate about my dietary requirements (I’m vegan).

It is close to the Thames for walking, there is a Bus Stop across the road next to McDonalds, and Morrisons Supermarket is a five minute walk.

Nevertheless, nice rooms and hotel with excellent location.

Stayed at this hotel during the heatwave, 35c expecting a fully air conditioned room.

It was a hot day and the room was exceptionally warm on arrival.

though it doesn't have a lot of spaces so bare this in mind if you need to park onsite.

but onsite parking is useful - unfortunately, it's underground location makes it difficult to increase width of bays without losing too many spaces. A further benefit (at least for me!)

but there are spaces specifically for Premier Inn guests.

If you can’t park in allocated spaces it’s about £40 for 2 days.

Premier parking spaces were full so parked in another space 8n the same car park.

Only downside was quality of camp bed in the family room and slight lack of space because the family room is a double with extra beds made out.

I needed parking and there were not enough spaces for the hotel and no refund is given.

Had a mare finding a space as there were none.

Hotel carpark spaces are poorly signposted.

Spaces a bit tight for the modern car and space could be limited at busier times.

but the car park is exceptionally tight to get in and out of and there are only limited number of spaces for hotel guests.

The only negative was the narrow space in the car park.

When parking park in the premier allocated spaces (30) and pay at the meter near the carpark entrance to the hotel.

but there are limited spaces and the parking machine did not work, we tried 3 times and hope it does not debit us 3 times.

Unfortunately the parking facilities very  much let the hotel down, 30 spaces for 146 rooms and you still have to pay £10 for 12 hours!

I feel someone (non hotel guests) take up these spaces or maybe the staff?

but marred by the car park - very tight, very small spaces, was concerned about break-ins.

but other companies had the monopoly on reserved spaces; especially Mercedez-Benz who seemed able to park their cars and "abandon" them in whatever space took their fancy, irrespective of it if was theirs or not!

Lady on reception was polite and helpful.

The staff were all knowledgeable and courteous .

The iced water on reception was a nice touch for when returning from the London heat, also a fruit bowl for some snacks was also thoughtful. We booked well in advance and was a bargain at 60 pounds a night (for London great!)

Having aircon in the rooms would have made a massive difference to our stay.

No frills - have to pay for wifi, no air con etc.

I decided to book a room for a couple of nights to escape the heatwave only to find out the room didn’t have any A/C, the room was supplied with a small inadequate fan.

The room smelled fresh and, due to the extremely hot weather, a fan was provided without having to request one.

but the carpet was an absolute state (room 121 for anyone from Travelodge reading), the lock on the door didn't work, the window didn't fully shut and the heating didn't work, so it was cold (there is no central aircon system).

but I then found there was a lot of noise coming from outside the room and the wall heater was not working.

The only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the room and the window only opens a fraction so the room could get very hot in warm weather.

I head back to my room and realise it’s also freezing cold.

No source of heating whatsoever in the bathroom.

Bathroom tired looking and cold as extractor runs continuously.

Curtain s didn't shut fully so had to use the fan to keep them closed.

The room had a small fan which was very dusty, no air-con and no window.

Due to the hot weather they had thoughtfully put a fan on in the room.

Staff were friendly, hotel was fine for a budget  stay, the major problem was the room temperature, there was no air con, it was like sleeping in a sauna, a loud fan circulating hot air didn’t help!!

There is no air conditioning unit in the rooms

Room and bathroom were well used and tired, floor coverings in particular.

3, Room toilet flush was not draing properly.

Eventually given key to tiny room on ground floor with small shower and no bath.

Worse still the toilet has not been cleaned properly between customers for a longtime.

Shower would not drain 0so the floor got wet.

but there was only one set of towels in the room and, unlike Premier Inn, do not supply bath mats or hairdryers.

No soap or shower gel in the dispensers and carpet was filthy.

There was only 1 bath and hand towel for 2 of us.

Only one hand and one bath towel left for two people.

Bathroom has no lock and you can hear people talking on corridors.

This hotel is a complete toilet, mostly staffed by people who care very little for their guests.

Our party had to use the toilets to get changed in!

issue with a smell emanating from shower when water on.

Carpets littered with questionable stains throughout the whole property, bathroom stunk etc.

No glass or plastic beaker in bathroom so had to use mugs for drinking water.

It’s a shame that such a big company doesn’t make sure there is enough staff on to avoid too much pressure on one person.

However I didn't like the bathroom a lot.

The bathroom had mouldy grout, stained bath panel, no soap and a loose toilet seat.

Bedroom was spacious and clean - comfortable bed, and hot showers.

The staff were courteous and friendly, the breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, and the hotel was clean and in good order.

Clean, comfy, good location, I want to take that bed home with me.

I will always recommend Travelodge for accommodation that is clean, and value for money, serviced by excellent and friendly staff.

Location was convenient  to visit Kew Gardens and Richmond.

The staff at check in was efficient and took time to give me directions Kew Gardens and recommendation’s of where to eat in the local area!

Good value and convenient for an overnight stay after a day visiting Kew Gardens.

All facilities were available to us and the location is great for visiting Kew and Richmond, we visited Syon House and Ham House and my wife walked through Kew Gardens while I went to Twickenham for the Rugby International

Was a very nice location walking distance from Kew Gardens.

I must say we were very satisfied overall experience at Travel Lodge at Kew Garden.

I made a booking for 3 rooms on 10 Oct 2019 for 27/29 Dec for a family visit to Kew gardens only to arrive at the hotel to find it all boarded up and closed with a security guard turning us away as well as another family.

This Travelodge was ideal as it has parking and Kew Gardens is only 20 minutes walk away.

Bus number 65 goes direct to Kew Gardens which was great

Excellent place to stay overnight when visiting beautiful Kew gardens as well as Syon and Gunnesbury parks.

Close to the Thames and great for a walk to Kew gardens which isn't far away.

If visiting the wonderful Kew Gardens this is an inexpensive and convenient place to stay.

Rooms are nice and the Breakfast and the Dinner was great.

Fab location, good service, pleasant staff and particularly impressed with breakfast - good menu and very tasty.

Some great local restaurants lots to do, easy access to centre.

Hardly any food there, despite asking the staff to replenish.

We were unable to have breakfast as there was a large group staying so all tables were occupied and not much food available.

Location was ideal for walks along the Thames with several places to eat and drink and watch the world go by.

Good places to eat and drink within a short walk.

Nothing works, from the flat beer, to the empty soap and disinfectant containers, and late breakfasts (7am start? Nope).

When we asked about food we were directed to outlets in the area.

Cafe seemed to be unstaffed for the most part so didn’t bother to use it.

All the staff were great and polite, food was good and rooms were clean and tidy, good area for a nice day out or to relax in a nice quiet area.

Enjoyable stay, good facilities & good food & drink available in the bar.
