The hotel was close to a few tube stations, near Petticoat Lane market (1 min walk), Brick Lane and many other interesting places.

We ate at brick lane which again was a short 10 min walk from the hotel.

Great stay and good location for sky garden, Spitalfields and brick lane.

It is very convenient for exploring the vibrant Brick Lane area.

The location couldn‘t be any better, 15 minutes walk to Tower of London and Tower Bridge.

Within walking distance of a lot of tourist attractions like the Tower of London and the Sky Garden.

Walking distance to Tower of London, St. Paul’s, Barbican etc.

The only complaint I have about the bathroom was that the shower was pretty narrow, making the shower curtain stick to my skin while I showered (which I know is a pet peeve of many, haha) and it didn't do much in keeping the water in the shower itself and usually the entire bathroom floor got wet while showering.

but there was a privacy film on the inside of the window so no problem with prying neighbours!

Badly stained furniture, carpet stains and filthy room windows are not acceptable at any price point.

I suggested a new policy, where they record who has an iron and allow them a 2 hour window to use and return it - not unreasonable -

but so narrow and I am slim, so anyone slightly larger would struggle,with a grubby shower curtain and a shower head that didn't stay up, the bathroom flooded.

but it made no difference in the room .so we opened the window but it was so noisy at the front of the hotel we gave up and closed it .The air condition unit ran all night, it sounded old and whiney, Not a high end unit just cheap and not very cheerful .

Structure almost new and extremely neglected structure, (stained sheets, always lacking and stained towels, indecent carpet, shower with curtain and not with glass as shown in their own photos).

Cons: There were several minor issues in the room; stains on the carpet; lack of any glasses / beakers if you wanted a drink of water or to stand your toothbrush up; no shower mat and a shower that flooded due to poor shower curtain - both these latter issues were raised with reception and met with the response that 'we don't supply these'. .

but shower leaked all over the floor due to a Poundland style shower curtain.

but with a flimsy curtain that got sucked into the cubicle as you showered.

We were in London on 17th June 2022, when the temperature was in the 30's,  we were in room 530 and the air conditioning wasn't working properly and the window had a safety cord, so wouldn't open wide:  I complained and they gave us a fan.

They work all weekend and are very loud if you want to keep your windows open!

The only issues I had were the window on the room was dirty on the outside and there were marks on the wall.

Windows don't close correctly so the noise from outside makes it almost impossible to get a decent night's sleep.

Yet the cheap curtain constantly get suck inward by the extractor means one have to stand sideway with very limited space, very unpleasant.

The window had no view and was frosted so you could not see in or out.

I was a bit sceptical about shower curtains and indeed it does easily leak into the bathroom.

Initially had a bad experience with no air conditioning and staff at reception that didn't careless about my complaints.

Air con was not functioning in the room and it was hot and stuffy.

The bathroom was terrible, the service to fix anything was terrible, 
The AC didn't work it was hot and terrible to sleep.

AC in the room did not work properly and kept making sounds all night.

We requested fans for each room as we were prepared for the heat.

There was no air conditioning in the room and the fan in the bathroom did not work.

We had to endure a balmy 79-80 degrees in the room throughout out entire stay (even at night, dropped to 78), was provided with a desk fan; despite 3 attempts requesting to have AC fixed at the registration desk, we eventually found out they can't fix it;

Rooms are tired and I and I had to change as shower was broken and air con did not work.

This time there was no air conditioning in the rooms (which we were not advised of at check in).

We also were given another room and that cooling system did not work.

The aircon was not working and the fan was not effective.

but not working, even though there was a fan it was pretty hot all night.

The room that we stayed in looked tired and the air conditioning was very weak.

No air-conditioning and no fridge, at this point I was too tired to complain again.

Our other son said that the air con in their room was poor

The rooms are dated in area with black on the tiles around the bath.

Ceiling shower not high enough for tall people.

but the bathroom dated and could do with modernisation.

Outdated, and a massive environmental water disaster (Faucet running, single use towels, no water stop on the toilets, old and outdated bathroom with rusty rods).

toilets clog and no one came to fix it when we called.

All the drawers either had missing or broken handles making them useless, the safe was broken and the bathroom in dire need of having some money invested in it with its broken and cracked tiles. .

although the price was acceptable for Central London  the rooms need updating badly especially the Bathroom .

The bathroom floor hasn’t seem a mop or hoover.

Something was spilled all over the toilet.

Hotel reception not responsive to requests to deal with repair in room - locked wash hand basin for duration of 4 day stay Slow to allocate room chosen and paid for ;had to wait in another room while issue was supposed to being resolved

Positive point good views Sadly here’s  the negatives Snarky check in with two members of staff looking at us and pointing of the computer screen with no communication to us at all all very strange Room basic only with poor toiletry facilities mini bar had wine in a tin Breakfast not good at all

I was disappointed we had to ask twice for a lightbulb to be replaced in the bathroom.

-completely OUTDATED; place is aged, needs serious upgrades throughout
-no fridge (mini fridge door was sealed off)
-no exhaust fan in bathroom, so bathroom steamed up when taking shower in addition to already having the balmy 79 degrees present
-Elevators are SOOO slow, had to wait up to 10 minutes to get from 7th floor to 1st floor, eventually discovered the freight elevator
-Breakfast was disappointing to say the least, thankfully our breakfast was included in the rate we paid;

Check in easy and well managed, cleanliness of hotel excellent, all elevators working and quick, breakfast excellent, views amazing and balloons and cake delivered to our room for our daughters birthday.

Did not seem interested with my booking request for nice room with bridge view, food and cleanliness was excellent and room was serviced well each day.

Outside of the room, the hotel was really nice, clean and looked really nice.

but overall the room was very clean and spacious.

but clean and stuff works ok, breakfast is worth it, and the location is decent.

but it was clean and comfortable and public areas were impressive.

Our 6th floor room was a typical London tourist room, yet comfortable, clean and quite spacious.

Enjoyed experience, good views from room, clean well presented, room was very small for a double and felt cramped, breakfast staff very friendly, reception could have been better took a long time to check in

We had a standard twin room which was spacious, clean and so comfortable.

My husband and I enjoyed a good night’s sleep in the comfortable bed and appreciated the air conditioning which was really efficient.

The bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was a blessing in the heat to walk into a cool room was excellent.

This was not the bed's fault - it was a lovely comfy bed with a mattress topper and my husband slept like a log.

My wife and I stayed 2x nights over a Sept weekend in a standard double room overlooking the St Katherine's dock at the back of the hotel.

We stayed in a 10th floor family room overlooking Tower Bridge and Thames and every morning as well as evening took our time to just stand an look.

We had a nice view from our room that overlooked the boats outside.

but did get Tower view room so that was a bonus.

We had a bridge room view which was absolutely amazing.

the double room overlooking the tower bridge is very nice.

We were all on the 8th floor and out of the 3 rooms 2 had views over St Katherine’s dock.

Location and surroundings were good, there was not far to transport/underground and not at least the view from the room, when you paid a little extra.

The location and view is great especially we have a bridge view room.

The Tower view rooms really do offer everything you'd hope for and the location of this hotel and the fact it provides reasonable parking made this a wonderful place to stay and explore the city on my wife's birthday.

At first sight this hotel looks amazing, with its lofty, airy lobby and the view, which is second to none!

The view was amazing, the room nice and big with comfortable beds.

We would always stop in there for a Strawberry Daiquiri wether we were staying or not because of this drink and also a very pleasant place to rest with the view of the tower bridge if your lucky enough to get a window seat especially the bay window table.

Views for days, booked a couple of nights to celebrate the start of a new year and enjoyed the view so much, the room was perfect and well equipped and covid was taken very seriously.

Had an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel, the staff were all amazing, the room (suite)was clean and facilities were good, the view was breathtaking overlooking the yachts in st Katherine’s dock and the Canary Wharf/dock lands skyline.

It's a great location right next to Tower Bridge and opposite the Tower of London with a short walk to bus stops and the tube.

The hotel was in an ideal location next to the Tower bridge, and the Tower of London.

2 of our rooms looked our directly at the beautiful Tower of London bridge.

If you want to visit Tower of London this location is terrific as really convenient.

The positive for the Tower Hotel is its location right next to Tower Bridge and across the road from the Tower of London.

Tower of London was 10 minutes walk, and London Bridge just 5 minutes walk.

There is a nice walkway that goes in front of the Tower of London that closes at 8:30 pm.

Walk via the river front part of the Tower of London before 7pm and enjoy the icon view of The Tower Of London and the wild flowers as shown on TV.
