03/06/2020 - Taxi's are not easy to get from the hotel - if you need one try to book the night before or way in advance - don't leave it last minute as over a 30 minute wait.

12/06/2021 - Overall its a good hotel outside westfield shopping centre, which is great for shopping, plenty of food outlets and has good transport facilities to get you around london (you can get into central london within 30mins) so will stay here again!
