- Would I stay here again yes Anna and the rest of the front of house team were fantastic and location is good and you’re bang near Paddington station!
- The location of the hotel is excellent as walking distance to Paddington Station.
- We also appreciated the close proximity to Paddington station..it was just a couple minute walk from the hotel.
- I recommend this hotel to everyone,it is very close to paddington station and the area is very nice

- I wished I remembered about the spa!!!

- The were also lots of useful little amenities like free hair bobbles in the bathrooms.
- but was very clean and had everything you could need. Fridge,safe,microwave.
- The atado si very attentive (Anna and Chris) and the room was always clean and acclimatized waiting for us when we return from the daily walk.

The room was clean and tidy and that bed was the most comfiest bed I’ve slept in apart from my own!

- Hotel is very near to Paddington Station and very easy to find.

- The location is great about 5mins from Paddington station and 10-15 mins from some lovely shops / eating places and also the opposite direction is the canal area.
load more ... - but could do with a bit of TLC and the sink in the bathroom was far too big leaving no room for toiletries, there needs to be a wall shelf somewhere.
- Bedroom had a wall panel that controlled the bathroom under floor heating, room aircon, snooze
- Rooms are VERY small, with thin walls, small shower and very little open space.
- Whatever you do, you can’t turn it off using the in built controls on the wall, even removing the room card from the power socket had no effect.
- plus long hairs stuck to the wall of the shower. Ugh.

- although there is only one rather small lift.
- The elevator was also a tad small and I imagine taking more than 1 suitcase would be problematic.
- Whilst speaking to the staff, the guest reentered the hotel, stinking of cannabis himself and neither of the 2 staff on duty challenged him and allowed him to get into the lift and go to his room.
- And when we went to get in the lift after breakfast, another guest (who looked like she was just getting in from a night out) tried to get in the tiny lift with us NOT WEARING A MASK.
