 - Nothing feels missing, near the Earl's court station, restaurants and Cafe's.
 - Hogarth Road is a quiet street within a five minute walking distance of Earl's Court Tube Station.
 - For the value, you will not find a hotel in this great location (Kensington near Earl's Court on the Piccadilly Line) with such great service and attention to detail.

 - Although its only 4 underground tube stops from Victoria mainline railway station its a hell of a lot cheaper than staying in the more central parts of London like oxford street or soho.
 - We walked to the museum area, Natural History, Science and V & A in about ten minutes, Hyde Park in twenty and Oxford Street in thirty.
 - Oxford street, Covent garden, Notting hill, borough market were all visited that weekend and with ease.

 - We stayed here in February, paid almost £200 for one night and was given a room with a window with a view of a wall and not a very clean room.
 - The walls had marks on them and wallpaper had rips in it, even in the lobby area.
 - Also the walls are thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying to each other.
 - - Button feature on the wall that indicates whether you want to have housekeeping or are asleep and to not be disturbed; the house keeping never disturbed us.
 - The bed nearly touched wall to wall with limited room to move around

 - Starbucks in the lobby should be a bonus,
 - Before checking in we stopped at the Starbucks in the lobby and were served by Ali.
 - I will say the best thing the hotel has going for it is the Starbucks that’s in the lobby, not only is it the cheapest Starbucks I’ve ever been to
 - She also gave us complimentary drinks at the Starbucks in the lobby.

 - From the initial welcome from the staff, the room and the comfort of the beds, the amenities in the room, the decor and the location is absolutely one of the best ever.

 - Very comfortable bed.
 - The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, we were supposed to be up early

 - The location of the hotel is fantastic, overlooking the Strand and close to Covent Garden.
 - The hotel is close to all amenities and close to Covent Garden
 - The hotel was easy short walking distance (with a 6year old walkaphobic in tow) to charring cross station and then easy walking distance to Covent Garden and the theatre royal.
 - What I appreciated the most are: the location (in Covent Garden and close to Piccadilly) and the staff, amazing in terms of kindness and support !
 - I was truly surprised how quiet my particular room was compared to the proximity of Covent Garden.

 - The location is ideal for Leicester Square, Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford Street and Regent Street.
 - The hotel's location (Convent Garden/Strand) is great as walking distance to Leicester Square/Picadilly/Oxford Street, plenty places to eat and near to local supermarket to pick grocery for the room.
 - My husband and I walked to The London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Oxford Street, Leicester and Trafalgar square.

 - I'm a light sleeper so this wasn't ideal!
 - If you are a light sleeper do note that there is some traffic noise on the weekends being in the busy Covent Garden area,
 - I was a little concerned with noise because The Nadler is in a very busy area and I am a very ligth sleeper.
 - I am a super picky sleeper, I seriously have issues.

 - It looked out onto The Strand and Bedford Street. perfect for people watching at night 😊 Room was warm and cosy and spotless (cleaned everyday) and had everything needed (and more) for a short break (and even a longer one!)
 - The rooms are a good size and clean as well equipped with a mini kitchen We had a room with king size bed and a put you up bed for the third person in our party We were not disturbed by any street noise from traffic or late night revellers.
 - The room was excellent and despite being in a busy area we heard no noise from the streets and slept soundly both nights we were there.
 - Our room was facing the Main Street, where we could see Christmas lights.Overall, the room is cozy and clean.
 - I really wanted to stay in Covent Garden as I love all of the hustle and bustle of the street performers, endless food outlets and shopping, and I am so glad we chose to stay at this hotel.

 - In hindsight I wish I’d asked for a bigger room as ours was tiny.
 - What you want a value hotel to be: rooms are small of course
 - The room was a little small however we managed to see two other rooms with different layouts and preferred ours with it's big windows and the view of the Strand - there is a hum of traffic/street noise on this side
 - The room is small
 - While the rooms are small they are well appointed and the location in Covent Garden makes up for it.

 - The room was really clean and we had a great view of the London eye.
 - Stayed for one night in a triple studio room which had 2 singles and a sofa bed and was able to check in early.Room exceptionally clean and a good size plenty of products in bathroom although only 2 robes and slippers
 - The hotel is conveniently located and well-maintained.
 - Super hotel - comfortable and very clean.
 - I found the hotel to be very clean, the staff helpful, and the vegetarian Biryani exceptional I am not a veggie, so it took me by complete surprise.

 - but that’s justified for the cheap price we paid for our 2 night stay.
 - Paid for a room with a view only to find the windows are very dirty so the view cannot be appreciated.
 - On paying and leaving we were chased by another waitress down the stairs demanding to know if we’d paid.
 - And you have to pay for all the movies they have!
 - Very expensive for 1 nights stay I would expect the shower to be working properly and for the bathroom not to flood when I took a shower.

 - After leaving the hotel and standing on the street for 15 minutes we were aloud back in !!
 - Recommend heading into city or enjoying street food rather than restaurants.
 - The location is great, really close to the south bank where there is a carousel and other street entertainment along with lots of restaurants and bars.
 - We asked at check-in about the Park Plaza cakes, which we saw on the Great British Bake-off, and were told to go visit Starbucks across the street.
 - Hotel is just across the street from Waterloo Station, London Eye and a Marks & Spencer’s food store if you choose to prepare something in your room.

 - On our way back from the theatre we were asked to show our hotel cards.
 - Further, several hotel rooms had a door card stating “sanitised” or similar.
 - Unfortunately I was let down by an overcharge after I’d paid in full through Booking.com.
 - Although the supervisor was being ‘helpful’ it was charged with contempt and borderline rudeness and at one point was asked what my issue actually was with not accepting the upgrade.
 - However I paid for early check in and arrived to be told they were busy, and had to leave and wait the additional 2hrs for my room (I was charged) the customer service clerk offered little apology or suggestion of how long the wait would be.

 - At £22 a head, it was poor quality.
 - however, I found the welcome to be extremely poor for a high end hotel.
 - The bathrooms water pressure for the showers is disappointingly low and the drainage taking water away from the showers is poor.
 - I was also shocked at how poor the breakfast has become - staff in disarray, no plates, poor selection of fruit - 3 apples on a plate one morning, no yoghurts.
 - but the replenishment of food in this area was poor at best.

 - Piccadilly, Regent Street, Oxford Street, Bond Street, Covent Garden etc.
 - but lovely at night as on the level of Jermyn Street Christmas lights.
 - Considering we were in the centre of London the noise at night from the nearby streets was quiet and the only real noise was the occasional emergency service vehicle and over excited drivers honking.
 - Very cosy street and neighbourhood.
 - Opposite fortnum and mason, easy walking distance to central London main streets and shops.

 - The room was small, not a lot of room and there was a funny smell in there.
 - Room was on the small side (delux double) and surprised that there weren't any drawers for underwear etc, just a couple of small shelves.
 - The hotel room is nothing like the images displayed on the booking profile - the room is small the furniture is chipped and it is generally tatty.
