Drink service at the casino was fast and friendly.

Encore Hotel and casino was an awesome experience as usual.

From the room to the restaurants, to the casino and shopping, everything at Wynn is first class.

The casino was great both at encore and at wynn, everyone was friendly on the roulette tables we played at and drinks were flowing at all times - we were served coffees, soft drinks and alcohol.

Brief review because not much is needed to describe this great hotel and casino.

Very nice option to stay in Vegas with a more classy vibe, has many restaurants , casino and a coffee place.

On-site casino, restaurant, coffee shop, boutiques, you name it, and it will be just few steps away from your room.

Well, this is the Encore--but the difference was that the"coupon" was an actual offer email from the Wynn casino itself.

This is the second time staying at the Encore, and we continue to be so impressed with their rooms, casino, cleanliness, and overall well-done glamorous atmosphere.

I've been in the casino many times so I already knew it was a beautiful property.

Rooms, restaurants, bars, casino all five star.

The furnishings at the hotel & casino are a feast for the eyes-even the hallways are treated with high end designer care!

Encore casino is smaller and much more quiet than Wynn,

Great comfortable beds, clean big washrooms and parking is included in resort fee which is really nice.

It was gorgeous and clean, with excellent food and excellent service.

As usual our room was very comfortable and clean.

A perfect hotel - it’s the elegant and classy way up  go to Vegas - clean - upscale - great people - perfect room - love the pool - clubs - shopping - food!

The Encore Tower Suite was very comfortable, well-appointed, and beautifully maintained.

Our room was clean, comfy, spacious, and serviced daily.

Bedroom and bathroom was clean, room service when requested, comfy firm bed with good quality bedding.

Food was delicious, property is immaculate and customer service is definitely Forbes Five Star!

The room was clean, spacious, and had great amenities.

All of the hotel kept very clean and much security everywhere.

We had an upgrade to the panoramic view room which was wonderful, clean and spacious.

The gym at the Encore is super clean with an attendant on duty.

Once the situation was explained the front desk did a good job with the documentation 
Hotel is spotless.

The quality of toiletries could be better, and they somehow charged us for cocktails which was included in our stay and I double confirmed while checking in (they did reverse charges after I had shown them the confirmation email).

Only one thing that should be addressed is not being able to get a pool umbrella unless you “buy” a premium lounge chair at the pool ..
We stay at lots of 5 star hotels - and this is not a common practice .. my sister Lisa had melanoma this year .. we did not think that asking for an umbrella would be an additional charge .. yuck ! !

We came as Platinum Amex members from Thursday to Monday and this time we didn't get a tower suite and maybe that was the reason the service was HORRIBLE.

We were assigned a room with no view, no b-day card, no cake, nothing.

however, there's a partial balance left over when you book through Trip Advisor that must be paid at check-in time.

No coffee maker in room so you have to call room service to get coffee and it takes them 45 minutes to bring it plus they charge a ridiculous amount for it as well as for everything else.

I couldn't give my credit card number over the phone to check-in and then add a guest.

We could not get a reservation at the buffet to use our resort credit for breakfast for 2 days

On my insistence and further pushing then they took off 200$ as a special case against a 250$ credit which again seemed like it was a scam.

Charge another $10 or whatever and bring my car to me instead of me trudging down the sidewalk and down to the garage.

out of the 4 nights we stayed there we slept well for only one of them,

To use the internet costs and they charge you per day per device which given we are 2023 is disgusting.

Why do hotels feel the need to charge so much for for minibar items and food?

but the room was a major disappointment, firstly , rubbish left behind from the previous guest, windows dirty, tv was very old and  made a strange sound , the charging units were usb only, so using the old plugs didn’t work as they were slack.

BUT they failed to properly charge the room security deposit & charged me an incorrect amount.

), one of the in room candy jars was missing too (will I get charged,  dont know e-bill never showed up, which I requested on my express check out card).

I understood that my card would be charged for the room and incidentals,

And the so-called manager refused to make any concessions, except to say that they would apply this phantom $100 credit to a future stay.

Unfortunately, we are not likely to receive the credit because next year we may stay at a different resort.

And after some back and forth she said only other option is if she removes one of the room charges for us, which is a weekday stay and it’s not even half of the weekend price.

Additionally, the desk power outlet in the room does not work, so I am having to work around it and use a long cable to get my devices charged from another outlet.

Le Reve is one of the best shows in Vegas and worth seeing more than once.

Great room that was very clean and serviced regularly, food at Buffet was excellent, gambling was fun with many new games, shopping is extensive with many high end shops and entertainment was top notch--The Le Reve The Dream show was wonderful.

Concierge helped me book Le Reve which was enjoyable.

The people, the room, the restaurants, the casinos, the decor and Le Reve were all simply amazing!

The casino was fun - the dealers were terrific - We enjoyed Le Rêve.

We saw Le Reve, a dynamic and breathtaking show, and had an impeccable Mediterranean dinner in a cabana at the Wynn's Costa di Mare.

We saw the Le Reve show which was more than AMAZING!

The show Le Reve the dream was outstanding and would recommend seeing this show.

Le Rêve show was wonderful, very different from all the other shows, the second best on the strip (best one is Absinthe!).

Shows:  Le Reve is at the hotel one of the best shows so no need to leave.

This hotel was clean and Le Reve was also amazing!

You are treated very well, the hotel is very clean, the staff is welcoming and have you feel as if you are welcomed unlike ceasers palace that made me feel like I was not.

Walking through this hotel, the casino and Wynn Plaza Shops is like walking through a palace, with ornate décor, stunning marble and red carpeted luxury at every turn.

The reason I love it is that apart from the obvious 5 star stuff - excellent service, nice rooms, great views, lovely pool, good casinos, nice restaurants etc - it's at the top of the strip, so people do not just wander in when walking around, unlike the Bellagio or the Caesars palace types.

We had a Tower Suite with separate check in and a wonderful suite room on the 59th floor which offered a great view to the strip and to watch the 4th July fireworks at Cesar's Palace from the room at a nice cool temperature.

We went and stayed at Ceasers palace and had a much more relaxed stay.

i would definitely come here again--Wynn Buffet is great--on par with Cesars Palace.

but prefer Caesar Palace one, the club and bar is good.

even though the pool was closed (one of the main reasons I booked this hotel and not the Wynn) I still had to pay the full resort fee.

Customer service is non-existent, amenities are sub-par and mediocre, rooms are underwhelming, value is overpriced, not worth the money.

The daily Resort Fee is not included in the Taxes & Fees section;

The food at the outlets was mediocre and overpriced - not a great combination.

even though I provided itinerary details the credit card used to pay the reservation, on top of providing confirmation numbers I STILL could not add anyone to the reservation.

We would go back again for another  4 nights if Venetian not available or too pricey.

room service breakfast options are very expensive including nearly $30 for coffee for two people.

Biggest disappointment 	was Casa Playa for which we had high expectations, sadly the food was mediocre (for the price), service was rushed and our server was just annoying and “not too bright”, they just wanted us out a soon as they possibly could and that’s one of my biggest annoyances.

Upon arrival, after 24hrs travelling door to door we are asked to pay $5000 to check in?

You may want to choose a different hotel if you expect to sleep for the $750 per night room rate.

Only agreed to waitlist me for a room that I had paid for, while not offering any pricing concession for the actual reservation.

but it certainly charged 5 star price, that’s the only thing they did update £500 per night!.

The real accessible ipad in the room can control everything you need (AC control,drape, room service order).

Rooms are generous in size, quiet, and well appointed.

The wall to wall windows are absolutely fantastic and the level of tech in room is second to none.

but elegant, it is a luxury shopping mall in a hotel, rooms incredibly well designed, every need is anticipated, incredible mini bar selection, sundry stores throughout with alcohol.

Great early checkin ; great meals, perfect room, lovely pool temperature .. SW Steakhouse was perfection - food and service 11/10!!

After that we went up to our beautifully appointed room with fabulous sheets, pillows, mattresses, you name it…perfection!

We used comp rooms to stay at the end of a Grand Canyon trip.

Then the living room area which looked into the strip! STUNNING!

We had a massage room in our room, which we didn’t have time to use, the couch doesn’t pull out

The staff is beyond wonderful and the rooms are beautiful.

Rooms are very spacious, the hotel offers all the restaurants/activities you need to stay a few days without leaving it.

Amazing hotel, room was spacious with a great view.

The room mini-bar refrigerator was strictly for sales…not for guest use to cool items. 2.

Everyone was very professional at the front desk.

Avery at the front desk gave us an early checkin and a roll away bed for our room- and set the tone for a wonderful trip !

For starters, we had the nicest most accommodating front desk person, Avery.

Check-in was fast, friendly and professional, which was impressive.

Great service from all staff from the reception to the concierge to the pool staff.

All staff were so happy to help and assist.

Environment and decor are first class as were all the staff.

The staff at the bar were great, so no issues there.

The staff has been trained to make sure you have a world class experience.

The staff was very accommodating to make the stay more pleasant.

Most of the employees were very nice when we asked for directions or information.

The staff who checked us in did not provide us any useful information, instead referred us to the tower suite reception desk to answer all our questions.

As for the Resort Fee, which was a question I had booking through Trip Advisor.

Exceptional customer service from all staff we encountered from front desk to the pool boys (thanks Josh!).

Luis was so helpful and took care of everything.

If you stay at the Encore during the week, I highly recommend the Strip view.

Located on the strip, the hotel gave me the feeling that it is a new one.

The casino wasn't busy, even on Saturday night, which is a nice change from the craziness of the strip.

Still the most luxurious hotel on the Strip.

Ours was on the 32nd floor and had great views towards the strip and the pools below.

It was a spacious room with separate sitting area and view of the strip.

I rented a convertible to get off the strip and parking is free.

Overall I’d say if you can afford it and don’t mind the location stay at Encore, we quite enjoyed the walk up the strip and if not there are always plenty of taxi’s and Uber’s.

It is on par with the Venetian, which had been my non-suite favorite hotel on the strip.

Location is good at the bottom of the strip and there are nice bars and restaurants.

Room was good on the 61st floor overlooking the Strip.

I’ve stayed at various hotels (about 5) on The Strip over the last 10 years, generally you can’t really fault the newer ones.

We have stayed at Wynn Las Vegas on multiple occasions and up until yesterday considered it one of the best resorts on the strip.

but feel that there must be a better choice on the strip where customer service is top class.

Encore is one of the more "younger" and upscale hotels on the strip, and it shows.

Super hotel, we had a beautiful room with large seating area looking away from the strip (we were given a choice of facing the strip or the back towards the mountains) we chose the latter as it was quieter.

Highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind being on the more north side of the Strip.

The resort is compact with a lovely square with a bandstand would be lovely in the evening in the summer very chilly at night this time of the year.

A real junk hole making the Hilton Hotel as good as Buckingham Palace.

An absolutely beautiful place, with impeccable service, clean and safe and it has turtles in the lobby, the nicest place I've been in years.

The location is outstanding , the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Everywhere is very clean, i go fishing early in the mornings and the hotel is swarming with cleaners.

The only other moan I have and its totally personal is we stayed premium room which is astetically pleasant however not practical open wardrobe however hang dresses they touch the underneath unit so only good for shirts, bath in room well unless your 20 and what ur partner to help you in and out great as this bath is deep and sits on wooden floor not great unless you want hip replacement and finally no place to sit and do your hair or make up as mirror over sink or long mirror it has lovely bench with stool

Rooms are really clean and spacious as to is the verandas, kudos to housekeeping, we left them a tip in the room on leaving, they did the room every day.

Hotel is spotless and in a fantastic position in Costa Teguise beach one side and shops the other .

Our second visit here, check in quick and easy, room nice and big, with tea and coffee making facilities, balcony with a sea view, well equipped bathroom, room cleaned daily

The hotel was constantly keep clean from morning to night .

but always cold,shame because it put us off coming again.someone suggested warming  food in microwave..don t pay 4star prices to warm my own food..

Air condition poor had someone to look at it but not much better.

I don’t like rude staff, poor food, and arguing about having a bottle of water.

However evening meal looked poor so went out for food.

There was some poorly put together bits from the pool bar, or at 3:30pm you could form a queue ( sometimes for 15mins) to get a choice of a hot dog, burger, & fries which were all very poor.

Probably wouldn’t go back due to poor customer service.

Then for the others many pasta dishes with separate parmesan cheese which goes with anything lol- so do not know why others have mentioned poor food quality.

The only way I can describe this is "slop" hardly any options and very poor especially if you have booked all inclusive which we did.

but if you want it round the warm poor these get taken as early as 7.30 and yes sometimes the people never even use them.

To not have anything other than fruit was poor, especially for a four star hotel.

There are soo many comments about poor food This year on Facebook and here that someone needs to sort it out.

Only one bar open for whole hotel poor guy had to serve and collect plastic beakers needed 2 on the bar so People could get served.

One bar in the pool area , serving all day in a  large 4 star hotel where you can only get plastic tumblers for an alcoholic drink, is poor particularly on occasions  when one member of staff, is serving ….Bar snacks were lacking and of a low standard no ice creams which is unusual for all inclusive .. .

I found the cuts of meat very poor, I couldn’t get my knife through the T-bone steak it had that much fat.

Food - typical hotel buffet nothing special and poor selection of desserts.

In the course of a week we had salmon, duck, beef, lamb, rabbit, turkey etc.

The design of the atrium is simply stunning , pools containing fish and turtles.

Breakfast and lunch was great, just the evening meal.

They are not worth it, I've really enjoyed meals here so far.

There is also burgers, hot dogs and fries available from around the pool in the afternoons.

Nice room, nice bathroom especially the shower, amazing views, private large(ish) balcony, great staff, bars and restaurants on doorstep, two nice sandy beaches and a fabulous bar/entertainment area.

The fish is partially raw, the meat is under cooked.

The staff, food, entertainment, room and location were all amazing.

Food standard and choice have been improved.

Our stay also included a free evening in the a la carte restaurant as part of our upgrade, which was delicious.

The all inclusiveness enabled us to have 3 good meals a day.

Food ok, breakfast great, evening meal needed to be hotter,

If you are All Inclusive meals are 8-10.30, lunch 1-3pm and dinner 6.30-9.30.

but you will always find something nice to eat.

There is always something for everyone to eat.

We stayed half board, we alternated lunch and dinner.

The food at breakfast and dinner was varied and there was always something to enjoy.

As a few on here have mentioned, the food let’s the hotel down

Every day some kind of fish dish was available which we liked.

All members of staff are extremely welcoming .

We enjoyed our stay again meeting fellow returners and meeting the friendly staff again.

Staff: so lovely and friendly and again unlike in the Caribbean they don't harass you or expect tips and don't try to befriend you, they are professional and hard working.

All the staff are friendly and reception are polite and happy.
