- The hotel is very clean, vibrant and has a great atmosphere with lots of rock memorabilia
- Breakfast choice is excellent even for fussy eaters!

Lovely smile very attentive and made me feel comfortable in the breakfast cafe.

The breakfast was plentiful with much variety.

And among these great people one person still stood out to us if for no other reason than she was the one who served us breakfast.

10/10 for the buffet breakfast everything was on point and we'll executed.

It is a pleasure to be welcomed by her everyday at the breakfast table.

It was a great experience to eat my birthday dinner at the hard rock café! The vegetarian burger was delicious, the staff (especially Dario!)

She recommended so many delicious  dishes and drinks to us.

Booked the rock royalty suite with breakfast and were really impressed.

Breakfast was good and varied - only let down was the cheap juice.

We were allocated a twin room which overlooked Marble Arch, which was a lovely touch (special thanks to Simon Fennell, Director of rooms), I do suggest earplugs

The only positive thing to say about the hotel is that there is a Tube Station (Marble Arch) around the corner.

Quick walk from Marble Arch underground, got seated quickly without a reservation and accommodate a child in high chair.

I recommend hard rock London marble arch.

It is right above Marble Arch tube station and you can do most things in London from here and sometimes a wee tube change.

Lovely room - 2003 overlooking the Marble Arch & Oxford Street/Park Lane, we did enjoy people watching at night.

Fab location , right outside Marble Arch station which was ideal.

Simon greeted us with a huge genuine smile;  we we’re early for check-in, no problem, they had a room available, we’ve been in a heat wave, again no problem room’s cool with air conditioning, and we’re overlooking the Marble Arch itself.

Located next to Marble Arch at the foot of Oxford Street it is very central for everything.

I recommend anyone to go….. it’s a once in a lifetime fun place to be opposites marble arch overlooking Hyde Park Corner.

Max on the reception desk was so helpful and sorted us out a room - a fab view of Marble Arch - Five star service!

Area: walking distance to marble arch and the main stop for all the tourist hop on-hop off buses are there.

Above all the hotel is very well situated in Marble Arch.

As a United pilot flying to London for decades staying at various locations over the years, my absolute favorite hotel is the Hard Rock Marble Arch.

The bar area was all lit up in the Pride Flag colours which was a great touch.We had a room with a perfect view of Marble Arch and despite being on a busy corner the noise was barely audible.

Location speaking the hotel is greatly located just outside Hyde Park and practically above the Marble Arch tube station.

Good located at Marble Arch to do the daytrips by walking, by bus or underground.

Also the music set the mood and the atmosphere was great.

The receptionist  Aneta Who are incredibly professional and very helpful , we  really appreciate her help for early check in , lovely  atmosphere, nice music , Overall the experience was great .

My husband loved the choice of guitars he could borrow.

This is a good place for people who like 70s to now music.

If you are into music, and want that vibe it would be right up your street!

We also enjoyed a great meal watching the live music at the Hard Rock Cafe and drinks at the bar afterwards - special mention to Steve who looked after us.

Staff very friendly and helpful, entertainment and music vibe superb.

Relax by the bar in the evening listening to live music and sipping a cocktail.

Throughout the trip, naturally we requested certain things via the concierge desk who said that those things would be placed in our room, even wrote down the room number, those items failed to be placed in our room even after multiple requests.

I phoned down and asked for the Duty Manager to inspect the room.

They told us we should asked one day earlier for that service!

Finally, the stuff in every time we contact them, and investigation is done with my family prior to my intervention which will require another investigation with me to fulfill my request.

No request was too much and all our needs were met with a smile, she even rushed to comfort our daughter when she unfortunately injured her fingers.

I also asked for a glass of lemonade & no kidding this took about 15 minutes to arrive

However service was slow when we request for anything from the help desk

I asked him where is my second bag, he insisted there was only one bag.

We were asked for a voucher and we said it is on the room booking and the waitress said they cannot get this up so can we go back to the reception and get them to confirm this for us as ‘they could not let us in because there is a risk we would leave without paying’

Well it's simply because I was not asked madame.

I asked her to go speak with her manager (who wouldn't even come out to speak with me) and he also said "no".

Amenities such as dental kits are not available and need to request.

I gave my details and was told it was so asked to check in early

After many attempts at calling the restaurant, I asked the front desk if they could help.

No one asked fir information and it seemed to be lacking control.

From check in to being shown how to use electronic lifts to eating in the restaurant could
Not have asked for more.

They refused to change it until I asked for a refund and would leave.

We also should have asked for directions with the shower as water kept draining onto the floor instead of in the tub.

We arrived at lunch time and helpfully our luggage was looked after until we were requested to return at 3pm when our room would be available.

(But UPON CHECK IN, the hotel, requested an additional £50.

Book a Rock Royalty room which gives you access to the Rock Royalty lounge, this came in very handy as my husband had an appointment to go to so I was able to stay in the lounge until our room was ready.

Checkin was perfectly executed by Max who was a rock star from start to finish.

We had a rock royalty gold suite and this was something else.

Stayed in a Rock Royalty Junior Suite which qualified for Rock Royalty Service.

There are now 3 hard rocks in London and this stands head and shoulders above the rest.

The Rock Royalty is a great addition to the fun of this hotel.

Rock Royally rooms in the third floor (#3114) was away below expectations (area, facility & services).

Antonella in the lounge was so welcoming and couldn't have done anymore for us, along with every member of staff we met during our stay.

The eats in the lounge are far superior to any other we have experienced.

We had wonderful and welcoming service from all the staff and in particular Antonella in the lounge who went over and above to help us  throughout our stay - and on her own birthday!

The lounge is amazing and the food and drink available were fantastic well worth the extra money.

Stayed here with girl friends to celebrate a birthday, stayed in Rock Royalty room so got the use of the lounge with free drinks and food which was amazing.

Lots of choice at breakfast and there was good selection of food/drinks in the lounge area.

The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, the lounge is a great upgrade or addition to the package.

We had Rock Royalty so checked in inside the Lounge.

The lounge doesn’t have half the stuff on the menu.

This resulted in another 15 minute wait in the lounge before we could access our room. We found the room clean

We were blown away from the moment we arrived - outstanding service.

but when I arrived we were given gorgeous prosecco, freshly baked scones and cakes (the scones were still warm), and plenty of sweet treats!

We had request early check in and navina give us a room.

Checked out of the Montcalm Marble Arch today, it’s safe to say that my wife and I will 100% be returning. We checked our luggage in early and they even offered to accommodate us checking in earlier than anticipated, we opted not to and explored London (the hotel’s great location allows for walking to a lot of main attractions!)

We’re provided a welcome Prosecco on arrival, staff were very welcoming, even helped us find a club still open late hours.

We arrived here and we been welcomed with a nice breakfast,after that we spend couple of hours into the spa area ,and Andreea there she made sure that everything was perfect for both of us and she provide as an amazing customer experience.

She really helped us from the day we arrived.

she was very polite and sweet and make everything simple, the room was lovely and clean and very spacious, the food was delicious and all staff members were polite and always checked up on you.

I made a booking for one night for my mum's birthday at The Montcalm Hotel in Marble Arch.

We enjoyed our stay so much we are already planning to celebrate our birthdays here, our expectations were high when booking

A huge shout out to Jade & her team on reception for making my Birthday stay so special.

The trip for my daughter’s 21st birthday was transformed by the team at reception who really turned things around .. and more than making up for our initial disappointment.

Visited for my 40th birthday and booked Montcalm Marble Arch due to the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed.

At the end of the meal to my surprise the staff came out again signing happy birthday and another cake I was blown away by their kindness also must not forget the chef who did us a very enjoyable meal.

As well as a room upgrade we also got Prosecco and cake as we were celebrating my birthday.

but made sure the room was set up for the birthday!

My boyfriend booked one night stay on bonfire night for my birthday being the Saturday.

We visited for my partners 31st birthday and the hotel did not disappoint from the moment we laid eyes on it.

 Our stay was amazing breakfast is like a buffet well presented and the spa is nice and relaxing.

We got an upgrade for the room with complimentary breakfast which made us extended our stay for two more nights.

It was amazing and staff were very nice and welcoming, jade gave us a free upgrade and breakfast.

The food was delicious and served at an even pace - not rushed - and the bubbles were kept topped up the moment one of us had emptied our glass.

Unfortunately the Montcalm has become so poor in service, we can no longer stay here.

Very poor communication with guest experience executive.

What we didn’t expect was the poor state of the rooms.

Pub type red zig zag carpet which had seen better days, fluorescent red chairs, a tacky four poster bed with mirrors (poor mirrors) overhead and an Anne Summers style porn film feel to the whole room.

The room was worse for wear, drab, poor lighting, dreary furniture, an unmade bed and air conditioning that hardly worked.

The first was blighted by a poor breakfast experience at the neighbouring hotel so we were keen to see if there had been improvements.

Water pressure in showers also seemed rather poor for some reason.

This is a bland business hotel completely lacking in character, and in a poor state of decor.

but the rooms are exceptionally small and the service is very poor.

Room was not a 5* room with shabby furniture some of which was broken, there was a constant smell in the room which actually got nauseating.

The finishing around the shower was disgusting and more 2 star than 5 star.

Smoke and alcohol prevented us from staying long.

Hallway smelt of a combination of cigs and dusty carpet.

Just to name a few examples:
- The bathroom tap was rotting off the wall
- The sides of the beds were peeling 
- On the last day, there was a poo stain on one of the towels. Legit.

but was given a milk in our room that stunk because it was off and lumpy however a lovely man from housekeeping came and gave me fresh milks  ,Bad scrapes on the bed but apart from that it’s a good hotel
