but very well trained efficient staff give excellent hospitality.room was big, we had a twin, and well laid out with all the necessary stuff.

Reading an earlier review I feel the need to say that the light switches are very easy to use, actually very convenient as full access is available from the bed site table.

The beds are a dream, like sleeping on a giant cloud and the showers are enormous with rainfall heads and constant hot water and quality shower products.

The Kingsize room was spacious and all areas of the hotel were very clean.

The only disconcerting thing was while we were at the concert they came in and did a turndown service where they put slippers by your bed and a mat, I did find this slightly intrusive to be honest and was glad I had made use of the safe to store our valuables.

The Hotel as its own access directly into the 02 ideal for getting away easily at the end of the concert, no queuing for taxis or river boats.

This is definitely one of our favourite hotels and is in the perfect spot if you are going to a concert at the 02.

This would be a perfect stay for people going to a concert at the O2 who have plenty of spare cash! !

I stayed here for 2 nights, to attend a concert at the O2 Arena.

First time I stayed  at the O2 for the Script concert.

Stayed for one night for a concert at the O2 and so glad we did.

If I’d have had to pay I would have definitely asked for a refund.

I complained at the desk on check out and they did remove the car park fee from my stay which I am grateful for and I think is fair as  I still have to pay the parking fine which even if I pay within 14 days will be £20 more than the parking fee.

Only downside is it’s very limited parking and the cost is £40 for overnight if you are lucky to get space.

Extremely unhappy considering we paid for a 5* - you’d get better kindness from a receptionist at a lower star hotel.

To avoid it being ‘complicated’ I agreed to pay for the afternoon tea which could be deducted from the amount paid and the balance paid back to us.

I am sure they put the prices up because I wasn't expecting to pay quite that much when I booked.

The 5* hotel I paid £300 for one night for a birthday celebration was very disappointing.

but we paid a lot for a generally unsatisfactory experience.

Very poor Hotel Service nothing more to say, there are better Hotels available with more competitive rates, refill room water missing, coffee machine broken, beds sheets not changed when requested, in general poor quality service, we had to ask for everything……

This is pretty stingy given the cost of the dish is only GBP2 more than the next most expensive (included) item on the menu.

although half price - still expensive for little ones.

but for the price you pay to stay in such a luxurious hotel, it is not worth it.

It would have been preferable to have the price of parking included in the accommodation given the cost of the rooms,

Would I pay extra for Club Intercontinental- probably not!

Sadly the price of drinks in the bar let it down a bit!

The rooms were tidy at all times and the location was perfect since we were at the O2,

I got card my room card quick My room was on the highest floor.

The plus sides were the availability of the room well before the 3 pm schedule.

We also enjoyed our visits to the Club Room.

Our room was large and very comfortable with a large bathroom with a shower and bath tub.

Breakfast food was outstanding ,but very little room between tables .

Prior to booking a room, I attempted to contact the hotel front desk to make an inquiry about my potential stay.

To be totally fair,  my stay in the hotel was very comfortable in a very modern room with good facilities - no issues with that at all. .

Our room was excellent and so was the service throughout the facility, except when you ordered something from the menu at the club; it took too long to get the order.

The conference rooms were set up well and in close proximity from each other and clearly sign posted.

The hotel is first rate, rooms are brand new - everything work - took me a moment to figure out the coffee machine (pods)

I have a 4 star rating because of the incredible politeness and cheerfulness of the staff and the quality and cleanliness of the room and public areas.

Iulia took the time to ensure I was updated on room timings, availability, and that I was looked after during my wait.

Tea was nice we had the vanilla tea which was different for tea as even at the Shard they never had vanilla tea as an option.

We only booked a one night stay to go to the ABBA party at the O2 a great venue for that as the hotel has a corridor straight into the venue .

The hotel was fantastic and had it's own pathway to the arena.

The hotel was very busy as there was a big show at the O2 so there was a queue for check in of about 20 mins when we arrived

We stayed the night for an event at the O2 - perfect for a short easy wander back to comfort after a late show.

Super handy for the O2 if you are attending a show or just for shopping and many if the other fun things to do there!

We stay here as so close to the O2 which makes seeing a show so easy and fun.

It’s great not to have to brave the elements when heading out to a show, and it makes you feel safe when returning to the hotel late at night. Following this we had Marlene with the magic fingers and heart who gave my mum the most relaxing and calming massage she has ever had, she smoothed out her sore back and problematic shoulder which she been suffering from for a while as she’s a chef.

We had tickets to a performance next door at the O2 on 23rd December (which sadly ended up cancelled 20mins before showtime), so we chose this hotel based on its close proximity to the O2.

The hotel is beautiful, one of the best we have ever stayed in and the location is perfect for a show at the O2.

Due a an event booking all parking it was left to us to park in the arena facilities.

If you’re not at the O2 for a show then I can’t see the value of this hotel

Great overnight stay for a show at the o2.Shame the spa was fully booked during our stay so can't comment on that.

The spa itself is more of an afterthought, hotel reception and spa reception are very good.

Lunch options were great and the cherry on top was the spa!

2) The incident at the front desk upon checking in was 'open to interpretation'.

To get to the concert, we walked past reception down a relatively short corridor, across a service road, and we were there!

Dean at the concierge was especially exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met, which made my work trip very seamless.

but yesterday Hussein helped organize an ad hoc meeting for us, and his assistance was really the difference between success and failure.

The brightest part of this hotel’s service was the Concierge (particularly Georgi who served on night duty  - he is a STAR!).

I for once was unable to notice any faults or shortcomings with our all inclusive stay
Normally somethings will irritate you ,

We stayed all inclusive and the wrist band issued orders drinks/food and entry to your room which was really convenient.

The food at breakfast and dinner is really good for an all inclusive.

We opted for the Junior suite with side sea view and the platinum level with all inclusive meals and drinks.

Best Hotel we have been to in Tenerife, All inclusive food variety is good if you are use to all inclusive foods.

We were all inclusive and there was always a great choice at every meal time .

We were all inclusive standard so didn’t have the best view

but did finish quite early (same time as the all inclusive bars), so if you like late nights it’s either a disco or go out to neighbouring bars on Costa Adeje.

Great value for money for the quality of all-inclusive in a wonderful hotel with excellent food, exceptional staff and stunning sunsets over the bay.

Nothing is too much trouble and service is the same for everyone regardless of if you are standard AI or platinum.

It is worth noting that the all-inclusive drinks finish at 23:00.

Up there with some of the better AI food quality which was a relief.

All inclusive with platinum was Excellent.

We were all inclusive and the food was of a good standard, plenty to choose from and the opening times for breakfast, lunch and dinner were extensive.

We went all-inclusive for 11 nights and stopped eating and drinking there by day 5.

We went all inclusive with a partial sea view room for fourteen nights.

All inclusive is wasted in Tenerife and works probably better in the Caribbean or places where you can’t really leave your complex.

Beds were super comfortable and room was excellent with everything you could need.

The pool area is lovely, and the sun bed booking system works well and is easy to use.

but it included nicer sun beds, different pool and happy hour and dining in the 2 restaurants.

Pool was excellent and booked sun beds so no rush to put towels on.

Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable, standard of cleanliness was excellent.

Plenty of space around the pool area, so no 7.00am starts to get a bed!

They are higher up, get sun all day and are well away from the ‘strip’

Booking the sun beds on line worked out really well along with the bracelets we had which we used to pick up the cost of drinks etc.

Beds are probably the best we've had and are very comfortable.

The sun bed booking system was a welcome change .

Pools are lovely, sun bed booking system great and entertainment very good most of the time.

Love the way they have now modernised everything, including using an app to book your favourite sun bed, so no more battles for getting towels out at daft o’clock in the morning.

Would I go back ….. in a heart beat

The room was excellent with the exception of the toilet door in my room 3013 which I felt did not afford the privacy that I felt comfortable with.

As soon as the bedroom door was opened, it hit us; I was disappointed with this aspect because we are non-smokers.

Glass door in toilet and is open planned so no privacy for you or your partner.

Doors slamming every few minutes and loud voices.

The first impression of this hotel as you arrive at the front door is absolutely "wow", it doesn't disapoint as you move inside.

When we eventually went to the new room they had moved us to a lot smaller room we’re the balcony was overlooked by next doors hotel and was staring at a concrete wall so said it was no good and we’re told we would have to stay put.

Staff door near room door and many slams of it day and night .

but with a bathtub in the middle of the room, no separate door for privacy in the shower or to provide privacy whilst using the sinks, and with a sliding half frosted door on the toilet which led directly into the bedroom, it wasn’t for us.

We had been given white discs to wear which doubled as door entry cards and purchase bands should we wish to obtain drinks during the day at the H2O pool bar and also at dinner in The Food Market.

It’s in the wrong location by the main strip and exit from the hotel and all you could hear whilst lying on one of the Bali beds was the squeaky door being opened and closed by guests who access this area with their wrist bands, or delivery trucks offloading goods.

The aircon came on as soon as the door to the balcony was shut.

Whilst the doors are “soundproofed”, it does not help at all and you may as well keep them open.
