 - I generally stay in a double room and these are quite spacious with large comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms.
 - The bathroom is nice, with the shower over the bath snd was tucked in behind a wall so no water spillage when showering!
 - Rooms are a good size and are also presented nicely with some nice touches in the bathroom ( shame they choose to use really cheap toilet paper though.. strange!)
 - but I loved the bath towels, fluffy and bigs:).
 - Location is perfect with lots of amenities and transportation around.

 - Asked for room service told don’t do this - although website clearly states this, in room only tea or coffee
 - I was asked to bring the card again to fronk desk, being asked 'Give me your card, where is it?
 - TV channels seemed somewhat limited would be an observation - and the availability of options re breakfast egg cooking could have been offered rather than requiring a request -
 - However, having paid for a luxury room I would expect pots of tea and coffee at the breakfast tables on request.
 - After continuous,y asking for room service we were then told this should be requested each day due to covid precautions.

 - My office is in Paddington, so I was able to walk or ride to the office through Hyde Park every day, and my wife could easily access all of the amenities that London has to offer from Gloucester Rd tube station across the street.
 - It was an easy transfer from the airport via the express train to Paddington Station and the tube from there to Gloucester Road.
 - Just 9 minutes to get to Paddington Station.
 - The hotel is situated in a great location with the tube Station is right across the street and provided great access to sights of London and to Paddington station for easy access to Heathrow.
 - Also close to London Paddington which is great for travel and quite close to Heathrow too.

 - In hindsight I wish I’d asked for a bigger room as ours was tiny.
 - What you want a value hotel to be: rooms are small of course
 - The room was a little small however we managed to see two other rooms with different layouts and preferred ours with it's big windows and the view of the Strand - there is a hum of traffic/street noise on this side
 - The room is small
 - While the rooms are small they are well appointed and the location in Covent Garden makes up for it.

 - The location of the hotel is fantastic, overlooking the Strand and close to Covent Garden.
 - The hotel is close to all amenities and close to Covent Garden
 - The hotel was easy short walking distance (with a 6year old walkaphobic in tow) to charring cross station and then easy walking distance to Covent Garden and the theatre royal.
 - What I appreciated the most are: the location (in Covent Garden and close to Piccadilly) and the staff, amazing in terms of kindness and support !
 - I was truly surprised how quiet my particular room was compared to the proximity of Covent Garden.

 - I'm a light sleeper so this wasn't ideal!
 - If you are a light sleeper do note that there is some traffic noise on the weekends being in the busy Covent Garden area,
 - I was a little concerned with noise because The Nadler is in a very busy area and I am a very ligth sleeper.
 - I am a super picky sleeper, I seriously have issues.
