- I mentioned in my booking it was my birthday and when I arrived the lovely hotel staff had decorated my room with balloons and chocolates and complementary wine and cake!
- When we arrived into our room we had a nice bday surprise of balloons, towels in the shape of a cake, red wine and chocolate!!
- but fine for 2 nights , staff friendly and professional, mentioned it was my husbands birthday and they gave us Prosecco and Chocolates , had room service last night from Turmeric Kitchen , delicious , shout out to Karina , Gazi and Maureen .
- We went to our room and were met with rose petals and a towel swan display and 2 bottles of red wine chocolates and a lovely card.
- Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful when arriving, they gave us wine and chocolates and a towel birthday cake for my partners birthday :)
Clean hotel, we checked in our bags when we arrived early and offered tea or coffee on arrival.
load more ... - The hotel is in a brilliant location you have the high street just up the road with a co op which was really handy for us, also if you wanted to eat elsewhere of the hotel you could grab something there.
- Plenty options to chose for dinner plans in nearby High Street and hotel has an Indian restaurant on site as well with a good menu

- The other and we had smelt very strongly of smoke, and the corridor outside our room smelt very strongly of cannabis on the first night.
- but on closer inspection grubby ( Unpolished glass etc) Filthy lift.
- The carpet was disgusting with stains and parts of the carpet were actually ripped off the floor.

- Nothing feels missing, near the Earl's court station, restaurants and Cafe's.
- Hogarth Road is a quiet street within a five minute walking distance of Earl's Court Tube Station.
- For the value, you will not find a hotel in this great location (Kensington near Earl's Court on the Piccadilly Line) with such great service and attention to detail.

- We are looking to come back to London for my birthday in May and would happily stay here again.
- It was my wife’s birthday and just by looking at a badge she was wearing we were upgraded and had chocolates & Prosecco delivered to the room.
- Myself and my partner have experienced extremely high levels of stress and anxiety lately and being his birthday I decided a couple of days away in London would be what we needed to unwind and to treat him and make him feel special.
load more ... - Although its only 4 underground tube stops from Victoria mainline railway station its a hell of a lot cheaper than staying in the more central parts of London like oxford street or soho.
- We walked to the museum area, Natural History, Science and V & A in about ten minutes, Hyde Park in twenty and Oxford Street in thirty.
- Oxford street, Covent garden, Notting hill, borough market were all visited that weekend and with ease.

load more ... - We stayed here in February, paid almost £200 for one night and was given a room with a window with a view of a wall and not a very clean room.
- The walls had marks on them and wallpaper had rips in it, even in the lobby area.
- Also the walls are thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying to each other.
- - Button feature on the wall that indicates whether you want to have housekeeping or are asleep and to not be disturbed; the house keeping never disturbed us.
