but not a problem to get into central London as bus station and underground is just a 5 to 10 minute walk away.

Lovely hotel, located right next to the O2 so easy access to the Icon area and also a short walk (or transfer) to the tube/bus station.

There is a shuttle van that takes you to and from the underground/bus station

perfect location if you’re going to the O2 you can walk mostly undercover into the centre and the cable car to cross the river is just a ten minute walk through the bus station.

The Underground Station, Bus Station, and the Thames Clipper were all within walking distance.

Close to underground North Greenwich station and bus station. Expensive.

but having the underground and bus station just a 5 min walk away makes this hotel a great place to stay, value for money!

All the staff were extremely pleasant and very very professional, the hotel also offers a free Shuttle Service to the Tube/Bus station, Rob is member of the concierge team and he drove us on the shuttle, he also gave us great information on the Area and things we should try and see, Rob (he is South African) is a one of the many members of the hotel staff that should be highly commended for their professionalism and dedication to customer service.

Bus station, subway and riverbus are at a short walking distance for easy transport.

Within a very short walk from the O2 Arena and underground Rail and Bus station.The hotel bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom is very well equipped and it’s all spotlessly clean.

North Greenwich tube is pleasant and takes you straight into London central and there is a bus station local too so would be a lovely base to come back to.

But then I found out that the underground and bus station is just minutes away walking.

And it was worth every penny to leave the concert and be in bed within 10 minutes.

Following the concert, we were back in our room within twenty minutes, which was superb.

I was meeting up with friends for a concert at O2.

The only disconcerting thing was while we were at the concert they came in and did a turndown service where they put slippers by your bed and a mat, I did find this slightly intrusive to be honest and was glad I had made use of the safe to store our valuables.

Myself & my friend stayed for one night at the O2 Intercontinental whilst we attended a concert at the O2 arena.

The Hotel as its own access directly into the 02 ideal for getting away easily at the end of the concert, no queuing for taxis or river boats.

This is definitely one of our favourite hotels and is in the perfect spot if you are going to a concert at the 02.

The staff are really helpful and the location is perfect for the concerts at the 02.

First visit to this hotel as a friend and I were attending a concert at the O2 so we thought it would be super convenient to stay here as the hotel was connected to the O2.

We had a great stay at the Intercontinental Hotel which got off to a fab start thanks to superb service from Karim at the Clipper Bar.

This was my first trip to London stay in this Hotel since the lockdown.

The spa itself is more of an afterthought, hotel reception and spa reception are very good.

There are many other hotels loyal better.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful.

There’s 2 things that hotels seem to struggle with, bathrooms and breakfasts.

Thomas is a great ambassador for the hotel.

One of the best buffet breakfasts I ever had, coming near second to hotels in Israel.

Globy also offered me a paltry upgrade the next time I wished to book a stay at the same hotel.

To be totally fair,  my stay in the hotel was very comfortable in a very modern room with good facilities - no issues with that at all. .

My friend and I stayed at the Intercontinental O2 hotel during the Laver Cup.

If your in London for the typical touristy stuff, the hotel is a little further than most,

This hotel has long been my favorite in London, and I continue to recommend it highly to all my friends and colleagues.

The brightest part of this hotel’s service was the Concierge (particularly Georgi who served on night duty  - he is a STAR!).

This is my second time attending a Garter event at this hotel and I wanted to say it’s great to be back after my time away.

We found the Hotel a perfect location for our trip to the O2.

It's  such a shame because otherwise the hotel is very good.

Very professional, and a real credit to the hotel.

If I’d have had to pay I would have definitely asked for a refund.

I complained at the desk on check out and they did remove the car park fee from my stay which I am grateful for and I think is fair as  I still have to pay the parking fine which even if I pay within 14 days will be £20 more than the parking fee.

Only downside is it’s very limited parking and the cost is £40 for overnight if you are lucky to get space.

Extremely unhappy considering we paid for a 5* - you’d get better kindness from a receptionist at a lower star hotel.

To avoid it being ‘complicated’ I agreed to pay for the afternoon tea which could be deducted from the amount paid and the balance paid back to us.

I am sure they put the prices up because I wasn't expecting to pay quite that much when I booked.

The 5* hotel I paid £300 for one night for a birthday celebration was very disappointing.

but we paid a lot for a generally unsatisfactory experience.

Very poor Hotel Service nothing more to say, there are better Hotels available with more competitive rates, refill room water missing, coffee machine broken, beds sheets not changed when requested, in general poor quality service, we had to ask for everything……

This is pretty stingy given the cost of the dish is only GBP2 more than the next most expensive (included) item on the menu.

although half price - still expensive for little ones.

but for the price you pay to stay in such a luxurious hotel, it is not worth it.

It would have been preferable to have the price of parking included in the accommodation given the cost of the rooms,

Would I pay extra for Club Intercontinental- probably not!

Sadly the price of drinks in the bar let it down a bit!

We only booked a one night stay to go to the ABBA party at the O2 a great venue for that as the hotel has a corridor straight into the venue .

The hotel was fantastic and had it's own pathway to the arena.

The hotel was very busy as there was a big show at the O2 so there was a queue for check in of about 20 mins when we arrived

Stayed recently with friends for a show nearby and would say very good hotel, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in,responsive staff and spotless clean, only one negative hand sanitisers  were not filled and they really should all be full

We stayed the night for an event at the O2 - perfect for a short easy wander back to comfort after a late show.

Super handy for the O2 if you are attending a show or just for shopping and many if the other fun things to do there!

We stay here as so close to the O2 which makes seeing a show so easy and fun.

It’s great not to have to brave the elements when heading out to a show, and it makes you feel safe when returning to the hotel late at night. I have to say, despite just a few little niggles, we really did enjoy our stay and we had an exceptional evening next door at the O2, which we capped off with an incredible drink (or few!)

Following this we had Marlene with the magic fingers and heart who gave my mum the most relaxing and calming massage she has ever had, she smoothed out her sore back and problematic shoulder which she been suffering from for a while as she’s a chef.

We had been to the hotel for a spa day that had been gifted to us so thought we would return for our anniversary weekend which coincided with a show my husband and son were attending at the O2.

We had tickets to a performance next door at the O2 on 23rd December (which sadly ended up cancelled 20mins before showtime), so we chose this hotel based on its close proximity to the O2.

The hotel is beautiful, one of the best we have ever stayed in and the location is perfect for a show at the O2.

Due a an event booking all parking it was left to us to park in the arena facilities.

If you’re not at the O2 for a show then I can’t see the value of this hotel

Great overnight stay for a show at the o2.Shame the spa was fully booked during our stay so can't comment on that.

Lunch options were great and the cherry on top was the spa!

The massage itself was OK at best, I have certainly had better.

We also used the spa facilities which are lovely.

The leisure club / Spa is very good and free to hotel guests

We have been really well looked after in all F&B Outlets and also enjoyed the steam room and jakuzzi.

Underground, bus station & train station are very close.

a block away from bus station, few blocks from metro station, across the bridge in the dock.

My wife needed some sanitary products at short notice and the hotel charged us the ridiculous price of 15 pounds for just two sanitary towels.

Also extra charges that we have no idea what they are!!

The only place set up to charge was across the room on the desktop.

Checked Law: as no UK ID law, no legal requirement to have a passport/ cred card this is discriminatory.

Sorry for a hotel charging this much the service was appalling.

This is blatant green washing and a cost cutting exercise when taking into account that lights and a/c can run all day without anyone being in the room (no key card switch) and all toiletries are still in mini bottles instead of refillable larger bottles.

Reception staff were not friendly or helpful and I was charged for my stay when I booked using my Radisson points

Then, there was no flexibility about charging it to the room (which I think is ridiculous).

but our card would not let us have entry.

even though I was forced to provide my credit card details at the reception earlier.

When you pay the rates the hotel charges and have already payed for your room you don’t expect this poor level of service.

And then to top it all, when I came to check out, there was a £4 charge for us storing our milk in the fridge.

but the hotel did not acknowledge this, not even a birthday card in the room which was quite disappointing.

but give us a business card as they fulfilled their side of the booking and "it is our word against theirs".

There was no place to charge phone near the bed, so it had to charge across the room during the night making turning off the morning alarm difficult.

BUT Please make your transaction with the hotel by cash, as it will take ages to get refund if they charge your card certain amount as security.

There were also no napkins with the food so my wife who had pizza had to use toilet roll for her hands during and after , overall no care was taken other than to put some food on a plate and charge you for the service.

Despite the fact we were cheated by the hotel we were offered just one key card as she said they have a shortage of key cards, which was a minor disadvantage, as well as a "cuffed" shower in the bathroom.

Despite charges hitting my cc, I’m still waiting on an invoice a week later, post countless chat sessions and two unanswered emails.

This hotel is meant to be family friendly and i didn’t feel at all welcome.

Very handy location not too far from two tube stations and close to Houses of Parliament, London Eye and other attractions.

We had a room on the 12th floor with an amazing view of the Houses of Parliament, our bed was extremely comfortable and there was a separate seating area that converted into a sofa bed for our our children.

We upgraded to the river view rooms which had stunning views of Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.

Our Room was just Beautiful, clean and modern with everything we needed.

The pros - comfortable bed, good shower, quiet and an excellent location for various tube lines via Waterloo Or Westminster ( Northern, Jubilee, Bakerloo, Circle and District lines) or to walk to major sites and attractions (20 minute walk to National Gallery and Trafalgar Square).

Stayed here for two nights in September and for the price I paid I was really disappointed.

This hotel is pricey (little expensive) for what you get.

but not recorded, was told every morning breakfast wasn’t paid.

12 nights at £528 per night would you pay that for a average hotel ??

I stayed for two nights and no one cleaned the bathroom or paid any attention to noisy water pipes that made loud humming noise that woke me up at midnight.

It has somewhat gone down hill while the price has gone up.

Scandalous that you have increased your prices by 45% overnight due to the passing of Her Majesty!

I raised these points and the issue with not receiving a text at check in and was told they would ‘investigate’ the latter and that they only  replace towels and clean rooms every three days which in my opinion isn’t good enough for the money we paid for our stay.

Too expensive for room cleaning once every 3 days, crowded, mediocre breakfast.

All what they have done was 30% of the 5 and a half nights we have spent there and they have paid the meal that we ate when we were waiting for them for 2 hours with 2 kids to fix the room that was supposed to be ready.

All in all, very disappointed for the price.

Room was not ready when requested, had to chase reception for a further nearly 2 hours, cups were chipped in room and we paid for a 2 bed suite hoping for some luxury

but there are plenty of decent hotels within a few yards of this hotel for a fraction of the price,  don't waste your money.

After over two hours, off sitting around and not being able to relax, I called to check why it was taking so long and I was told that we only booked for a room, that We should come down stairs and pay for the second room, I explained we paid £1298 for two rooms, two nights and the money was already taken from my account the very rude staff insisted I must come downstairs.

If I had known this I would have paid for an upgrade.

Don't pay for a Big Ben view as the windows are so dirty you can't see it.

Our upgrade to a Westminster view was expensive

Stayed for one night in a triple studio room which had 2 singles and a sofa bed and was able to check in early.Room exceptionally clean and a good size plenty of products in bathroom although only 2 robes and slippers

Studio rooms are a good size for a family,

After choosing to stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, we arrived shortly after check in time and was surprisingly upgraded to a studio room.

but was dealt with efficiently and in no time we were in our Studio on the 10th floor with a great view of the London Eye and a partial view of Parliament 
The room was spacious and well laid out with a comfy bed and large settee in the lounge area.

The rooms were very spacious we had a studio which slept 3 is us, the bathroom was really nice and the complimentary Elemis toiletries were lovely.

We booked on hotels.com, a Studio (1 King Bed).

but a hotel of this standard should have a coffee machine in the rooms and the spa needs a jacuzzi which this hotel didn’t, we had a studio room with a fantastic view of Big Ben but also let down by the mini bar not working.

The room was a studio with separate seating area and kitchenette, it looked lovely, the view was poor overlooking Waterloo station.

Upgraded to a studio room and whilst the room wasn’t huge it has a small separate lounge area, if travelling with kids this would be ideal for a small family.

Our room a studio was stylish and spacious and very well cleaned spotless.
