Location is close to beach and other restaurants.

The hotel is located in the town close to all the shops with the beach at walking distance.

The steak house across the road is lovely and a British bar near the beach called Roxies is great for breakfast.

The hotel was close too beaches and the main town of lloret de mar all were within walking distance.The town had a good selection of shops,Bars and Entertainment.

but far enough away the hotel itself was quiet and also close to the beach.

The locations is fab and close to both beaches.

Food was lovely.different menus every night .staff very plesant would always acknowledge you when they meet you.rooms very clean.rooms cleaned daily  and hotel was close to beach within walking distance .Shops close by  .would stay here again

Meeting Italian place near the beach does amazing pizza!

but you need to book before hand, this is particularly useful as there is one right near the beach if you fancy some lunch whilst you're out and are All Inclusive.

Ok if you're having a laugh with friends, well located near to the beach, shops, restaurants & bars.

I did not feel comfortable to report this problem to staff as the previous night my friend was shouted at and got called security on all because she accidentally gave the wrong room number when requesting a spare key card.

Receptionist was extremely rude when I asked for a replacement card and shouted at myself in both Spanish and English calling me names such as ‘liar’ and ‘fraud’ as I had confused my room number with my friends.

Only slight annoyance were feral French kids running amok, while the parents sat drinking and playing cards,

On arrival we were charged 10 euro tax given our room key we got to our room and it was not ready full of rubbish un made beds went and complained she said we would need to wait, why don’t you go to our buffet dinner thinking she meant for free no 14 euro each!

We didn’t like the idea of  them giving you a card which you had to carry around with you all the time to get your drinks which were served in plastic tumblers, you could only get another drink when you took it back empty for them to refill .

but not an issue on all inclusive), card system was easy don’t understand why people complain about it.

Bad Start at bar when confused my girlfriend when said need a card my girlfriend showed her id said not that turns out after speaking with other staff they all inclusive cards.

One plastic thimble sized cup at a time that you had separate cards for too complicated to explain.

When you went for food you had to carry your all inclusive card or you couldn’t eat.

I was a little uneasy that someone had taken the card and I was fobbed off.

Drinks on all inclusive are local makes and not brand names with a card system to get drinks in narrow plastic glasses for outside use.

however pretty annoying trying to get a drink with your meal as you had to scan a card to operate the drinks dispenser and the cards did not scan well at all.

The card system used in the hotel is also bizarre and an annoyance more than a convenience.

The restaurant is a shambles, there is only 1 self service drinks area for dinner, and the all inclusive guests have to use a card to get drinks, the scanner often didn't accept the cards so the queues are ridiculous, if you want branded drinks, these are available

the bed was the hardest ive ever slept on, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room or anywhere else outside of bar/restaurant hours, the food was moderate to say the least and we spent so much time in a line for a drink due to their stupid 'all inclusive' card system that only allows a tumble glass of beer at one time that wouldn't quash the thirst of a vicar.

The door card is normal these days and is instead of a key, much easier to stash a door card than a key.

You even had to use the cards to gat a glass of water and even to fill up our grandsons bottle.

As well as this, to receive a drink at the bar you had to give a '1 drink token' card, and then to get the next drink you had to bring the first glass back.

It would be a lot more effective to have one card and staff to authorise the different facilities on it. Secondly.

We believe our drinks were tampered with whilst in the bar and subsequently we later found out that we had been robbed of our money.

Despite being all inclusive, I was told I had to pay for every little thing outside meal times (snacks, drinks,etc.).

A couple of days later when we were waiting to leave the same manager stood watching people in wet swimming costumes sit on the sofas in the lobby, dropping drinks and food all over the place and said nothing, our son sat with his legs crossed and 3 times got asked to keep his feet away from the sofa.

The buffet food at the all inclusive was cold, the drinks machine never worked not a good food selection of food to cater for people from the United Kingdom it is more catered towards local people.

We were also suprised to find out that there are NO drinks included at dinner for half board guests.

You can not get any hot drinks until 8am and none after 11pm.

One handed me a receipt for my drinks when I wasn’t finished ordering and when I told him I wasn’t finished he huffed at me and drew me a look.

but not little table, where do you put your drink? Ashtray?

but clean restaurant food was poor often being cold we booked premium werent offered premium drinks and none were on display pint glasses should be offered in the evening free and not having to take a silly half pint glass back to the bar frequently joining the ever growing que and spoiling the evening waiting for drinks last but not least there was a padlock on the ice cream fridge H TOP need to decide if they want to be all inclusive if so need to look closely at their competitors who quite clearly do

the entertainment is rubbish we are both 20 years old and we’re in bed by 10 most nights due to having to pay for drinks after a certain time and having no entertainment.

but a shock when i got here, 
Very dated, booked all inclusive but ate out every day, if your French then might be ok but I couldnt eat the rubbish, food was awful, drinks ok,as for entertainment well last night says it all, live music it said,😂😂😂, some woman who couldnt sing playing the organ with the local old peoples home residents brought along to dance, shocking.

I will say the staff are lovely and the drinks system is not as bad as people make out .

The all inclusive drinks aren't well known brands like Coca Cola, if you insist on drinking that dross all day long,

Getting drinks from the bar was a bit of an ordeal, you had to have a card for your glass and an all inclusive card.

although all drinks are local there wasnt a problem drinking them,my only complaint about the bar was that it closed at 11pm so quite early.

but was only a small selection of drinks available otherwise had to pay.

The hotel due an upgrade next year as it is dated , the food , breakfast, lunch and dinner we cannot fault plenty of choice and all cooked to an excellent standard the pools are clean and have plenty of sun beds around both outdoor pools the indoor pool and spa looks really good (

The accomodation was ok rooms got cleaned everyday,  food was great and plenty to choose from .

Food was good , if u was early there was never any queues :) plenty to choose from , we just used the hotel as a base really , day trips out to Barcelona / Girona / nearby beaches / only used the pools a few times

Cant fault the food plenty to choose from, even with a fussy teenager.

Good food at all times was provided with plenty of variety for all - fish,beef,pasta pizza and any amount of very fresh vegetables and salads.

The food choice was great always more than plenty of choice even for a picky eater or vegetarian.

There is plenty of choice of drink in the all inclusive and you are able to taste the alcohol.

but every meal after that for the rest of the week I could not fault, there is plenty of choice and had different themes every day.

Found food good and varied plenty of choice.. Obviously if you fancied something special to eat there are plenty of bars and restaurants around to choose from.

The Evening meal Choice (Buffet Style) Was varied,plenty of choice,plenty to eat & part of each nights offerings where themed,italien,chinese,russian etc.

There is plenty to choose from on the all inclusive option such as vodka, gin, whisky, brandy, whisky cream which is like bailey's, white wine, red wine, Estrella Dam lager, vermouth, sherry and there is also a daily cocktail.

Plenty of choice and cooked to a very good standard.

We were pool facing, entertainment tended to finish around midnight so we weren't bothered by noise and with the balcony door closed we heard little noise from the road.

but was advised that he could take up to 45minutes, by then I was severely dehydrated, vomiting and short of breath so I called an ambulance.

The hotel is located right next to a super busy main road so you can hear loud traffic all night long.

Reception staff are dismissive and rude, on check out there was only one reception staff on and the que was horrendous, when i got to the front i was ignored and a spanish family that just appeared were given priority.

The hotel staff wasn't bothered, floor above us partying all night, kids running around all hours/people partying shouting all night.

The only real negative was it’s very echoey due to all the tiling so there was a lot of background noise during the night - it may put people off

Dining room varied between quiet and extremely busy during our stay

The walls, ceilings, floors and doors were all paper thin and you could here beds in other rooms squeaking, people talking and flushing toilets, all through the night.

The noise is this hotel you would expect in Magaluf or Ibiza.

We had to ring reception at 3/4/5am every night to complain about the noise.

We spent week here in family room and get put next door to bunch lads noisy and shouting.

My room is noisy from traffic and walls paper thin.

but should be a 2 , it’s outdated and very noisy, food is ok but dining hall is like a cattle market, they even charge for WiFi which in a 4 🌟is free , have been to many hotels but can’t believe they would class this as high end it’s basic and low end quality.

Walls paper thin so you hear "everything" next door ( and I mean everything 😔 ).

Just mind you do not make a sound in your room or security will knock

but the thing that spoils this hotel is the continuing banging of doors and loud voices and shouting at anytime of the day it is not a hotel to go to unless you want to be woke up three .

The only downfalls of the hotel were the noise, you can hear everything that is going on in the hotel - especially early in the morning.

On a positive note, food was good and rooms were clean.

Only good point about my stay was the room cleaning lady, she was amazing made sure our room was cleaned to a high standard daily.

The rooms are clean and very spacious serviced everyday .

Bed was comfy and the room was immaculately clean.

The maids were very friendly & always said hello,  one thing that was really good was they cleaned the room & made the beds every day.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the cleaners are lovely

The rooms were clean and the cleaning service was good.

reception was lovely and clean, the rooms were clean, poolside was kept clean and the bar and entertainment area.

I left my bag in the baggage room and went off to a local bar not far from the hotel called the Nags Head where I was made to feel very welcome.

Not noisy or any loud music that you sometimes get, very close to lloret centre and fenals side of the resort, length of bars to try the Nags Head worth a visit

I would recommend going to the Nags Head which is around the corner.

The hotel is virtually straight onto the beach.

The hotel is located on the beach and near the train station I actually think its the best part of the strip 5 minutes from Aloha that does the best cocktails and night vibes.

Coach drop off does not go directly outside the hotel if booked through on the beach travel republic budget holiday

Enjoyed chilling in it watching the world go by on the beach front.

Great staff at reception, restaurant, bar and cleaners etc (Shout out to Jessica in restaurant who was always smiling and full of energy) Rooms were spottless with amazing beach views.

but right on the beach and close to the strip if you wish to venture out.

It’s only a short walk away from restaurants and beach bars.

The beach is lovely & the sunbeds are free to use as a paying guest.

but let me just summarise:
•	It is by FAR the best Hotel on the strip
•	Located right on the beach
•	Great open location, picturesque views (we stayed in room 511)
•	Bars and nightlife within walking distance
•	Amazing staff
•	Amazing food
•	Great facilities

but ideal for a dip to cool down if you are sunbathing around the pool as you are literally just across the road from the beach.

Champagne on arrival and the cocktails are amazing too with a lovely beach bar, food is lovely there!

although the kalimar beach bar (associated with the hotel do delicious snacks , we highly recommend trying the beach bar food).

Kalima beach bar - belongs to the hotel and sits right opposite.

The pool and beach near the hotel leave you free to choose what you want in each.

The beach bar Kalima was also the most perfect spot to enjoy our evening meals.

Overall a fab holiday at a great hotel which has a gorgeous pool , just a real shame about our phones so don’t leave your stuff on the beach alone!! !

If you are looking for a peaceful, adult only beautiful hotel on the beach this is perfect.

The quality of ingredients, the cooking and how it was served in general was very poor in my opinion.

Mainly lukewarm at best, and a poor repetative choice.

Finally the entertainment is very poor and no notice to say what is going on, and when you are by the pool nobody comes round to see if you want a drink  I think the hotel is missing a trick to make more money and mack guests fell comfortable.

Long story short there is one dirty dirty pool, incredibly poor food, noisy poor quality rooms and the sea view they claim as sea view is 90% parking lot 5% pool area, 5% sea view.

The food was poor at best, I’m not a fussy eater at all and after
2 days we had had enough and decided not to eat there any more as it was full of fat  cold and generally not nice.

Mention has been made in other reviews of poor food in the restaurant.

The cleaning of the rooms was really poor - no cups or glasses changed during the whole week we stayed and the surfaces were never wiped.

but sadly the entertainment and the such poor food choice let the hotel down massively.

but beware there is a slope down into the sea which could be dangerous for non or poor swimmers.

The remainder of options were poor quality.

The food on the other hand ran from the remit; poor, bad and indifferent.

Poor quality, limited choice , reminiscent of poor motorway service stations in the 80's.

What was disappointing for an all-inclusive hotel was the poor selection of “free” cocktails on the menu, only two.

but from previous holidays we have had this is very poor.

The steam room, jacuzzi and sauna was a bonus when the weather was poor.

but equally some nights the music / entertainment was poor .

The food was gorgeous, buffet style, great variety.

He offered us something to eat and explained the hotel facilities.

Next I read a lot of reviews regarding the food and as it’s buffet it goes cold

The egg chef at breakfast was great, omelette's were so tasty.

Nice food with plenty to choose from, I would like to see more pasta dishes on the menu and more chicken, we really enjoyed the spa as well especially the steam room for me.

The food was top notch and plenty ful all through the courses and a snack bar.

but similar every day, the desserts were all good!

but provided with a packed lunch from the hotel for our journey home, just ask reception and they are very accommodating for any requests.

Restaurant a shambles food Luke warm at best one microwave provided constantly in use!

but can say that the food is exceptional.

Food was presented well & dining room was light & airy and staff were great with clearing away your plates quickly & efficiently.

We stayed B&B which was a good decision as the food is excellent, fresh and a continental mix of all sorts.

It has great food, good evening entertainment and lovely cocktails.

The restaurant always had plenty of choice at meal times, and if you didn't want to eat at meal times, the snack bar had tasty burgers/hotdogs etc.

We did venture out to try a few other restaurants

The room was comfortable and clean with a nice balcony.

Rooms were spacious and really clean with great facilities.

We were allocated room 309, a cosy double room with a lovely sea view from the balcony.

It had everything we could need, including all the toiletries in the room, even a toothbrush and razor which was ideal as we travelled light.

The room was cosy and attended to every day by cleaners.

but the hotel and our room were cool and airy.

Room cleaned daily and fresh towels, modern and air conditioning great for the hot days.

The rooms are cleaned daily as is the rest of the hotel.

Rooms spacious and beds really comfy too.

The gentleman on reception greeted us and checked us in to our room swiftly.

Air conditioning in the room, LCD and refrigerator.

however as we were in a ground floor room this meant we got free sun beds for on the beach instead of having to pay €6 per bed.

Bed really comfortable and everything you needed in the room.

We had a beautiful room with fabulous view.

Rooms extremely clean and balcony was lush.

and it was the best yet.. every thing was made perfect by Laura and all the staff..the food was varied..never had a problem  with choice ..the restaurant staff were so obliging nothing was too much trouble..our room was cleaned every day and our maid so keen to please..no negatives what so ever..we can't wait untill next time..many thanks again..from Steve&Sue..506.

The room itself was clean and well equipped.

The rooms are very clean and I think almost 90% of the rooms have a sea view, the rooms are very spacious including the bathrooms.

Rooms immaculate and cleaned daily ,able to check in on early arrival and use all inclusive immediately.

A very very clean hotel, the room was cleaned to a high standard.

Above all that, I've never met such friendly lovely gorgeous staff, from front desk to bar to restaurant, and even a lovely maid who kept our room spotless , flowers and chocolate on a sunday morning a lovely touch booking again for next year ,in a hotter month.

Hotel was spotless and our room was perfect size.

The room itself was very clean, spacious with a big bathroom and a balcony overlooking the coastline.

Rooms clean, breakfast and dinner very tasty, a large choice, the restaurant was not crowded.

We had 5 days stay at the hotel and we were all very impressed, every part of this hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and a balcony with a sofa and sea views, food in the restaurant was very good quality, all staff very friendly.

Just got back from a very relaxing holiday warm welcome with another couple we were at front of hotel over looking beach other couple at rear both of us were happy with rooms clean and tidy

Hotel is lovely ,staff are friendly and polite reception staff  always had a smile when you walked in and said hello , rooms are clean and modern love the hair dryer in the room so I didn’t have to drying one .
